Hayden Panettiere, 25, is expecting her first child with her fiance, boxing great Wladimir Klitschko. She’s due in December, according to the costume designer for her excellent show Nashville, on ABC. Mild spoiler for past episodes of Nashville Hayden’s character, country star Juliette Barnes, is pregnant on the show. Writers created a pregnancy storyline to accommodate for Hayden’s real life pregnancy, and it’s a good thing because you can really see that she’s pregnant, even though they try to avoid full length body shots. It’s clear that Hayden has gained some weight. She doesn’t look big or anything, you can just see the difference in her face. In a new interview with Hello!, Hayden reveals that she’s gained 40 pounds. She also said that she plans to lose it before she walks down the aisle. She’s so cute. Here’s more:
On how much weight she gained
I’m 5 feet, 2 inches and I started out at 106 pounds and guess how much I weight now? Around 145 pounds.
‘And the worst part is that my feet are still size five and they’re going, ”What’s going on with all this weight?” They’re about to snap from underneath me with the strain.’
‘I’m still quite muscular, so if you’re running around carrying 40 pounds of extra weight, you’re going to build extra muscle.’
She’s not getting married when she’s pregnant
‘I’ll tell you one thing for sure, I am not walking down the aisle 40 pounds heavier than usual in a wedding dress with a huge pregnancy belly stitched in. Not happening.’
She can’t wait to have her baby girl
‘I’m so ready to hold my baby girl – I’m going to be a very hands on mom.
‘I’m thrilled that I am having a girl first because I feel like I know a lot about raising a strong woman. I feel very empowered myself and I think my daughter will, too.’

Well I don’t blame her for not wanting to get married when she’s bigger. I did the same thing, I waited to get married until my baby was a few months old and I was feeling back to myself. At that point I still wasn’t back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but I was close. I gained 50 pounds when I was pregnant, but I’m 5’8?. I still felt huge! I had never been that large in my life, so I can’t imagine that Hayden is very comfortable.
Here’s a photo that Hayden tweeted for Halloween where she’s dressed up as a tiger and wearing a bikini. This is a Mariah Carey level pregnancy move, but it’s Halloween, she’s got great face paint and she used a lot of filters so it’s kind of artistic. Plus she barely tweets. She only tweeted twice in the month of October and once in September. She’s getting ready for that baby. I bet she and Wladimir can’t wait.

She?s eight months pregnant with her first child (it's a girl!) and Hayden Panettiere is forty pounds heavier now than she was before she had a bun in the oven.
The ?Nashville? starlet, who is engaged to professional boxer Wladimir Klitschko, told Hello magazine that she?s definitely looking forward to slimming back down after she gives birth in order to prepare for her wedding.

When Hayden Panettiere was speaking to Giuliana Rancic during the E! pre-show she dropped a female pronoun in reference to her baby. Giuliana picked up on it, got all excited, and Hayden confirmed that she was having a girl. Later the other commentators, Kristin and Kelly, started gloating about how they had the exclusive that Hayden was having a girl and that Amanda Peet was pregnant. (Bedhead covered Peet here.) I don’t really get how it’s a big deal to find out a celebrity baby’s sex ahead of time, though. I only care when it’s close friends or family, although I like to actually see the celebrity babies once they arrive. Is that strange?
Anyway presenter Hayden was in this formfitting, cleavage-baring silver sequin Lorena Sarbu gown that was sexy without revealing too much. I thought this gown was so striking on her. The only thing missing was her hot Ukranian fiance, Wladimir Klitschko. Hayden told Giuliana that they’re trying to come up with a name for their baby that is both American and Ukranian, and that it’s difficult.
Also I have no problem when pregnant ladies belly cup. It kind of seems inevitable for them to do this, and I think I did it too.
Presenter Viola Davis was in this hot cobalt blue Escada gown featuring a sequin bust. The top is a little too tight and shelf-like for my taste, but Viola looks great otherwise. I love the cap sleeves on this.
Viola’s former co-star, Octavia Spencer, was in her favorite designer, Tadashi Shoji. She hasn’t worn another designer in years as far as I can remember. She said in a past red carpet interview that she knows all the people at the design house very well because she sees them ahead of each ceremony. This is a great color and this bright red was very popular last night. I like the intricate draping on this gown.
Minnie Driver wore a coral red Marchesa featuring a sequin v-neck. This isn’t awful but there’s nothing special about this dress. Minnie was nominated for Lead Actress in a Miniseries or Movie, for Return to Zero. That category of course went to Jessica Lange.
I just wanted to mention that I’ve tried to watch About a Boy, Minnie’s NBC comedy, but found it kind of boring. There were funny moments, it just didn’t draw me in. The show will come back in October.

Here is Hayden Panettiere showing off her bare baby bump for the first time as she stepped out with her fianc Wladimir Klitschko in Porto Cervo, Italy.
She teamed her halter-neck with a pair of matching baggy trousers and finished the look with flip flops and Pink reflective sunglasses.
It was revealed late last month that Hayden and Wladimir are expecting their first child together, though not many more details have been released. These are the first pics we?ve seen of Hayden since news of the pregnancy broke.

Soon they?ll be parents, so Hayden Panettiere and Wladimir Klitschko are all about making the most of their final days sans baby.
The preggers ?Nashville? babe and her 38-year-old boxing champ fianc showed up in Porto Cervo, Italy on Saturday (June 21) looking very relaxed and loved up.
And Hayden didn?t seem to mind putting her growing baby bump on full display beneath a black maternity top with black trousers.
Panettiere told press back in May 2013, "I've lived a very big life, and I don't feel my age, and I feel like I was born to be a mother. Sometimes people speak about [having kids] like, 'Your life ends?you're never going to be able to do anything again!' And I'm like, 'What are you talking about?' Motherhood is the most beautiful, exciting thing, and there's nothing that I feel like I can't accomplish while having children in my life."

Hayden Panettiere has announced her pregnancy, with her fiance of one year, boxing great Wladimir Klitschko. Just like Rachel Bilson, she gave the exclusive news to US Magazine. This makes me realize that when US first announced Hayden’s engagement, in March of last year and seven months before Hayden was “officially” engaged, that they probably heard it straight from her. So is Hayden going to adopt a similar strategy here, is she going to wait for the official pregnancy announcement? Here’s the news from US:
“Hayden is totally pregnant!” the insider tells Us of the Nashville star, 24, who has been engaged to Klitschko, 38, for a year.
On and off since meeting at a book party in 2009, the Heroes alum and her 6-foot-6 boxer beau dated for two years before splitting in 2011. By the spring of 2013, however, they were back together and ready to spend the rest of their lives with each other.
US also reminds us of Hayden’s May, 2013 Glamour cover interview, where she gushed about kids and said that she was ready for them. She said “I feel like I was born to be a mother. Sometimes people speak about [having kids] like, ‘Your life ends?you?re never going to be able to do anything again!’ And I?m like, ‘What are you talking about?’ Motherhood is the most beautiful, exciting thing, and there?s nothing that I feel like I can?t accomplish while having children in my life. I would sacrifice having more years of being wherever I want whenever I want for years with my kids.” It’s all well and good to say those things before you’ve actually had kids. Having them is an entirely different experience, although I’m sure Hayden’s experience will definitely be tempered by her wealth.
Anyway, congratulations to Hayden and Wladimir! I wonder if they’re planning to marry before or after the baby comes. They’ve said that their wedding is on hold due to the conflict in Wladimir’s native Ukraine, where many of his relatives still live. Oh and Hayden joked on Ellen that if she had kids with Wladimir, that they’d be normal sized. We’ll see. I bet they’ll be towering over her as preteens.
