Earlier this year, a blind item came out about a famous “married” couple who never bothered to get a wedding license after their religious ceremony. It read, in part “While their wedding was a religious commitment ceremony and family party, they never got around to the actual marriage license part.” Most of us suspected Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher at the time, and it looks like we may have been right. A new racketeering lawsuit has been filed against high profile Kabbalah cult members including Ashton Kutcher and Madonna that alleges that there’s no such thing as a “Kabbalah” wedding. What’s more is that the lawsuit states that Moore and Kutcher aren’t even legally married under California law. This puts an interesting spin on Demi and Ashton’s divorce. Maybe they don’t even have to go through one. (California does not recognize common law marriages, assuming Moore and Kutcher are not legally married.)
The bad news is that this lawsuit is being filed by one guy who is representing himself after getting stiffed by Madonna and deciding to look into the cult. It’s worded poorly, judging by the excerpts posted by Radar, and the guy suing isn’t even a former Kabbalah member. So while the lawsuit sounds promising at first, it could go nowhere and the man filing it might not have any insider information.
But now the state of the relationship faces a whole new level of inquiry, as a lawsuit that was filed earlier this year alleges that their marriage isn’t even legal, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Marc Aisen filed a lawsuit on March 29, suing Kutcher, Madonna, and other Kabbalah members for racketeering and conspiracy to engage in a pattern of racketeering activity. Aisen is representing himself in the case.
The lawsuit states: “Mr. Kutcher made a media circus out of his Kabbalah wedding to actress and hardcore Kabbalah cult member, Demi Moore, who is a longtime friend of the defendant Ms. Ciccone. As the ?First Couple? of organized Kabbalah, the ?wedding? presided over by defendant and alleged fraudster, Yehuda Berg — which I am pointing out again was not a private family affair, as all parties used it as a publicity stunt and invited media attention — was not a legal union, nor is the marriage according to California law.
?Nor is the myth that there is such a thing as a traditional Kabbalah wedding as I can’t seem to find evidence in any book that such a ceremony was ever performed in history. It was a way to put a glamorous face on the weird witches which is antisocial in their every manifestation.”
Aisen, who is Jewish, but not a follower of Kabbalah, began investigating the practices after claiming he designed a talisman necklace for Madonna that was worth $500. “There was one caveat to my generosity which was that I stipulated that Ms. Ciccone was to model the necklace in public and give me credit for designing it,” the docs state. Aisen says Madonna was photographed wearing the necklace but never gave him credit for it, and this is when he began “homework on the Kabbalah Center. What I found, I did not like. I learned the Kabbalah Centre is actually a militant and fanatical cult behind which is a racketeering conspiracy,” the lawsuit says.

Anything that helps shed light onto the very illegal and money-hungry Kabbalah cult is welcome, but again who knows if it’s even true that Demi and Ashton never made it legal? It might explain Demi’s unwillingness to let go. She was last seen looking positively skeletal and still wearing her wedding ring. Somehow she seems a very sympathetic figure despite all the crowing she’s done over the years about her relationship with Ashton. How humiliating would it be for her, not only to have been cheated on so publicly, but to have it come out that she’s not even married to Ashton? These two have been “married” for six years. If it’s true that they never went through the step of getting a license, what was holding them back? Did Demi know that Ashton wasn’t faithful and was that keeping her from making it official? Did Ashton have reservations that he ended up acting out passive aggressively by cheating? These two presented such a united front for years and maybe it was just that - a front.
The NY Post reports that Demi and Ashton had four hours of marriage counseling at the Kabbalah center in LA on Friday before Demi went to NY alone to attend the premiere for Margin Call. So they’re trying to hang in there. Everyone is talking about how skinny Demi looks, with Radar quoting an “expert” who estimates her weight, at 5?5? tall, to be just 90 pounds.

