This is just an FYI, because our resident Orly-loonie (Sammie) isn?t around today - according to reports, Miranda Kerr has gone into labor in Los Angeles today. There is no word if she has already given birth or the sex of the baby or anything like that so far. A few weeks ago, Sammie mentioned something that is perhaps too political, but it is intriguing - neither Orly nor Miranda are American citizens, so it’s possible they wanted to give birth in America so their baby would be a citizen. An “anchor baby” if you use that term. Sam thing with Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem, who will likely give birth to their child in LA. Anyway, I just that I’d mention it. Here?s what?s known:
Orlando Bloom’s wife pregnant wife Miranda Kerr has reportedly gone into labour in Los Angeles.
The Hollywood actor married the Australian model in a secret ceremony in California in July (10) and they subsequently confirmed they are expecting their first child.
Kerr began experiencing contractions the day after Christmas (26Dec10), but it proved to be a false alarm, according to Australian newspaper The Daily Telegraph.
But the publication reports Kerr went into labour for real on Friday (07Jan11). An unnamed family member says, “We did get a text on Boxing Day (26Dec10) saying she had gone into labour but it was false alarm but I can confirm she did go into labour early this morning. I have been trying to get in touch with (Kerr’s parents) but everyone’s phones are going to message bank.”

Spending a leisurely weekend together, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr were spotted grabbing up lunch at Hugo's in West Hollywood, CA on Saturday (December 11).
Looking very much in love, the "Three Musketeers" stud proudly rubbed her supermodel wife's baby bump as they walked back to their car hand in hand.
As for her pregnancy experience, Miranda recently said, ?I am so excited about meeting our baby for the first time and looking into our baby?s eyes. Beyond that I plan to take life day by day.?
The Victoria's Secret beauty added, ?The first three months were challenging because I was dealing with morning sickness and still working, but apart from that I really enjoyed it. As every woman who has experienced pregnancy will agree, there is nothing more miraculous than feeling a little life growing inside of you."

As loose-ends of the film are being tied up, it is now being reported that Orlando Bloom will reprise his ?Lord of the Rings? role in the upcoming ?The Hobbit.?
The ?Pirates of the Caribbean? hunk will get back into his Sindarin Elf character named Legolas for the 2012 film.
Though Bloom is adamant about staying close to pregnant wife, Miranda Kerr, the timing of ?The Hobbit? came around just at the right time.
Once their bundle of joy arrives, the couple is rumored to be making Australia their permanent home.

The ?Pirates of the Caribbean? stud and his preggers Victoria?s Secret wife were in the house to see Roger Waters of Pink Floyd perform live.
In a recent interview, Miranda shared that she hopes to settle down with Orly and their babe on a quiet farm in Australia.
?Hopefully one day I can sit back on my farm, hopefully it?s a big farm. I?m hoping that I?ll have my own vegetable patch out the back and ideally to have water there, whether it be a river or the ocean. The ocean would be ideal. Can you imagine waking up every morning and having this solar-powered house and this big hammock??

Enjoying some time overseas, Orlando Bloom was spotted at the 2010 Cinema for Peace Green Evening in Berlin, Germany today (November 12).
The ?Pirates of the Caribbean? stud was joined by his cousin, director Sebastian Copeland at the China Club as he stood next to a piece of the former Berlin Wall.
Last night, Orly won the Bambi Charity Award for his humanitarian work with children in some of the world?s poorest regions.
The committee stated, "He always makes time to travel to distant countries so he can draw attention to the destitution faced by children and the work done by charities."

Keeping up on his hectic schedule, Orlando Bloom was spotted arriving at the Berlin Tegel airport in Berlin, Germany on Monday (October 18).
Sporting a shaggy haircut, the ?Pirate of the Caribbean? actor attempted to hide his face as he was making his way through the airport and noticed the on-hand paparazzi.
The trip to Germany comes as Orlando continues to film his role alongside Milla Jovovich in the Paul W.S. Anderson directed movie "The Three Musketeers".
In other news, Mr Bloom recently filmed a humorous public service announcement video for Malaria No More?s ?Comedy Fights Malaria? campaign.

Continuing to enjoy their stay in the City of Lights, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr were both spotted making their way around Paris, France on Saturday (October 2).
The "Pirates of the Caribbean" hunk and his expecting supermodel wife walked along separately as they ventured into Gare du Nord for the Eurostar show as part of Paris Fashion Week S/S 2011.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Orly and Miranda made the trip to Paris a few days back so that Miss Kerr could participate in the Balenciaga runway show.
Prior to their French visit, the oh-so-attractive couple checked out the happenings in Italy for Milan Fashion Week - where they mingled with fashion and celebrity guests during the P&G Prestige and Vogue Scent Of The Future cocktail party.

Understandably on the lookout for quality maternity clothing, the pair dropped by the popular Neuf Lune boutique to gear up for their baby's arrival early next year.

Stepping out for an elegant evening overseas, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr partook in a P&G Prestige and Vogue fete in Milan, Italy on Saturday (September 25).
The adorable couple, who are expecting their first child together early next year, mingled with guests including Franca Sozzani and Frida Giannini at the Scent Of The Future event.
Having just arrived into town the previous day, Bloom and Kerr spent Friday night enjoying a romantic Italian dinner at Da Giacomo restaurant.
