Sporting her sexy workout gear, a newly-single Halle Berry was spotted leaving a friends house in Burbank, California on Wednesday (May 5).
The Oscar-winning actress, who recently ended a four-year relationship with model Gabriel Aubry, was a bit shy on this particular as she strolled by paparazzi wearing a white tank top and black workout pants with "PINK" written across the rear-end.
While the couple have claimed that the breakup is civil, sources close to the former pair are disagreeing - insisting that their breakup was due to months of fighting.
Halle and Gabriel first met back in 2005 at a Versace photo shoot. They had a daughter together named Nahla, who was born in March of 2008.

Good Lord! Yesterday, Radar made an announcement that Gabriel Aubry was pissed at the way he was being portrayed in the media, and thus, was considering going to court to get custody of baby Nahla. Everything about Gabriel and Halle?s allegedly ?mature? split seemed to be falling apart. And now Us Weekly just put out a new report that makes both Halle and Gabriel look bad. According to their reporting and ?sources,? Halle used to make fun of Gabriel to his face, calling him a loser and telling him he was ?just a model?. Yikes!
When Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry announced they?d split after four years of dating, they insisted the breakup was amicable.
But sources close to the former couple tell the new issue of Us Weekly, on stands Wednesday, that their parting followed months of bitter bickering behind closed doors.
Even though True Religion model Aubry, 34, raked in an estimated $700,000 a year, Berry focused on his career disappointments, including his failed Cuban eatery, Cafe Fuego, in NYC, which opened in 2006 and closed less than two years later.
“Halle called him a loser,” a source tells Us. “She’d rub it in his face that she’s an Oscar-winning actress and he’s just a model. He couldn’t take it anymore.”
Berry, 43, and Aubry, 34, met at a 2005 Versace photo shoot. Their daughter Nahla was born in March 2008.

Now, I do believe this makes both of them look bad. Taken on face value, and for argument?s sake, let?s say it?s 100% accurate: Halle sounds like a major bitch, and Gabriel sounds like, yes, a loser. Now, go behind this story - who released this story, whether or not it?s true? Is this Halle?s camp trying to make people see that Gabriel is a ?loser?? Or is it Gabriel?s camp trying to get sympathy, and trying to paint Halle as the bitch? It?s not really working on any level.

Keeping busy over the weekend, Halle Berry was spotted grabbing a bite to eat at Rue 57 in New York City on Saturday afternoon (May 2).
Having participated int eh Revlon Run/Walk For Women alongside Jessica Biel and Jessica Alba earlier in the day, the "Swordfish" star remained in high spirits on the heels dominating headlines with news of her split from partner Gabriel Aubry.
Of the couple, who share a 2-year-old daughter named Nahla, Halle's rep tells, "Berry and Aubry have been split for some time, but they remain close friends and committed parents to their daughter."
Meanwhile, a source tells People magazine, "She kicked him out months ago because he wasn't able to pull his weight in the relationship and she wanted to move on. They?re very amicable in healthy ways because of their child. Her main concern is for the health and happiness of her daughter."

Fresh off of her big breakup news, Halle Berry was out and ready for an active day in New York City on Saturday (May 1).
Clad in her sexy fitness gear, the Oscar winning actress followed alongside a few companions ahead of the annual Revlon Run/Walk for Women.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Berry is fresh of of a split with Gabriel Aubry, with whom she shares a little girl named Nahla.
Confirming the parting of ways, Aubrey told press last night, "While I will not comment on all of the wild inaccuracies being speculated about in the media, I am sad to say that Halle and I have decided together to separate at this time. She is, and will forever be, one of the most special and beautiful people that I have ever known, and I am certain that we will continue to have only love and respect for one another."

Halle Berry may know how to act, but it looks like she is Le Suck in the picking of the men department. Radar Online reports,
With two failed marriages behind her, it seemed Halle had finally found her soul mate in Canadian model Gabriel Aubry. The couple even had a child together, adorable daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry, who was born March 16th 2008.
But RadarOnline.com has learned that Halle and Gabriel have called it quits and worked out a financial and custody deal. They spent months hammering out a deal with a lawyer, RadarOnline.com learned.
A source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com that Gabriel was the one who pulled the plug on their five year relationship and that the age difference ? he?s 34, she?s 43 ? played a role.
“Gabriel just felt it wasn’t working anymore,” the source says. “When they were first together the 9-year age difference between them didn’t phase him, she was the most beautiful woman he had ever dated and he was totally in love. But as time went on he started feeling it more and more. Also, Gabriel started noticing other women, and being attracted to others, and he felt it just wasn’t right to stay with Halle in those circumstances.”
Well damn, I guess that’s why it’s generally not a good idea to be with a guy who’s younger (and likely more immature) than you are. You have the bastard’s little bastard, your tits sink and you get stretch marks, and all of a sudden it’s a little too much grown-up reality, and then it’s time to share your Magnum with someone else.
