Stepping out for a press appearance, Kendra Wilkinson was spotted out and about in New York City this morning (August 2).
The ?Girls Next Door? babe headed over to ?The Wendy Williams Show,? looking cute and casual in a Pink jacket with grey sweatpants and flip flops.
Ms. Wilkinson has been busy promoting her new book ?Sliding into Home,? in which she discusses her painful upbringing and troubled past.
Kendra is also hyping up her new fitness DVD, and given her post-baby body it looks like it definitely works.

She?s fallen into her role as a mother quite well, and Kendra Wilkinson says she would like to have more kids someday.
When asked about more babies, the former ?Girls Next Door? babe revealed, ?Have we discussed more children? Yeah, we?re thinking about it. Maybe next summer!?
And of son, Hank, Kendra said, ?We?re celebrating baby Hank?s latest milestone tonight, which is a high-five. I taught him high-five.?
?All I hear in the room is, ?High-five, high-five! Yeah!? That?s all I hear all day long,? her husband Hank Baskett added.

She?s taking her new book ?Sliding Into Home? all over the country, and over the weekend Kendra Wilkinson made a stop in San Diego, California.
The former ?Girls Next Door? hottie spent some time at her family home while in town, paying a visit to her mother Patti and grandmother Mary.
Of course, Kendra also spent plenty of time showing love to her fans during a meet and greet at American Icon Autographs.
And after all was said and done, Kendra and her husband Hank Baskett (along with their son Hank IV) had a marvelous send-off as they drove back to Los Angeles.

During her sit-down with E! anchor Catt Sadler, Mrs Hank Baskett - who has a new workout video - revealed her secret to a happy life.
She told, ?Get that heart rate up, and that?s the No. 1 key to a happy life, really feeling good about yourself and feeling sexy.?
And, when asked to reveal who her celebrity crush is, Kendra exclaimed, ?Halle Berry!?

Former “Girls Next Door” Kendra Wilkinson was in New York yesterday hawking her new book “Sliding Into Home,” which conveniently came out within a month of her sex tape “leaking.” Funny how stuff like that seems to happen Hollywood. What you and I might call “calculated manipulation,” celebrities call “coincidence.” Much like Kendra coincidentally forgetting to wear a bra with a see-through dress while selling a book with no pictures of her boobs in it. Just one more happy accident, I guess!

The married ?Kendra? stars smiled politely for the paparazzi as they made their way inside for Wilkinson?s appearance on ?Good Day NY.?
The reality TV blonde beauty has been busy promoting her new book, ?Sliding Into Home,? as of late.
During a recent visit to the ?Today Show,? Kendra mentioned that a near death experience stemming from a cocaine overdose is what turned her life around. She told, ?I survived, and I swear it was a couple of days after that that I had an epiphany. I just stopped drugs, stopped smoking cigarettes, stopped everything, and went home.?

Looking to drum up interest in her new book ?Sliding Into Home,? Kendra Wilkinson was spotted at Borders Books & Music in New York City yesterday (July 6).
Joined by her husband Hank Baskett, the ?Girls Next Door? gal got a little goofy for the cameras at the Columbus Circle locale.
In her book, Kendra describes the battle she had with drugs and self-mutilation and her eventual trip to the psych ward.
"I was f**ked up all the time and when I was coming down (off drugs) I got very depressed and angry. They allowed me not to think, because when I had time to think bad things happened."
?One day it was boy trouble, another day I felt like I wanted to run away but had nowhere to go. I either felt like no one was looking out for me or that I had no one to turn to. I was alone and I was miserable. I'd take scissors and jab them into my arm, slicing until a stream of blood ran down to my hand. With tears running down my face, I cut until I couldn't cut anymore."
