Just FYI: Russell Wilson still isn?t sleeping with Ciara. Last week, she spoke to Cosmo about their abstinence and how difficult it is to maintain. She said: ?We’re hanging in there. I’m not gonna lie. I’m human, so it is not easy, especially when I look at him and I think he is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen ? that I’ve ever laid my eyes on, to be honest. I’m like, Look the other way! Look the other way!? Keep that in mind when you look at these photos.
Personally, I think Ciara is one of the most beautiful women out there. But her style tends to be all over the place, and she loves to wear risqu styles. A lot of people talked about her Alexandre Vauthier dress because it was one of the most revealing dresses on the Grammy red carpet. But? I like that not everything is hanging out. Yes, that slit is really, really high. But it was actually on trend for the night, because a lot of women (even Taylor Swift) were showing off their legs. As for the actual structure and design of the dress? it?s okay, not great. I think I might have liked it more if the entire dress had been sequined.
So, here?s my question: if you and your man were trying to stay abstinent, would you wear this dress?

Ciara has always had a great, aspirational, athletic figure. I remember in her early days, everyone was obsessed with her abdomen. Ciara gave birth last year and shortly after giving birth, she and Future called off their engagement. Now she?s dating (and not having sex with) Russell Wilson. Ciara and Russell probably started up when her baby was just, like, seven months old. So how did Ciara get back in shape after the baby? How did she get her body back to the point where? she?s not having sex with Russell? Ciara covers the new issue of Shape Magazine to explain:
She gained 60 lbs. after giving birth: ?When I was pregnant with Future, one thing I learned quickly was, don’t ever let a pregnant lady be hungry, because when I was, I was like the Tasmanian Devil! I indulged in all the good food the world has to offer. After he was born ? when I couldn?t exercise yet ? I kept eating, and I gained 60 pounds.?
When her doctor gave her the go-ahead, she went full-throttle: ?Once I got back into it, I worked out two or three times daily. I would go to Gunnar [Peterson] first for my one-hour training session, then I’d have two more cardio sessions later in the day. That, along with a really clean eating plan, was how I lost 60 pounds in four months. It was a very intense program, and I was extremely focused on it.”
Working with Gunnar Peterson: ?Five days a week, Gunnar puts me through an hour-long plyometric cardio circuit that always includes boxing elements.?
Her diet: “First, I give myself a break. When I’m on a strict eating regimen, at some point I have to have French fries, a cheeseburger, and some pizza. And Oreos and vanilla ice cream! I also believe that drinking tons of water and flushing out your system is crucial for training. It really helped me drop the weight. I tell myself that water is my medicine and that to stay well, I have to drink a gallon of it every day.”
Ciara?s mantra: ?The food isn?t going anywhere.? When she craved a massive plate of pasta, for example, she?d take a minute to ask herself, ?Do you really need to eat all this crazy stuff? It will still be around if you really want it later.?
On achieving success: “I truly believe that if you put your goals in writing, speak them out loud, and work for them, they will happen.”
Her other mantra: ?Success begins with self-belief. What I?ve learned is that the difference between being good and being great is the effort you put in. You can?t just wake up in the morning and be a winner; you have to work for it.?

While I think she should be applauded for working so hard and really focusing on her program, it does seem? excessive? It also seems like she was a total gymrat when her baby was still really small. I mean, she was working out with Gunnar five days a week with hour-long sessions, then on top of that she was doing maybe two more hours of cardio on top of that every single day. Yikes! As for her diet?yes, water is great. And I?m assuming she means French fries and ice cream in moderation!

A few weeks ago, Russell Wilson told a church that he was waiting until marriage to have sex with his beautiful girlfriend Ciara. Russell is 26, Ciara is 29. Ciara?s also a single mother after her engagement to Future fell apart last year, just a few months after she had given birth to baby Future Zahir Wilburn. My point is that Ciara and Russell aren?t really doing the fake-coy thing, like they?re pretending to be born-again virgins or something. But they are waiting to have sex and? I don?t know, I?m not really judging them for it. Ciara did an interview with Access Hollywood this week and she confirmed what Russell said, and Ciara basically said that this time around, she?s waiting for marriage or engagement. Sure.
Ciara and Russell Wilson aren’t messing around (both literally and figuratively). The couple have made it known that they’ve chosen to remain celibate, and the singer has confirmed during a recent interview with Access Hollywood that they’re not going to do the dirty unless there’s a ring on that finger.
“It’s until the deal is sealed. Absolutely,” the beauty told Kit Hoover and guest co-host Dave Karger when asked if there’s a timeframe, and added that she didn’t feel any type of way when Wilson decided to reveal they’re holding off on sex during an interview. “It was an organic thing for him and I think he was just being honest about where we are. It’s cool when you get to build a foundation with someone on how much you care for each other and really know each other’s personalities, so it’s really fun.”
However, Ciara admits that it can get tough sometimes.
“I have to say, I think both of us look at each other and we’re like?whew. But we take it one day at a time and keep it growing with each other, and I’m really enjoying every day that we’re sharing.”

