Paying for her past misdoings, Katie Price has been ordered to dish out "substantial" damages to her former manager, Claire Powell, as a result of lying about an alleged affair between the Can Associates Limited rep and her ex-husband Peter Andre.
The British glamour babe made the unfounded accusation during an appearance of "The Graham Norton Show" last October - with the show censoring the comments although tabloids ran with the story.
With Miss Powell being represented by Mike Brookes, he told Justice Eady in court today: "To be accused of infidelity, with one of her long-standing and high-profile clients, was obviously very damaging and distressing for Ms Powell - the most obvious reason being that the allegation was completely untrue."
While Miss Price did not appear in court, she has issued an apology and admitted that her comments were false - also agreeing to render payment to her former manager to compensate the reputation and personal damages.

Tending to the day's press duties, Katie Price was spotted as she exited ITV studios in London, England on Thursday (March 18).
The British glamour babe chatted on her cell phone after finishing up an interview on "This Morning" - during which she spoke about wanting to keep her life more private before contradicting her claim by telling that she's currently on her period.
After being asked about her relationship with new hubby Alex Reid, Miss Price replied, "I don't want to dwell on it too much because like I say we're very private like that."
Shortly thereafter, Katie openly told the UK show, "We are trying for a baby... I'm on my period now, not that you all want to know that."
Also talking about her plans on filming a movie about herself, the 31-year-old dished, "I was in America and I did talk to producers. After my next autobiography comes out they've got all them books and they're going to make a movie of it. There's a film called Paparazzi which Mel Gibson did which I recommend everyone to watch 'cos it's very similar to my life. He just made a cameo role in it ... and I shall probably do something like that 'cos I'm not an actress... It will be a good movie and it will happen."

Still basking in newlywed bliss, Katie Price and Alex Reid were spotted doing a bit of shopping on Tuesday (March 9).
The British glamour model and her cage-fighter husband stopped by Shiekh shoe store in Los Angeles, CA with Katie picking up a new pair of kicks.
Ms Price flew to the LA last week to join Alex, who is shooting scenes for his Bravo martial arts show “The Fight Of His Life.”
On Sunday night, the 31-year-old dolled herself up and joined the many, many celebrities in attendance at Elton John’s AIDS Foundation Oscar afterparty.

Ms. Price got into LA yesterday after flying in from London, England. She’s in town to spend time with her husband Alex Reid as he films his martial arts television show.
“Kate’s gone out to LA to see Alex and to pamper herself. She loves being out there and she’s going to turn it into a bit of a holiday. She goes over regularly to have work done - Botox, hair extensions, the lot.”

The sighting comes as reports tell that Miss Price recently forced her hubby Alex Reid to dump his manager and let her take over.
“Katie told Alex to let her run the show,” a source tells the Sun.
In addition, insiders tell that Katie took over after her cage fighter beau’s former team signed him up to do a nude spread for a gay magazine – of which she’s now insisting full editorial control.

Reunited in London, Katie Price and Alex Reid were spotted leaving The Mayfair Hotel on Wednesday evening (February 17).
After having a meeting with Katie’s manager, the British glamour girl and her cage fighter hubby separately hopped in and out of a chauffeured ride at the local hotel.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, the couple married in Las Vegas back on February 3 following a seven month romance – with new reports claiming that a baby may be next on the agenda.
Miss Price said: “Me and Alex want kids and we’re trying, so let’s hope. I can’t wait to get pregnant.”

Fresh off of a flight from Austria, Katie Price was spotted as she landed at Heathrow Airport in London, England on Friday (Febraury 12).

During the glitzy gala, Miss Price, 31, wore an elegant sky-blue satin and chiffon ensemble as she accompanied her host Prinz Marcus Von Anhalt.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, Katie was originally invited by tycoon Richard Lugner, but was “uninvited” after she told the media the news prior to Lugner’s official announcement.
With Lindsay Lohan then becoming a last-minute cancellation, Miss Price eagerly snatched up the spotlight at the annual party.
