She?s always looking for ways to expand her empire, and Jennifer Lopez was spotted launching her new fragrance Glowing at Hotel Bel Air in Los Angeles yesterday (May 10).
The ?On The Floor? songstress looked marvelous as she posed for the press, celebrating ten years of sexy scents with the Coty company.
And it was a busy day for J Lo, as she was also seen on stage as a musical guest on ?American Idol? with her new single ?Dance Again.?
Lopez was introduced by her fellow judges Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler, and joined by her boyfriend Casper Smart and a bevy of hunky backup dancers.

God, there are like twenty-million contradictory Jennifer Lopez-Casper Smart stories in this week?s tabloids. I think it?s because What To Expect When You?re Expecting is coming out (today) and Jennifer has been talking about babies, naturally. So the tabloids have used Jennifer?s baby-talk to imply that BABIES are totally on her mind in her relationship with Casper Smart, to disastrous and widely varying results. First, the official version of ?Where Casper and J.Lo?s relationship is right now? from People Mag:
When it comes to her boyfriend Casper Smart, Jennifer Lopez gets the royal treatment.
“He treats her like a queen,” a source tells PEOPLE in this week’s issue. “Casper centers everything on Jennifer.?
Dating six months, the fast-moving couple ? Smart moved into the Hidden Hills, Calif., mansion that Lopez shares with her 4-year-old twins Max and Emme at the start of the year ? haven’t let their 17-year age gap slow them down. (She’s 42; he’s 25.) Still, some friends wish that the wedding-loving superstar ? who split from singer Marc Anthony last summer ? would take things slowly for a change.
A Lopez family source says some members of her inner circle “worry that Casper will take advantage of her. She has fallen so hard.”
But the American Idol judge, who recently announced her plans for a summer tour that Smart will help choreograph, seems just fine with her reputation as a commitment-happy kind of woman. At a recent press conference for her upcoming film What to Expect When You’re Expecting, she laughingly summed up her view on love: “I’m a bit of a romantic, if you hadn’t noticed.”

In Touch Weekly?s sources have similar sentiments – the sources claim ?Jennifer gives 110 percent when she?s this smitten. She?s letting Casper call all the shots and that?s starting to upset some of her friends.? Those friends? Her tour manager Fabian Herrera, who recently quit because ?there was no way Fabian was taking orders from a kid. He thinks it?s a bad move on J.Lo?s part and doesn?t want to be involved.? Casper has also convinced Jennifer to get rid of some of her longtime staff members at her CA mansion, but only after he insisted that all of the staff ?call him Mr. Smart and demanded that Jennifer?s assistant Gilly get him drinks.? So Gilly is now working for Benny Medina, Jennifer?s manager. Oh, and Jennifer?s sister Lynda has concerns about Casper too, but Jennifer ?told her to mind her own business.? The problem, as always, is that Jennifer seems to be ?encouraging? Casper?s bad, entitled, bratty behavior. Ugh.
As for babies? well, The Enquirer giveth and The Enquirer taketh away. They claim Jennifer is hell-bent on having more babies and Casper is all, ?I?m only 25, yo.? (Which is exactly what he sounds like.)
Jennifer Lopez is desperate to have more children before it?s too late, but her toyboy lover is telling pals: ?I?m too young to have kids!? At nearly 43, J.Lo?s biological clock is ticking loudly. And the mom of two?s surprising confession about expanding her family during a recent interview caused shock waves in her relationship with 25-year-old Casper Smart.
?Casper?s got absolutely NO interest in becoming a father,? said an insider. ?he freaked out when he read Jen?s comments, and it forced a very awkward conversation between them. He had to know if she was serious about it, because it?s certainly not part of his agenda for at least another 10 years. Casper told her he?s too young to be a dad and needs to focus on his career right now.?
Jennifer explained that her quotes were misconstrued – she told Casper that she only said that it would be a ?blessing? to have more kids, said the insider.
?Clearly she is trying to ease her young lover into the idea of being a father,? continued the insider. ?Casper tried to be gentle with her about the subject, but he made it clear that fatherhood isn?t even on his radar yet.? A source close to the situation says Jennifer was ?secretly devastated? by Casper?s reaction.
?Jennifer knows she can?t wait another 10 years to have more kids. And besides, she?s got all the help in the world, so it?s not like kids would get in the way of Casper?s career.?
Now pals are wondering if this issue could signal the end of the couple?s romance. ?She?s no spring chicken,? added a pal. She knows she hasn?t got much time left if she is going to have another baby.?