Last night was the premiere of the long-gestating film, Margin Call. We?ll have the buffet of hot dudes in a moment - this post is just about Demi Moore, who appears in a supporting part in the film (which is about the financial crisis). Demi wore this red Zac Posen which? under normal circumstances, on a woman with a great figure, would be nice, although perhaps slightly boring and wallpaper-like. On Demi, it?s pretty bad.
Everybody is now talking about how rough Demi looks, and how she was wearing her wedding ring for the premiere. So? she?s still with Ashton. They?re working their stuff out, and as if we needed further evidence that all of this has been really hard on Demi, she looks drawn, tired, incredibly slim and kind of druggy too. Maybe she really does have a substance abuse problem? Or maybe she?s just having a terrible time with her marriage, and she?s not eating.
I really do feel bad for her. I would have more sympathy if she just got out of her marriage and told Ashton to GTFO, but as the situation seems now? I feel bad for her. It?s rather brave of her to walk the red carpet solo, looking like a mess, when everyone knows your husband has been having hot tub sex with some Vegas skank.

While she may be experiencing a rocky road when it comes to her marriage to Ashton Kutcher, everything is going just fine when it comes to Demi Moore's relationship with Ann Taylor.
The 48-year-old actress is featured in a brand new batch of holiday ads for the specialty apparel retail chain stores unveiled on Wednesday (October 12).
According to WWD, Miss Moore's campaign images were shot by Norman Jean Roy in a Los Angeles studio, with the final adverts set to be featured in December issues of Vogue, Elle and InStyle along with outdoor billboards in major cities such as New York, Chicago, Boston and Washington, D.C.
Talking about the Ann Taylor efforts, Demi said, ?It has been a true pleasure to continue my collaboration with Ann Taylor. I loved working with Norman Jean Roy. He was an amazing collaborator. His creative vision, direction and ability to create the magical winter wonderland scene was remarkable.?

If your marriage is falling apart around you thanks to years of infidelity and deceit, there’s no better way to resuscitate it than with a marriage counselor nice campfire and an old-fashioned weenie roast. That’s just what Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore did during their “Kabbalah retreat” into the woods this weekend, and look how happy they are. Well, not in this picture per se. I think they were both given enemas before the photographer snapped that one. The Daily Mail says:
The Kabbalah devotee apologized for his behavior to his wife on Yom Kippur, the holy day of atonement for Jews.
Two days before their campfire heart-to-heart they attended a Kabbalah service in Los Angeles together.
Though they sat on opposite sides of the aisle, Kutcher greeted his wife with a hug after the service, and they reportedly walked out with their arms round each other.
They have also been spotted wearing their wedding rings.
Well, like my grandpa always said, there’s nothing that can’t be fixed with s’mores. Oh, wait… I think it was actually whores. Nothing that can’t be fixed with whores. Sorry. I guess that doesn’t really work here. Never mind.

