Yay! Christina Applegate has given birth to a baby girl, and mother and child are both healthy. Christina and her fianc Martyn LeNoble named their daughter Sadie Grace LeNoble? thoughts on the name? Thoughts on naming your baby after a Beatles song? Eh, there are worst things. And ?Sadie? is much better than ?Prudence? or ?Eleanor Rigby?.
It’s a girl for Christina Applegate! The Going the Distance actress and her fianc, rocker Martyn LeNoble, welcomed Sadie Grace LeNoble on Thurs. Jan. 27. Proud papa LeNoble posted the news on his Facebook page late Monday. He added that Sadie Grace weighed in at 7 lbs., 8 oz.
A first-time mom, Applegate, 39, confirmed her pregnancy in September. The Emmy-nominated star’s baby joy comes two years after she overcame a bout with breast cancer, following a double mastectomy.
Applegate has credited her baby’s dad, a founding member of 90s alternative rock band Porno for Pyros, with helping keep her spirits high during her cancer battle.
“I have a small but mighty support system and Martyn has really been an incredible part of my life,” Applegate previously told Us. “Without him, I don’t know if I could’ve gone through any of it. He came around at a time when there was a lot of loss in my life on many levels, so he’s been a really incredible help.”
The new mom — who got engaged to LeNoble on Valentine’s Day last year — tells Us she’d welcome the idea of having more kids.
When asked what’s on her bucket list, she told Us last year: “Babies, lots of babies. Not lots of babies, but a couple.”

Adding another beautiful baby to the Tinseltown nursery, Christina Applegate welcomed a baby girl into the world last Thursday (January 27th).
The ?Married With Children? babe and her fianc Martyn LeNoble posted the great news on Martyn?s Facebook page last night.
Little Sadie Grace weighed in at 7 pounds, 8 ounces and it sounds like everyone is happy and healthy.
And Sadie may just be the first in a line of offspring for Applegate- last year she said she wanted to have "Babies, lots of babies. Not lots of babies, but a couple."

Keeping up on her monthly visit to the doctor, Christina Applegate and her fiance Martyn LeNoble were spotted visiting a local medical building in Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday (January 5).
The ?Going the Distance? actress looked beautiful in leggings and flats as she proudly showed off her baby belly as she and LeNoble followed the appointment up by running a few errands.
Aside from being an expecting mother, Applegate is getting excited for the release of her latest film ?Hall Pass?.
Starring alongside Owen Wilson, Alyssa Milano and Jenna Fischer, the comedy is due out in theaters on February 25th.

Showing off her beautiful baby bump, Christina Applegate was spotted out for a pregnancy checkup in Beverly Hills, CA on Monday afternoon (December 13).
The ?Samantha Who? actress was joined by her baby?s father/fiance, Martyn LeNoble, as they paid a visit to the doctor's office before grabbing some coffee and heading to a frame store.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Applegate recently participated in a Funny or Die video encouraging pregnant women to pick up pole dancing.
As a result, Scores strip club in New York was so impressed by her performance in the skit that they decided to offer her around $10,000 to dance in their club.

Christina jokes, "Just because you put on an extra 50 pounds, that doesn't mean you're not hot. Prenatal pole dancing works because when men see pregnant women, they know she's down for sex."
Jessalyn Gilsig [?Glee?] adds in, "I can use these pole dancing moves anywhere. A lot of men seem to like it, which is good because I actually don't know who the father of my baby is."

Due out in February 2011, the Farrelly brothers directed pictures is about "a married man who is granted the opportunity to have an affair by his wife. Joined in the fun by his best pal, things get a little out of control when both wives start engaging in extramarital activities as well."

Moving along in her pregnancy quite nicely, Christina Applegate showed off her quickly growing baby bump while out in Los Angeles on Monday (October 18).
Accompanied by her fiance Martyn LeNoble, the pair ended up making a quick stop by the ATM at Bank of America to take out cash before heading off to pick up a few household needs.
The couples outing comes shortly after Christina took time to sit down with CNN?s Chief Medical Correspondent, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, to talk about her battle against cancer and promote medical testing for early detection.
During the interview, Dr Gupta asked the "Samantha Who?" star, "If you hadn?t received the MRI at that point, do you have any idea what would have happened to you?"
Feeling very fortunate that her cancer was detected, Miss Applegate replied, "They probably would have found the cancer on my next mammogram a year later, where it would have been a much bigger tumor, and could have been a much worse scenario. So, it saved my life. It would have been a whole other year before I went in again for my next mammogram."
Meanwhile, Dr Gupta also checked to see how the pregnancy is coming along, to which Applegate said, "I?m good ? as you can see I?m hot flashing a little bit, but that happens a couple times a day. (laughing) It has been such a wild ride."
As for keeping up with her strict diet with the baby-on-board, the 38-year-old dished, "I adopted a macrobiotic diet when I was diagnosed with cancer two years ago. It?s one of which I adhere to about eighty-two percent of the time. I gotta have pizza every once in a while, you know! You gotta go off and enjoy these things, ? that?s part of the mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, scientific part of it. It?s all interconnected. But I?ve been able to stick it fine. As far as gaining weight, I?m right on track."
