They looked fabulous together on the Season Premiere of ?Dancing with the Stars,? but Mark Ballas and Kristin Cavallari aren?t dating, as some have speculated.
The 25-year-old pro dancer made sure to clear up any misconceptions about the nature of his friendship with Cavallari during a recent interview.
"I'm really proud of her progress. We?re focusing on the routines and making the best performances for our fans. We're really grateful to them for voting for us."
And Kristin added, "I kind of expect [the dating rumors], to be honest. But that's what happens when you put two people together."

Grabbing some delicious dinner, Kristin Cavallari was spotted at Dan Tana?s restaurant in Los Angeles last night (September 19).
The former ?Laguna Beach? babe looked to be in high spirits as she strolled into the popular eatery, sporting a beige dress with matching heels.
Earlier in the evening, Kristin had quite the showing at the season premiere of ?Dancing with the Stars.?
Cavallari and her partner Mark Ballas nailed the Cha Cha Cha and earned a 19 from the judges- the same score Audrina Patridge got her first time out.

She?s pumped to be on the upcoming season of ?Dancing with the Stars,? and Kristin Cavallari was spotted arriving at practice yesterday afternoon (August 31).
Joined by Mark Ballas, the ?Laguna Beach? babe was all smiles as she made her way into the Hollywood dance studio to get to work.
Kristin?s former ?Hills? castmate Audrina Patridge told press she?s a bit surprised that Cavallari signed on for the DWTS gig, as she was unaware that she had dancing skills.
"I've never really seen Kristin dance. But I'm sure she's going to have a good time and I'll be cheering for her, that's for sure...She can count on my votes.?
Additionally, Audrina, who also competed on the show, shared that Kristin called her recently for pointers. "She was like, 'How did you like it? It's going to be fun, right?' I was like, 'Yeah! You're going to have a blast! It's going to be a lot of fun. It does get pretty intense but it's the best experience you'll ever have. It's amazing.'"

Stepping out for a lunch meeting, Kristin Cavallari was spotted at the Spanish Kitchen in West Hollywood yesterday afternoon (August 22).
The former ?Hills? hottie smiled beautifully as she strolled through the parking lot, sporting a purple top and slim fit jeans.
And it sounds like Kristin could be competing for the mirrorball trophy on the upcoming season of the hit show ?Dancing with the Stars.?
An insider told press that ABC has offered her a contract and she plans to sign on for the gig. Other celebrities in talks for the show are Rob Kardashian, Nicole ?Snooki? Polizzi, Christina Milian, and Mike Tyson.