I don?t even know where Jennifer?s head is these days. Would she really try to have a baby with Casper? My gut says no. My gut says Jennifer isn?t all that interested in having any more babies, but she can?t say that while promoting a movie about the joys of pregnancies and motherhood. Of course? I could see her adopting, actually. So? that?s always a possibility. As for Casper – I can?t imagine that he would so anti-baby. Surely he knows that if he and Jennifer have a kid together he?s set for life, right? That?s the male golddigger?s dream too.

Jennifer Lopez is in that bad-looking ensemble parenting comedy, What To Expect When You’re Expecting, which is out next Friday, May 18. I blame Love, Actually for this phenomenon. What once seemed like a sweet, sentimental mediocre film has set the bar surprisingly high for all the films in that genre to come. I’m not saying that Love, Actually was a crappy movie, just that it’s average in general but superb in comparison to some of these other movies of that type. I could be wrong and What to Expect could have some redeeming factors. One of the trailers is mildly funny (the other one is dumb) as long as it didn’t reveal all the laugh out loud moments already. Plus, Rodrigo Santoro is in it. Jennifer Lopez is playing his lucky wife. In terms of her own future plans, she she told People that more children “would be a blessing,” but added that she has her hands full with her four year-old twins. Lopez has also said during promotion to the film that she is open to adoption and – spoilers but who cares – it’s something that she was exposed to through her character. Here’s what she told People:
Now that the relationship of Jennifer Lopez and boyfriend Casper Smart appears to be stronger than ever, does the pop star possibly have more babies on the brain?
“It would be a blessing,” Lopez, the mother of 4-year-old twins, Max and Emme, told PEOPLE about the prospect of having more kids. “Every day ? they just bring so much joy and happiness to your life, [and] they just bring you right back down to earth.”
But as the star of the new movie What to Expect When You’re Expecting, who’s been juggling her American Idol duties while preparing for her upcoming tour, also admits: “I’ve got my hands full.”
Besides, being a single mom is never exactly easy.
“There’s the guilt that comes along with it,” Lopez said. “You leave and they go, ‘Don’t go to work, Mommy!’ ”
So how has the star ? who last year split with husband Marc Anthony ? managed to balance it all? By putting her twins first.
“That’s my philosophy. So as long as that’s ? working in the right way, then I can dedicate whatever time I need to dedicate to my career,” she said. “You just do the best you can, and say no when you have to say no.”

Well we’ve heard that she’s trying for a baby with Casper, and that she is considering adoption. Of course she’s in this baby-centric film so the topic is coming up repeatedly, but if she wasn’t open to more kids she would shut it down and say that door is closed. US Weekly just had a whole spread on how Lopez is going to marry her man-boy a hot minute after her divorce is final. Plus she promoted him to “lead choreographer” on her tour, at least according to Casper.
So I could see her being so head over heels for this boy that she wants to have babies with him. If they get to that point it might prolong the inevitable, but I don’t see them lasting. I could be wrong, but I doubt Casper is powerful enough to hold her interest. As I’ve said before, she’s already divorced another backup dancer, and a waiter. The minute another pseudo celebrity comes along she’s going to drop Casper.
Have you seen Wisin and Yandel’s new video for “Follow The Leader” featuring Lopez? (Below) At least Casper isn’t in it. (Update: he directed it though.) The music starts at :49 in, with Lopez sporting big fake tattoos, “Lideres” across her breastbone, which I guess means leader in Spanish (which makes sense given the title) and a big inkblot dragon-looking thing on her back. I have to admit that the urban running stuff is cool, but there are better YouTube videos of it that are real. Plus it seems so 7 years ago. Lopez’s outfit is ridiculous. As for the song, it’s not terrible but it’s not my taste either. I would find it annoying in an aerobics class.

The photos of Jennifer Lopez in red are new – she was arriving for filming of American Idol. I actually loved the dress until I realized that it wasn?t just a sexy little red thing – there?s weird, cheap-looking white netting on the bust, up to the neck. That?s horrible. So? I no longer care for the dress.
In other J.Lo news, you know how she?s going on a summer tour? She (and her glitter snake) announced it a few days ago, and at the time, I totally predicted that her boyfriend Casper Smart would be named ?the lead back-up dancer? for the tour and that Jennifer and Casper would dance on stage together every night. Well, I was wrong. But not by much.
Jennifer Lopez has promoted her boyfriend/backup dancer Beau ?Casper? Smart. Lopez announced Monday at LA?s Boulevard3 details of her tour with Enrique Iglesias, and said she?d work with choreographers including Smart and veteran tour master Jamie King. Smart was then seen outside near the Atlantico Rum bar telling reporters he was the ?lead choreographer? and ?in charge of all choreography.? Lopez?s rep told us there are four choreographers including Smart.