At this point, I know we barely give a crap about Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. We just want the BS to be over so we can pay attention to more worthy celebrities (Fassbender!). So, with that in mind, let?s just power through this neverending saga of infidelity, red-string-spirituality, mind-numbing douchebaggery, Botox, sadness and S?mores. Yes, Radar, People and Star Magazine are all reporting that Demi, Ashton and a Kabbalah instructor all went on a ?camping trip? to Cachuma Lake. They were photographed together - go here to see one of the better photos at The Insider. So? Demi hasn?t hired a divorce lawyer? She isn?t going to play a ?split? for sympathy? She?s just going to power through and act like Ashton?s wandering dong never happened? Ugh. Here?s the exhaustive story from Radar:
Two and a Half Men star Ashton Kutcher used Yom Kippur, the holiest and most solemn day of the year for Jews, to beg his heartbroken wife Demi Moore for forgiveness — at a campfire heart-to-heart in Santa Barbara, Calif., RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. As these exclusive photos obtained by Star magazine reveal, the 33-year-old serial cheater used the Day of Atonement to make amends for his ultimate sin: cheating on Demi with blonde Sara Leal, 23, on September 24 — the morning of their sixth anniversary.
The fireside chat is the first time the embattled pair has been seen photographed together in three months and since news broke of Ashton’s wild hot-tub party awash with booze and blondes.
Reuniting at Cachuma Lake in the Santa Ynez Valley, Demi and Ashton had desperately wanted the October 8 rendezvous to remain a secret — their last ditch attempt to resurrect a faltering union. So much so, the Ghost star, 48, reacted with fury after a fellow camper snapped this series of photographs of the Hollywood megastars, who were dressed down from their usual red carpet glamor.
Looking gaunt and tired, Demi confronted the amateur photographer and tried in vain to block the woman’s camera, screaming in her face: “Please don’t take photos of me or my family. Please don’t expose this.”
Demi and the camper went nose-to-nose before the hostile star scurried back to the camp and ordered Ashton and their three friends to hide inside their tent in a bid to avoid being snapped further, according to an eye Witness.
“Demi was screaming,” the onlooker told Star. “Once she knew she had been photographed, she whistled at Ashton and gestured for him to hurry into the tent.”
“It was obvious,” added the source, “that Demi was showing the strain about the state of her marriage.”
Wearing jeans and a burgundy and grey hooped sweater, Demi also reaffirmed her commitment to Kabbalah, the controversial religious offshoot of Judaism that is counseling the pair, by wearing its red string bracelet on her left wrist. The red string custom is meant to bring good fortune and protect against an ‘evil eye’. While Demi and Ashton are not Jewish, they along with several other non-Jewish celebrities, including Madonna, have converted to the mystical faith.
Seven weeks ago, the couple turned to Kabbalah and signed up for the religion’s counseling in order to save their marriage. The religion teaches its superstar believers that “difficulties and disagreements are without exception opportunities” for them to become “that right person,” according to relationship advice posted on its website.
“Even hard times or points of conflict are opportunities for positive change,” it’s claimed.
“What seems to be a problem is actually a gift: a chance to remove an internal obstacle that stands between ourselves and the unlimited happiness that is our real destiny.”
Twenty-fours before their love summit in the great outdoors at Cachuma Lake, located 30 Minutes from Santa Barbara, the pair stepped out together for a Kabbalah service in Los Angeles. What’s more, the embattled Hollywood power duo also gave a series of visual signs that their marriage is fighting for its life — by being photographed wearing their respective wedding rings.
But a top source close to the couple insisted, “it’s over.”
“The marriage is dead,” the insider told Star. “Demi desperately wanted to save their marriage. But the San Diego cheating scandal is a hard one for her to stomach, as it is backed up by photos. It humiliated Demi.”

Is Demi trying to save her marriage, or her image as a desirable cougar who can have any (young) man she wants? Is she genuine in her seeming desire to work through her issues with Ashton? I don?t know at this point. And I?m not even sure Ashton is ?begging? Demi to let him come back. But you know what? I?ve been wrong before about these kinds of cheating douches and the women who enable them. Notably, with Justin Timberlake. Is anyone else getting a Timberlake-Jessica Biel vibe from Demi and Ashton? Like a vibe of, ?Why are they even together at this point? It makes no sense.?

