All of us check out celebrities online, but I constantly wonder if celebrities check out themselves or their friends/partners/hook-ups online. As we saw with John Mayer?s rants and most recently with Tina Fey?s Golden Globe acceptance speech, some celebrities do check up on the blogs and gossip sites. Jenny McCarthy is adding her name to the list. She admits to OK! that she reads up on her life partner on the internet, and they even check in with each other via webcam.
In his latest comedy Yes Man, Jim Carrey must say “yes” to every opportunity that comes across his path. In real life, the comedian, 47, has already said yes to a lifetime of love with girlfriend Jenny McCarthy, 36. While these two are happily content to stay unmarried, McCarthy tells OK! that Jim is truly the love of her life and credits him with helping her son, Evan, (who was diagnosed with Austism at 2) get better.
“Jim is a natural therapist,” she explains. “Evan had a lot of anxiety issues, and Jim would soothe his fears by letting him know that it was safe to try something new.”
The party of three seem pretty tight. So what do they do when Jim is away making movies? According to Jenny, she and her funnyman pick up right where they left off at home!
“We text about four times a day. And we talk about three times,” she reveals to OK!. “I go online and check him out. I tell him his outfit looks cute!”
Jenny says she and Jim also use a web cam from time to time!
“I haven’t done any dancing, but I make him do that!” she says. “It’s nice! With the iChat, we’re always afraid that there’s a third party watching! We’re a little bit careful, but it’s a great way to have that face connection!”
You’d think with two comedians in the house, life would be non-stop laughter, but Jenny says she and Jim are much more serious than people think.
“It’s not that we are that funny ? like ‘ha, ha, ha,’ when we are with each other” she explains. “I think that’s because we have to do that so often ? Jim now more than me. I’m a little more serious now with my work. We talk about real issues.”

I wonder if they have cybersex. Is it still called that? I have no idea. I would imagine Jim and Jenny probably just chat with no clothing removed. And I totally get how Jim Carrey might be more serious than ?people think?. He?s always seemed like one of the more morose celebrities in his private life, and I bet Jenny does a good job of lightening him up.

Here’s Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy in Hawaii. You gotta admit that Jenny looks awesome at 36. Jim, not so much. But I doubt he ever looked really good at any age. Lesson for you men: Funny + Money = Honey. You could still get away with just the money, but she’ll loathe you less if you have some other redeeming quality, and if she loathes you less, you’ll be more happy! See how this works?

Jenny McCarthy doesn’t look too shabby for 36. Jim Carrey, however, looks like his face is melting. All those years of making funny expressions have taken its toll. He’s molded it in such crazy ways that it no longer knows its original form. I don’t want this happening to me. That’s why I have decided to remain expressionless for the rest of my life. Which should make sex very awkward and serial killer-y. But on the bright side, no wrinkles!

| Jim Carrey gives Jenny McCarthy a $50 million trust | Added 15 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

In Hollywood, it seems like the biggest, nastiest fights are over money and children. It?s the same way with non-celebrities too, just on a smaller scale. Many stars, actors, singers, celebrities and entertainers go to great lengths to hold on to their slice of the pie at all costs. But not Jim Carrey. At one point in his 20-year-plus career, Carrey was the highest paid actor in the world, making roughly $20 million per film (but probably more if he had a back-end deal, ensuring a percentage of his films? gross). The twice-married, twice-divorced father of one has probably accumulated between $150-200 million dollars throughout his career, if he saved and spent wisely, making the right investments.
In December 2005, Carrey met Jenny McCarthy, Playboy bunny-turned-autism activist. They?ve been together ever since. McCarthy has given numerous interviews about how Carrey is wonderful with her autistic son, and both Carrey and McCarthy have been very open about their relationship, even appearing together on Oprah. They?ve also talked about how they don?t have any plans to marry, but it?s always seemed like Carrey wouldn?t be opposed to it. Now, there?s further proof that this relationship is in for the long haul. Carrey has made a $50 million trust for McCarthy and her son.
Jim Carrey has vowed to give his longtime girlfriend Jenny McCarthy a financially secure future - after reportedly setting up a $50 million (GBP35 million) trust fund for the actress despite insisting they will never marry.
The actor, 46, has earned an estimated $200 million (GBP140 million) with his blockbuster comedies - and is desperate to make sure 36-year-old McCarthy is set for life.
A source tells Star magazine, “He adores her and credits her with his better health and happier outlook on life. (He) wants her to have all the perks in life should anything happen to him.”
[From Contact Music]
That kind of generosity is so rare. While on Oprah, McCarthy talked about how Carrey was with her autistic son, how patient, how decent and how fatherly he is. This is just further proof that Carrey is beyond amazing - that he would take on the long-term financial challenges of his girlfriend and her autistic son, without any sense of obligation. And by all estimation, this trust is probably about a third of Carrey?s worth. Absolutely amazing. I guess there are some decent men out there.