Like, I imagine her rep sighed and said, ?No. Casper can say whatever he wants but Jennifer actually hired professional choreographers for her tour, she didn?t just promote the facially-challenged boy-toy to be the lead choreographer for her tour. Give me a break. She just asks us to get jobs for these little boys, but I give up.? But you?ve got to wonder what Jennifer tells Casper when they?re alone.
Meanwhile, Jennifer confirmed that she?s bringing her (other) kids on tour with her too.
School may still be in session, but the summer is looking particularly bright for Max David and Emme Maribel; Mom Jennifer Lopez is gearing up for her tour ? and she?s bringing the twins along for the ride!
?I don?t know how that?s all going to work. This is my first time. I?m going to see,? the songstress, 42, told reporters during her Mega 2012 Tour press conference in Los Angeles on Monday.

The "On The Floor" songstress looked stunning in a red knee length dress with a sexy mesh center while she rocked a red lip and sleek straight locks.
In personal news, earlier this week the 42-year-old singer shared a big announcement with her Twitter followers - as she revealed details about an exciting new tour with Enrique Iglesias.
The sexy Bronx native brought joy to her fans once again this afternoon, tweeting, "Video premiere of #FollowTheLeader on May 3. Sneak peek FOLLOW me & @wisinyyandel to find out where it's happening."

These are some new photos of Jennifer Lopez yesterday at the big announcement of her summer tour. J.Lo is going to be touring with Yandel and Enrique Iglesisas on a 13-date North American tour with performances in Montreal, Chicago, LA, Atlanta and Miami. Jennifer was also shilling her relaunched website, which will feature lots of new stuff and give-aways and sneak peeks and stuff.
But we just need to talk about Jennifer?s dress, right? Because that?s the only think I can focus on. I LOVE HER GLITTER SNAKE!!!!! Jennifer?s glitter-snake makes the outfit. And I believe the glitter snake is part of the fug Lanvin dress too – which is ridiculous. I don?t really understand why so many of these celebrity ladies are into Lanvin – I don?t think the label has a cohesive ?look? and more often than not, the clothes look cheap and poorly-made. Like, this dress is made of silk, but it looks like really cheap Walmart cotton. But? the glittery, crystal snake is amazing. We need more built-in snakes on our clothes. Make this happen, fashion industry.
As for Jennifer?s styling – she looks tired. I like when she keeps her hair in some kind of loose style, because she goes to ?Croydon facelift? style much too often. And please don?t criticize her curves – I?ve always loved her shape. Her body is fine. It?s the dress that sucks.
And of course she arrived at the tour announcement with Casper too. Of course. Casper is totally going on tour with her. She?ll make him lead backup dancer, and for every dance-break in each of her songs, she and Casper will break it down. Ugh.

Dressed in an all-black ensemble with a pair of Velcro kicks the Latina singer spent four hours in dance rehearsals before taking a break to get lunch at Aroma Caf with her 25-year-old dancer beau, who showed off his tattoos in a striped blue muscle shirt.
In career news, the happy couple is apparently rehearsing to perform next week the 42-year-old?s ?Dance Again? on J Lo's show ?American Idol".
Things got hot and heavy in the music video and are sure to be steamy on the ?Idol? stage, especially since Smart is head over heels for Miss Lopez, recently tweeting, ?Who agrrees that my woman is still the most beautiful alive??

All glammed up for another big night during the hit Fox series' eleventh season, Jennifer Lopez made her grand arrival to the set of "American Idol" in West Hollywood on Thursday evening (April 26).
The 42-year-old co-judge shined in a shiny, black mini dress and strappy heels as she joined alongside Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson to whittle the field down to the Top 5.
After beginning the show with a cover of "Somebody to Love" by The Queen Extravaganza, the latest episode also saw contestants meet with TMZ staffers to get the lowdown on life as a celebrity.
With season ten contestant Stefano offering up a performance, the most anticipated effort of the night saw a purple-haired Katy Perry take the "Idol" stage in military costume while delving into her hit single "Part Of Me".
As for the singing competition, Hollie Cavanagh and Skylar Laine escaped dismissal as fellow bottom three member Elise Testone ended up being sent home with the thousands of initial hopefuls set at five heading into next week.