Do you feel any sympathy for Demi Moore at this point? Whenever I start to feel a twinge of sympathy, empathy or pity for Demi?s current situation - that of emaciated, wronged wife who may be battling some kind of substance abuse problem, allegedly - I think back to her history as a willfully oblivious famewhore. Remember when Ashton Kutcher cheated on Demi last year? She posed in bikinis and posted the photos on Twitter, and she and Ashton went to Israel on some kind of romantic, paparazzi-friendly vacation. And now that Ashton has once again screwed around on her, she?s keeping her head down? but there are still reports of her wearing her ring, and there?s still no statement from her or her publicist about the alleged split.
Radar has a new report in which ?sources? claim that Demi has now given up on counseling to fix her broken marriage. I guess I should feel sympathy for her commitment to making her marriage work - but mostly, I?m just mad at her for seeming like such a doormat.
A stressed-out Demi Moore can?t forgive Ashton Kutcher for cheating on her with Sara Leal and the marriage is over despite a last-ditch attempt at counseling. Moore and Kutcher were already separated when the Two And a Half Men star cheated on her ? on their sixth wedding anniversary!
?They?ve been in counseling,? a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com exclusively. But when Ashton cheated with Leal in San Diego in the early morning of September 24, it dealt a death blow to the marriage.
?They separated about six weeks ago,? the source said. ?Both went to Kaballah counseling hoping to save the marriage. But it?s over now.?
Kutcher has been accused of cheating previously in the marriage. He denied hooking up with Brittney Jones last year, but has been quiet about his sexual encounter with Leal, who slept with Ashton in his penthouse suite in San Diego and then sent a text message to friends telling them about it.
Star magazine was first to report that the couple will now split a $290 million fortune and also features photos from inside Ashton?s hotel room as a party raged ? a party that ended with Kutcher and Leal having sex.
Ashton and Demi are both still wearing their wedding rings but the source close to the couple says the marriage is dead and Demi is devastated. Moore has shocked everyone with her appearance lately, losing a substantial amount of weight.
?She is completely stressed out,? the source said. ?She?s devastated.?

At this point, isn?t it ?Split or GTFO?? They?ve already separated - sort of. Ashton has allegedly moved out of the home he shared with Demi. Why not announce the split formally? Does she like the speculation? Does she think it?s none of our business? It?s a little late for that, considering how public she and Ashton have been throughout their marriage. So? what?s the hold up? Can Demi just not admit that the marriage has failed? Is she still clinging to some hope that everything can be salvaged?
I should point out - I?m not being critical of Demi because I blame her, or because she seems to be fighting for Ashton. I just think it?s really obvious that Ashton wants out, and has wanted out for a long time. Regardless of what he might be saying to her now, his actions speak volumes about how little he cares about the marriage, and no amount of counseling will change that. So? that?s why I think Demi should just bite the bullet and finish this junk and move the hell on.
(Plus, there?s the Schadenfreude Factor, in which many people have found Demi really annoying for years, so they just like to see her get some kind of ?comeuppance?. I’m not judging that.)

No, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have still not confirmed anything to any media outlet. It?s ridiculous, and now I?m starting to wonder if all of this cheating drama isn?t being dragged out so that these two famewhores can garner even more attention. So, because I hate them both so much, let me just do a listicle of what?s been happening the past few days:
* Demi is no longer following Ashton on Twitter. GASP.
*Entertainment Tonight reports that ?[Demi] and Ashton had been receiving counseling from Kabbalah over the summer to try to fix their marriage.? And ET says they?re ?living apart? and that Demi is ?sad, hurt and embarrassed.?
*BUT, People reports that Ashton is still wearing his wedding ring, and that he?s still living in the home that he and Demi shared, and that Demi is still living there too?? Well, that’s where they both were on Friday.
*Page Six reports that Demi and Ashton were both spotted Saturday morning at the Kabbalah Centre in Los Angeles. ?According to X17, the two arrived and left separately. Ashton ?looked worried? while Demi left out of a side door to avoid being seen. Reports said the couple had been undergoing Kabbalah counseling in recent months. Their reps again stayed silent Friday night.? It is believed that Demi and Ashton were at The Kabbalah Centre for Rosh Hashanah.
*Rumer Willis tweets support for her step-mother, Emma Heming. No mention of her mother and step-father.
So? what?s the deal? Please don?t try to convince me that Demi is some traditional, conservative wife who doesn?t believe in divorce and she wants to make sure that she can?t save her marriage. Please. I don?t buy that. Ashton has been screwing around on Demi for a while, and he?s been really obvious about it, like he wanted to get caught, like he wanted out, like he wanted Demi to know. She really should just cut her losses and get the hell out.

