Joined by some friends, the ?SexyBack? singer and the ?7th Heaven? hottie looked to be in good spirits as they exited the trendy Tribeca eatery.
Following their meal out, Justin and Jessica enjoyed the beautiful spring weather with a stroll around Downtown Manhattan.
Earlier this week, they hobnobbed with the fashion elite at the Costume Institute Gala Benefit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Taking care of their growling tummies, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were spotted out to brunch in New York City today (May 4).
The ?Cry Me a River? crooner and his ?Summer Catch? cutie looked very much in love as they strolled around Downtown Manhattan, ignoring the nearby paparazzi.
Last night, Jess and Justin were among the throng of top celebrities in attendance at the Costume Institute Gala Benefit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
As for her follow up to climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro back in January, Jessica told press, ?I?m thinking about trekking to Everest base camp. That?s kind of the next goal.?

Constantly finding themselves subjects of relationship woe rumors, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake were looking ever the happy couple in New York City on Sunday (May 2).
The "Sexy Back" stud and his "Valentine's Day" darling were all smiles as they were spotted walking hand in hand in Tribeca on what was beautiful spring day.
During the course of the day, the pair also got in a little sports action - as they spent time playing basketball together at the Chelsea Piers.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Biel spent the prior day alongside Jessica Alba and Halle Berry running for charity during the Revlon Run/Walk For Women event.

Earlier this morning, Jessica played the charitable chick as she participated in the Revlon Run/Walk for Women.
A few days earlier, Ms. Biel and Mr. Timberlake made the most of a night off by treating themselves to a VIP date at Drai?s Hollywood where Timbaland was performing.

Although nothing has been confirmed or denied, recent reports are suggesting that Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake have ended their three year relationship.
An unknown source told the Sunday Mirror, "It was mutual and they agreed it was best to part ways if things weren't going to head towards marriage and kids. They are both incredibly busy.?
Adding, "They've both been working incredibly hard and will remain friendly - but there's no more romance.?
Meanwhile, Justin has been spending time with ex-girlfriend Cameron Diaz as they film ?Bad Teacher? together and according to the source, "There's even been steamy love scenes and lots of kissing included in the script. They're having a blast together."

These are some new photos of Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake working together on the set of Bad Teacher. Now, I know the headline was slightly misleading. But as I was going through all of these photos, one thing stood out: both JT and Camy are flirting with each other, you can tell from their body language, and both are thinking about it. Pacific Coast News notes that Camy and JT ?seemed to be all smiles and very comfortable while working with one another in a professional atmosphere.? Now, I know some people (most people) don?t really give a crap about whether or not Cameron is going to steal Justin away from Jessica Biel, but this is endlessly fascinating to me. Because I really think it?s on.
Just look at the way Cameron is looking at JT as he? dances? Is that dancing? Or is just doing his blocking for a shot? I can?t really tell, but he looks like he?s ?presenting? as we would say in the animal kingdom. Anyway, Cameron looks totally into it. The Daily Mail/Star has a source who claims: ?’Their chemistry is incredible. Cameron was craving a high-energy comedy and sexual sparks, and she?s definitely getting that with Justin! She positively glows when she?s around him. Cameron couldn?t care less about Jessica. She?s not going to let her stand in the way.?
Is this fake laughter? Is Cameron like, “Ohmygod, you’re so funny, so come back to my trailer?”
Let me ask you something ladies: would you want your boyfriend to be hanging out with his ex-girlfriend, and you could see from the photo evidence that there were still sparks between them? I couldn?t take it. I would have a hissy fit.

Still plugging away on their latest project, Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake were both out to shoot their new film "Bad Teacher" in Los Angeles on Sunday (March 21).
The former couple kept their distance as paparazzi snapped up shots, easing their way out to their individual trailers in between running through scenes of the Jake Kasdan directed flick.
Also starring Jason Segel, "Bad Teacher" is described as "a comedy centered around a foul-mouthed, junior high teacher who, after being dumped by her sugar daddy, begins to woo a colleague -- a move that pits her against a well-loved teacher."
After kicking off production a short while back, Miss Diaz enthusiastically told Access Hollywood, ?We just had our first day of shooting yesterday with Jason. And we just laughed all day. It?s so wonderful, I?m so excited.?

And according to an insider, "Cameron melted down and really pushed it." She chose her ex fling over funnymen Bradley Cooper, Paul Rudd and Ryan Reynolds.
