Former couple Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake had an awkward chance run-in at a small restaurant that left them actively ignoring each other for a tense half an hour. Timberlake was eating with his live-in girlfriend, Jessica Biel, when Britney came in at 10pm:
Britney Spears ran into ex Justin Timberlake at Yatai Asian Tapas Bar in West Hollywood Monday night, an eyewitness reveals to Usmagazine.com.
Timberlake was in the middle of a late-night dinner with current girlfriend Jessica Biel when Spears walked through the door with her mom Lynne around 10 p.m.
While “Jessica looked gorgeous,” Spears “didn’t look the best, but she probably thought no one would see her, as this restaurant isn’t usually a hot spot,” the onlooker tells Us.
The witness describes the restaurant as “so small…like the size of a living room,” and the situation as “uncomfortable.
“Jessica and Justin looked to be slumping down in their seats to avoid [Spears]. She left 30 minutes later,” another source tells Us. “Shortly afterward, Justin and Jessica got in their car and left.”

What’s an Asian tapas Bar? Tapas bars are necessarily Spanish, and an Asian tapas bar would be like dim sum or sushi or something. It just doesn’t make sense to me.
It’s surprising that Britney and Justin didn’t even acknowledge each other. At least Britney didn’t turn around and walk out and both parties kind of dealt with it for a while. I guess all those rumors of a duet or some kid of musical collaboration between Britney and Justin weren’t true. They both performed separate numbers with Madonna at Dodgers Stadium on November 6, so you would think they were at least on speaking terms. Maybe they avoided each other backstage.

Justin Timberlake?s clothing line, William Rast, will be debuting its spring line at New York Fashion Week in Bryant Park on February 16th. The line was founded in 2006 with Timberlake?s friend, Trace Ayala. This is the second show in New York, following the one in September when Timberlake fans were disappointed that he didn’t perform:
The show is scheduled for Feb. 16 at 7 p.m. And for those who might anticipate a concert, there won?t be one. A spokeswoman for William Rast said that while Timberlake is scheduled to be present at the show, there will be no performance. This will be the brand?s second show during fashion week in New York. The last show, in September, was held at the Roseland Ballroom when a Timberlake performance was rumored but never materialized, much to the anger of attendees.

Timberlake apparently isn?t feeling the pressure of the economy, while famous designers like Vera Wang and Betsey Johnson are avoiding doing runway shows due to the recession. Vera Wang released a gracious statement about her decision in December:
?To do big shows, you really need shock and awe. You need big accessories, you need power and drama in staging and in the clothing. I want to see what I think feels politically correct and feels appropriate from a business point of view at this stage.?

It?s probably more of a business decision than an ideological issue, but we?ll let that rest for now. The question is really whether Justin Timberlake?s line is good enough for Fashion Week. The collection on the website is surprisingly good. The prices are pretty average for high-end pants and tops; about $200 for a pair of jeans. The men?s collection looks like Justin?s wardrobe ? classy leather jackets, button-up shirts, and sweaters. The women?s collection is also interesting, featuring classic pieces like straight-leg jeans and pea coats with contemporary, asymmetrical elements.
If the spring line is as good as the collection online, the chance to show his clothes with less competition for press may be a good opportunity for the company.

Jessica Biel is on the cover of next month?s GQ in Brittan, and looks absolutely amazing. As usual she won?t talk about longtime boyfriend Justin Timberlake. The two seem to have some sort of pact to never chat about each other. As a result I often forget that they?re even together, until one of the engagement rumors pops up.
Jessica admits that her looks have gotten her far in Hollywood; crediting them for getting her foot in the door. She doesn?t all-out say they trump her talent, but I can?t help but wonder if that?s what she?s getting at. She manages to say it in a way that is confident but certainly not overly-conceited.
Jessica Biel graces the cover of the UK edition of GQ in January. Inside she talks about Hollywood and her good looks, but won’t engage about boyfriend Justin Timberlake: “Justin Timberlake is the one part of my life that I own.”
On the movie world:
“I think it’s almost historical in Hollywood that there just aren’t so many good parts for women as they are for men. I think as long as you’re playing the wife or the girlfriend to the lead then you’re always playing second fiddle to the guys.”
On why she has a career in Hollywood:
“Your face and your body can get your foot in the door, obviously. And I’m thankful for that.”

Jessica really is a great beauty. The photographs emphasize how classically gorgeous she is. Though she and Justin have maintained a very private relationship, rumors obviously still get out about the two. According to In Touch, Jessica was recently seen looking through bridal magazines. Everyone seems to assume that she and Justin will get engaged soon, though something tells me if they do we?ll all be the last to know.

Back home following a relaxing Thanksgiving with boyfriend Justin Timberlake’s family in Memphis, Jessica Biel has been enjoying a little quality time with her pet pooches.
The “Powder Blue” babe was spotted this morning (December 6) all wrapped up as she took her dog East for a stroll, while she ventured out with all three of her canine pals to Runyon Canyon Park the previous day.

With a career that never seems to quit, Justin Timberlake took a much-needed day off yesterday and played some golf in Toluca Lake, California.
The “SexyBack” singer was joined by “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” stud Alfonso Ribeiro as he milled around the golf course, sporting a white golf shirt with dark trousers and some funky black and white shoes.

Justin Timberlake was spotted out golfing with Alfonso Ribeiro, Carlton from “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air,” in Tuluca Lake, California yesterday. While his old costar Will Smith has gone on to greatness, Ribeiro’s last role was in a 2005 comedy with Amanda Bynes called Love Wrecked. We’ve only reported one story on the guy, and it was when he was dating a porn star last year. As JayBird mentioned at the time, Ribeiro was known for getting photographed outside Hollywood clubs that were ruining their exclusive reputations by letting him in.
Somehow he’s friends with Justin Timberlake, though, and it seems like the someone tipped off the paparazzi on their golf game. There aren’t any photos of Ribeiro golfing, but it’s not like he was caddying. The photo agency says he was playing too, although there wasn’t much interest in capturing it on film.
Timberlake is a spokesperson for Callaway golf clubs, which could be part of the reason he invited photographers to capture him on the course. Ribeiro can also use all the exposure he can get.