“We love each other and we are married whether somebody said it or not. Whether we had some kind of ceremony or not, we believe that nothing outside of yourself can make your union sacred except you.” - Jim Carrey, getting more philosophical about his relationship with Jenny McCarthy.

Here’s Jim Carrey and Zooey Deschanel at the premiere of Yes Man which is basically an updated version of Liar, Liar. Zooey’s looking great. Much prettier than her sister. That’s something you don’t want to say to her face by the way. My bruised gonads can attest to that. Also, if you do decide say it to her face, make sure you say it to Zooey, not Emily. You also might not want to follow it up with, “I want to F you so bad.”

| New Batman movie to feature Eddie Murphy as The Riddler? | Added 15 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

I don’t think I’m the only one to hope this is just a baseless rumor. The next “Batman” sequel in the new franchise has been languishing since the unexpected death of Heath Ledger. Clearly, the filmmakers couldn’t simply recast the role, so they decided to go in a different direction and explore other Batman villains. And entirely - and quite possibly crappy - direction. Names are being tossed around for the roles of The Riddler (previously played by Jim Carrey is the craptastic “Batman Forever”) and Catwoman (played so brilliantly by Michele Pfeiffer in “Batman Returns”), and some of these names are just mind boggling. Top of the list: washed-up comedian Eddie Murphy as The Riddler. I know!
FUNNYMAN Eddie Murphy will play The Riddler in the next Batman movie, The Sun can reveal.
The Beverly Hills Cop star, 47, has been signed up by British director CHRISTOPHER NOLAN to reprise the role played by Jim Carrey in 1995?s Batman Forever.
The surprise move follows speculation linking Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp to the part.
The film, set for a 2010 release, is being developed under the working title Gotham.
Execs have also signed up rising Transformers star Shia Labeouf, 22, to play Robin.
Christian Bale will return as Bruce Wayne, while MICHAEL CAINE will again play Bruce?s assistant Alfred.
Meanwhile, Brit Rachel Weisz is said to be up for the Catwoman role.
Insiders also revealed to The Sun the flick will end on a cliffhanger over whether Batman survives a blast at Wayne Towers.
Nolan had been tight-lipped about the future of the Batman films after being rocked by the January death of HEATH LEDGER ? tipped to receive a posthumous Oscar for his role as The Joker in Batman Returns.
A film insider said: ?Chris wasn?t sure if he wanted to do another movie but as soon as he decided to, he got the wheels in motion.
?Eddie?s a fantastic addition. Everyone?s excited to see what he does as the Riddler.?
[From The Sun]
Please tell me this is all a joke. Aside from being occasionally funny as the voice of Donkey in the “Shrek” movies, I can’t think of a single decent movie Eddie Murphy’s been in since “Beverly Hills Cop.” He got some recognition for his role in “Dreamgirls,” but if you know his career, then you know that entire performance was just an extended version of his James Brown impersonation he used to do on SNL. And Shia Labeouf as Robin? First of all, why does Robin even need to be brought into this new franchise? Robin is the lamest superhero character in the stratosphere. And LaBeouf is one of the most overhyped, overrated young actors in Hollywood. It sounds to me like Christopher Nolan went temporarily insane. Then again, what do I know - I was skeptical of Heath Ledger as The Joker when I first heard about him being cast. Maybe Christopher Nolan is some kind of directorial mad scientist. I guess we’ll have to wait until 2010 to know for sure.