My guess is that ?until the deal is sealed? means engagement more than marriage. Or am I wrong? It could go either way, I think. They could get engaged and I could see both of them justifying premarital sex that way. Or they could wait until marriage. Either way, I don?t really think it?s going to completely work out with them, ring or no ring, sex or no sex. They?re putting too much emphasis on NOT banging when banging is just one part of the rich tapestry of any mature relationship.

I saw this story on Monday and I just thought, ?Yeah, right.? But it?s taken on a life of its own. Seattle Seahawk Russell Wilson did an appearance at The Rock Church over the weekend and he ended up chatting about his relationship with Ciara. I sort of didn?t know/care that Ciara had moved on from Future, but that happened last year. Ciara gave birth to Future?s son, Future Zahir Wilburn, and then by August 2014, Ciara and Future were done. He cheated on her and their engagement was off. According to the internet, Ciara and Russell started dating this spring, maybe March or April. And in that time, Russell says they have not had sex. They are practicing abstinence. Because of course.
Taking it one (two) step at a time. Russell Wilson is an open book when it comes to his faith and now his romantic life. During an appearance at The Rock Church on Sunday, July 5, the Seattle Seahawks quarterback, 26, opened up about the intimate details of his relationship with Ciara.
?I do have a girlfriend, yes, she?s a sweetheart,? the self-proclaimed ?saved? Christian admitted. ?She?s everything you could ever want, honestly. Funny thing is, I told somebody that that?s the girl I wanted to be with before I ever met her. I told somebody, ?I?m probably going to end up with Ciara.??
When asked about how he moves forward with his relationship while remaining true to his promises to God, Wilson told a story.
?I met this girl named Ciara who was the most beautiful woman in the world, the most kind person, the most engaging person, everything that I could ever want,? he explained. ?She was on tour and I was looking at her in the mirror, and she was sitting there. And God spoke to me and said ?I need you to lead her.? And I was like, ?Really? Right now?? And he goes, ?No, I want you and need you to lead her.? And I asked her, ?What would you do if we took all that extra stuff off the table? And just did it Jesus? way???
When the host of the talk asked Wilson to clarify what he meant by the ?extra stuff,? the football star admitted, ?Yeah, we?re talking about sex? Can we love each other without that? If you can really love someone without that then you can really love somebody? I ain?t gonna lie to y?all now. I need y?all to pray for us. Because I know y?all have seen her on the screen now. If there?s a 10, she?s a 15. Pray for me, keep my mind clear, keep my heart clear.?
Wilson went on to talk about the plan he felt God had for them as a couple.
?For me, I knew that God had brought me in her life to bless her and for her to bless me,? he said. ?We?re not going to be perfect, by any means. But he?s anointed both of us and he?s calling for us to do something special.?

I?m including the video below (full disclosure: I only made it about a minute into the video). My take: I don?t really have a problem with two adults deciding to abstain from sex because of their religion or what have you ? I think that?s a totally different situation than, say, being paid to shill abstinence-only education to kids or telling hormonal teenagers that sex is dirty and sinful. Does this still bother me? Sure ? sex is an important and healthy part of modern relationships and I can?t imagine that there are many adult men or women prepared to marry a person without sleeping with them, Duggars excluded.
This whole thing sort of reminds me of Ali Landry?s post-divorce situation ? when she remarried after the debacle with Mario Lopez, she and her new husband waited until they were married too. Ali has said it wasn?t so much about religion for her, she just felt very damaged from her past relationships and she wanted to have an old-fashioned courtship without sex. I wonder if that?s how Ciara feels? Like, it might be refreshing to be with a guy who is not trying to get in her drawers 24/7.

