She?s been working hard performing to thousands of fans on her Red tour and Taylor showed off the results of her energetic live routine on a rare day off on Tuesday.
Taylor is currently enjoying a few days break from touring the country, before hitting the road again on Friday.

Getting some shopping done while most start their short work week, Taylor Swift headed to the Grove in Los Angeles on Tuesday (September 3).
The "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer looked cute in a tan sweater with multicolored designs, navy blue high-waisted shorts, and nude heels as she rocked her red lips and shades.
Recently, the 23-year-old songstress's pal and tour mate Ed Sheeran came to her rescue to clear up a VMA rumor.
Though many speculated that Taylor was telling ex-boyfriend Harry Styles and his group One Direction to "Shut the f--k up" during the ceremony, Ed explains, "[Taylor] rung me straight afterward and she was like, 'I think I've messed up. Selena [Gomez] said to her, 'I think Miley's going to win the award over me,' and then Taylor said, 'Oh, shut the f--- up.' And that's what that was."

I got a lot of tweets and comments about Taylor Swift?s look at the VMAs, but I didn?t really find it that controversial or notable. Swifty wore this Herve Leger gown which made her body look great, frankly. She has a model-y figure and she owns it. The gown was very obvious and very ?look at me!? but I actually enjoyed the fact that she wasn?t wearing a super-sweet, frothy princess gown and I?m glad she wore a dark color too. I also enjoyed the way she styled it. This is perhaps the best hair she?s had at a music event ever! If I had to change one thing, I would give her better jewelry. And that?s it.
I?m not really sure who Erin Wasson is (a model, right?), but this is what she wore. It?s Alexandre Vauthier. She has a great body, but? honey no.
Ciara wore Givenchy Couture. I hate when ladies wear gowns that are designed to make you think, ?Are we just one breeze away from seeing her biscuit?? Also, too many feathers.
Sarah Hyland in Marchesa. I hate when young women do this ? I hate when they go overboard for an event like the VMAs. The VMAs are not the event where you should wear a Marchesa gown. You should never wear Marchesa anyway, but if you really need to, save it for a red-carpet Hollywood event, like a big premiere or something. Not the VMAs. Also: this dress just sucks completely. Poor Sarah.

It?s always one of the biggest events of the year, and Taylor Swift came to the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards tonight (August 25) ready to have a smashing good time.
Looking sexy in a snazzy ensemble, the "Love Story" singer showed off her posing prowess while the paparazzi clamored for a shot outside the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
In addition to her two nominations, including the coveted Video of the Year award, the 23-year-old songstress will also present a moonman to a lucky winner at the ceremony.
While everybody always says it?s an honor just to be nominated, the Best Song of the Summer award hopefuls are all secretly hoping to crush the competition.
The nominees include Miley Cyrus for ?We Can?t Stop,? Daft Punk for ?Get Lucky,? Selena Gomez for ?Come & Get It,? Calvin Harris & Ellie Goulding for ?I Need Your Love,? One Direction for ?Best Song Ever,? and Robin Thicke for ?Blurred Lines.?

Continuing the action on her huge RED World Tour, Taylor Swift rocked the Staples Center in Los Angeles for the third of four consecutive shows on Friday (August 23).
The "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer sported a white blouse and black leather hotpants to go along with her red guitar and red shoes as she wowed the sold-out crowd.
Sharing some surprises so each performance is different, one show featured Tegan and Sara playing "Closer" with the 23-year-old songstress.
As for Friday's performance, Taylor tweeted, "So.. Anything could happen at one of our LA shows. @elliegoulding showed up to sing 'anything could happen'! 15,000 person dance party."

Grabbing a delicious bite to eat during her down time, Taylor Swift stopped by The Farm in Beverly Hills, CA on Thursday (August 22).
The "I Knew You Were Trouble" songstress looked effortlessly cute in a floral print dress, nude heels and black Ray Ban sunglasses as she smiled on her way out.
In other news, Miss Swift has been hard at work on her worldwide Red tour. Clearly a fan favorite, Taylor was recently awarded with a plaque for having a record-breaking amount of concert sell-outs at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Proving exactly why she was worthy of the prize, TSwift just completed three shows at the venue and still has two more to go. Planning to surprise her fans with an amazing performance, the 23-year-old tweeted, "To everyone who came to the show tonight in LA, I adore you. To anyone coming to the next 3 shows, expect more of the unexpected."
