Doing her best to boost sales, Katie Price held a promotional event at ASDA in Milton Keynes on Thursday (February 3).
Sporting an eye-catching ensemble complete with an extravagant hat, the British beauty took a seat as she signed copies of her book 'You Only Live Once' for a lineup of gathered fans.
The book signing comes amidst reports that Miss Price has reached out to ex-hubby Peter Andre in hopes of ending their public feud.
According to the Daily Star, Katie said, "Please call me. I'm just a phone call away. Enough is enough."
The 32-year-old is said to have told friends, "Why does everything have to be done in public? This has got to stop. I'm being an adult, why doesn't he behave the same way?"
Price continued, "The kids are the most important thing for both of us so we need to get on with the job of being good parents. Slagging me off in his column doesn't help anyone."
She added: "He has my phone number. He can just ring me up if he's got a problem. We are both grown adults. Princess is just a young girl having fun with her hair. It's not serious and no-one else thinks it is, except Pete. I don't want this to keep being an issue. This has to stop."

I normally don?t cover someone like Katie Price, but these photos just came in, and they?re too good to pass up. This is Katie Price (aka Jordan) doing a book signing in London today. Because, yes, Katie Price is a published author. Her current book, You Only Live Once, is her fourth autobiography. And I?m not even counting the five ?novels? she?s written. Oh, I mean ?written? because if this bitch doesn?t have a team of ghostwriters, I?m going to shoot myself in the head. Oh crap? I just saw that she?s always got some children?s book series?!? That?s it. I?m getting my gun.
Anyway, I just wanted to point out some of my favorite parts of these photos. First of all: the hat/wig. It?s magnificent. Britney Spears should totally wear that. Secondly, Katie is wearing Uggs and SWEATPANTS. To a book signing. Because that?s how much she cares. Third: her skin. It?s not even orange at this point. Carrots look at Katie Price and a cold shiver runs through them. She?s got so many layers of fake-tanner on, she?s a shade of deep, burnt sienna.

After weeks of rumors and chatter, it is finally confirmed that Katie Price has split from husband Alex Reid.
After only 11 months of marriage, the British model issued a statement admitting their marriage came too quickly and also stated that Alex has become too ?fascinated? with his celebrity status.
In her statement released today (January 18), Price accused her estranged husband of ?changing? from the ?man I fell in love with?.
When the couple started dating in July 2009 - just eight weeks after she split from first husband Peter Andre - Reid was a cagefighter and struggling actor.
Katie is claiming his ?desire to promote himself caused a change in the dynamic of our relationship and contributed to our alienation.?
Reid was spotted moving out of the couple?s Surrey, London?s mansion late last night.

We don’t usually cover British star-for-no-reason Katie Price, aka Jordan. She’s like the British Kim Kardashian in that she’s famous for having a sex tape, a reality show, putting out a bunch of merchandise with her name on it, selling her life story, and turning herself into a living plastic doll. (Jordan predates Kim, so maybe Jordan was Kim’s career inspiration, not Paris Hilton.)
Anyway Katie is trying to kick out her husband of all of 11 months, former adult film actor and professional cagefighter Alex Reid, but Reid is said to be staying put in another wing of the couple’s mansion. Apparently Katie is upset that Reid posed for a photo in which he appears to be training her five year-old son, Junior (with ex husband Peter Andre), to fight. He’s also said to have angered her by following her career path and cashing in on her “celebrity.” Katie called Andre a famewhore or something, as if that wasn’t obvious to her from the get-go, and is said to be seeking a divorce. The couple has no prenup, so of course money will be an issue. While Reid was initially trying to save the marriage, and plead his case to the press about how it was all a misunderstanding, it’s thought that he’s accepted that it’s over and is just trying to get the best payout. Katie’s first ex husband, Peter Andre, has of course chimed in:
JILTED Alex Reid yesterday taunted wife Jordan - telling her: “Give me 2million or I’ll NEVER move out.”
Alex, 35, insisted it would cost that much for him to walk away from their 11-month marriage.
The cage fighter’s demand, which would be part of a final divorce settlement, came as he received support from Jordan’s ex, Peter Andre.
The singer, 37, told a pal: “I actually feel sorry for Alex - she is obviously trying to make him look like the bad guy when it seems he loved her.”
The furious star spoke out after Jordan, 32 - real name Katie Price - said Alex was a “sponging Peter clone”. Meanwhile, a pal of Jordan’s claimed she had been left devastated by Alex’s request.
It came after he had agreed to move out and sign a gagging order stopping him from talking about their marriage.
Alex then made a last-minute U-turn after speaking to his family about what was on offer. Jordan’s friend said: “Most people haven’t seen Katie cry, but she was in fits after this call.
“Alex had finally agreed to release a statement about the end of their marriage and move out. He then went to the gym. Katie called him to see if he had run everything past his lawyers and he just started to laugh.
“Alex said he had changed his mind and that there was absolutely no way she was getting rid of him that easily.”
Last night cross-dresser Alex was again staying at Jordan’s mansion in Woldingham, Surrey, arriving at 11pm. Jordan is still living in the home - in a separate wing to Alex. She is said to have considered moving out, but her disabled son Harvey, seven, needs the home’s special facilities.
She claims Alex has made a fortune from their relationship - getting 200,000 for his own TV show and 75,000 for a magazine column.

Here’s the thing - this woman is getting more press for this divorce than she has in months if not years (since her last divorce) so she’ll ultimately profit from this breakup even if she has to give Alex a hefty settlement. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s playing up this whole controversy and marital trouble to earn more headlines.

The glamour girl signed bottles of ?Precious Love? at Allders, hamming it up for the cameras as she encountered fans.
In relationship news, things between Katie and her cage fighter hubby Alex Reid have continued to decline in recent weeks.
An insider revealed, ?After being stuck in the house unable to go out, Kate snapped that she was sick of the sight of Alex. She?s been saying she?s got cabin fever ? especially as she hasn?t even been able to ride her horses, which she has hated.?
?They have been bickering more than ever. At one point it got really heated and she told him she wanted to spend the festive period with just her own family and her three kids. Of course Alex was gutted to hear that.?