The lovely songstress told Style that she managed to snag the gig using her dancefloor charm- ?I had a marvelous night dancing with Mr. Cavalli last fall in Dubai, and now my dream of being in one of their campaigns has come true.?
She continued, ?I am so honored to be the face of the current campaign for Roberto Cavalli. I grew up truly admiring the beautiful collections and dreaming of wearing them. I am excited that also now my friend Peter Dundas will be at the creative helm, and I look forward to his creations.?

Last week, Us Weekly was the first to report that Ciara had called off her engagement to Future after discovering that he had been cheating on her just three months after she had given birth to their son (Future Zahir Wilburn). Us Weekly published a second story in which they said Ciara had told them she was ?very happy? these days and doing well.
Ciara was not happy with Us Weekly after that. Ciara tweeted Us Weekly, writing: ?I did not do this interview with you! This is a lie, and tasteless! Must you be that thirsty to create a story?! Unbelievable! U manipulated my words & took the interview for sensation…As I Said, Thirsty!” So Us Weekly published the audio of their interview with Ciara to prove that they had quoted her accurately, which they had. It was really funny. Dear Ciara: don?t go after a media outlet as ?thirsty? when you?re the one giving them interviews and exclusives. So now Us Weekly is really doubling-down on their (correct) reporting. Us Weekly says that Ciara dumped Future because she found out he was banging his stylist.
One, Two Step-away from the closet! Ciara left her rapper fiance Future, after she learned that her baby daddy was cheating on her with his wardrobe consultant, Tyrina Lee, an insider reveals to Us Weekly.
As Us broke the news last week, the “I’m Out” singer, 28, called it quits with Future just three months after welcoming their newborn son, Future Zahir Wilburn. According to the insider, Ciara learned of her man’s infidelity through the rumor mill, too.
“She found out about the affair through multiple sources in recent weeks,” the insider tells Us. “There was clear evidence when she approached Future about the cheating. This was clearly not just a one-night thing.”
Lee was Future’s stylist specifically for his music and photo shoots, as well as his personal shopper. According to the same insider, Ciara was “devastated” about her fiance’s betrayal.
She and Future, 30, got engaged last October on her birthday, when he surprised her with a beautiful 15-carat diamond ring. Seven months later, Ciara gave birth to their son in May.
“Our label put us together,” Ciara told Brides magazine in its July 2014 issue. “I went into the studio strictly to work, but he was very calm and sweet, a gentleman? I knew right away that he was different. Now he’s my best friend in the world, my partner.”
Despite their history, another source told Us that their relationship was done. “He cheated on her,” the insider said. “Game over.”

Like, many celebrities believe that those people don?t ?count? as far as infidelity goes. Sometimes it works out ? many a hair, makeup or fashion stylist has gotten the ring. But I hate when parents do that to a baby. Anyway, all seemed well with Ciara and Future ? they were engaged, they did red carpets together, stuff was relatively quiet between them. But now Us Weekly and other outlets say that Ciara is done. She?s canceled the engagement and she?s telling people that Future cheated on her.

Like with Kendra Wilkinson, I think it takes a particular kind of douchebag to cheat on a pregnant woman or a woman who has just had a baby. All cheating is pretty awful, obviously, but there?s a special place in hell for men who cheat on women who are pregnant or just given birth. I hope Ciara keeps the ring, sells it and gets a buttload of child support too. I will give her this ? I like that she?s all ?game over.? She?s over the moon about becoming a mommy, and on Tuesday (February 4) Ciara shared a series of selfies of her growing midsection via Instagram.
The ?Anytime? songstress donned a black tank top to make the most of her bulging baby bump and grabbed her mobile phone for the marvelous mother-to-be photos.
During her interview with Giuliana Rancic in January, Ciara noted that her appetite has been a little nutty thanks to her bun in the oven.
"You know what; it's not really one particular thing. I just have a habit of eating the same thing over and over and over.?
Ciara and her fianc Future will welcome their first child together later this year.

The ?Body Party? babe took the giant rock out for its first public appearance at The Hotel Derek, sporting a sexy black bandage dress that showcased her flawless figure.
Ciara?s rep told press that the left-hand sparkler isn?t only an engagement ring, it?s also a present in honor of her 28th birthday.
"The ring, which doubled as a special birthday gift, is a beautiful 15-carat emerald cut diamond designed by Avianne & Co," said the spokesperson.