Here are some more photos from last night?s premiere/screening of Lifetime?s Five, that project in which five celebrity women directed stories about breast cancer. It?s like If These Walls Could Talk, only it?s about breast cancer. I just covered the Jennifer Aniston stuff here. This post is just about Demi Moore and Alicia Keys, two of the other directors.
First up: the fashion. Demi is wearing Chanel. It?s? not very attractive. I think the patterned fabric on the top looks really dated. Plus, Demi looks like she?s losing too much weight, right? Extreme diet? Next subject: Demi and her face. We were talking about Demi?s face yesterday too - it?s looking particularly odd these days. Now, Demi rarely has that puffy, over-stuffed look that many Botoxy women get. Demi usually looks, to me, like she?s had an enormous amount of surgery. It?s about her eyes, the tightness of her jaw, the immobility of her forehead (which, granted, could be Botox). I?ve said it before, and I?ll say it again - there comes a point in time when everything catches up to a woman with lots of plastic surgery - they suddenly look OLDER than their age, more so than if they didn?t do anything.
Next up: Alicia Keys, who was the only lady on the red carpet to actually walk the carpet with her man. Yes, Swizz Beatz was there, showing the world that Alicia knows that he?s a dog who sext-cheats on her (at least), and she?s fine with it. How empowering! Alicia?s suit is nice, and much like Aniston, ?Licia was flashing her bra. I also included Alicia?s ?day? look yesterday, in which she wore a jumpsuit and looked like a fancy mechanic.

Reconvening after visiting "Good Morning America" earlier in the day, the stars responsible for the Lifetime movie "Five" gathered together for a New York City screening on Monday night (September 26).
Held at Skylight SOHO, Jennifer Aniston and Demi Moore smiled while posing arm-in-arm while fellow contributor Alicia Keys brought her musician husband Swizz Beatz along for the blue carpet affair.
Set to debut on October 10th, "Five" is an anthology of five separate-yet-interconnected tales of lives affected by cancer - with Aniston, Moore and Keys among the five celebrity directors.
Of the project, Jennifer previously told Glamour magazine, "We were intrigued by the challenge of creating short stories that would defy audiences' expectation of the subject."
She added, "We wanted to balance the drama with humor and irreverence because that's what's helped our friends who've faced this get through their treatment."

Here are some photos from this weekend?s Variety ?Women of Power? luncheon in LA. Eva Longoria and Demi Moore were the co hostesses, which? just my opinion, tells you a lot about the event. Granted, lots of great women doing great work were honored by Variety. But it feels like the women who were honored were just the ones that agreed to show up, because they?ll literally say yes to any invitation. Demi, Eva, Olivia Wilde, Lea Michele and Jennifer Love Hewitt were there. That speaks volumes.
Anyway, Demi wore this Victoria Beckham dress, which looks fine, if not a bit boring. Demi?s problem (in my mind) has never been her figure. Yes, back in the day, she used to just look softer. I liked her ?soft? look so much better, but Demi seems to prefer this current look - sinewy, slender, the yoga/Pilates look. My problem is with Demi?s face - it really just looks so rough. Like she?s been tweaking so much, she?s starting to lose control over it. Her smile looks like a painful wince and she just looks strained and yes, busted. I wonder what she would have looked like if she didn?t mess with her face? My guess is that it would have been a lot better.
Next up, Eva Longoria in Ferragamo. It looks like everything else that Eva has ever worn. She does that to every dress - she never looks ?new?. It never feels like she?s working a new look, it?s always the same shellacked, game-show-hostess beauty. Eva spent her time on the red carpet praising Demi, saying, ?She is an amazing human being. She is just a dynamic human being who can balance work, motherhood and philanthropy so well.? Yikes.
And finally, Jennifer Love Hewitt in Herve Leger. Because she must own two dozen bandage dresses and somehow that never gets boring for her. ?The muumuu or the bandage dress? I can?t decide!?
