Following up her 2005 book ?The Truth About Diamonds,? Nicole Richie is poised to release a new novel this September.
The ?Simple Life? babe authored ?Priceless,? having scored a publishing deal with Simon & Schuster.
And it sounds like Nicole is going to be extra busy this fall, as she?s also scheduled to appear on the hit NBC spy show ?Chuck.?
Nicole will reprise her role as Heather Chandler (from Season 2?s episode ?Chuck Versus the Cougars?) in an episode slated to air in October.

Gearing up for another summertime weekend, Nicole Richie was spotted keeping busy with errands while out in Los Angeles, California on Friday (July 16).
Looking ever-so-fashionable, the House of Harlow designer gleefully sipped on a refreshing Hansen?s Grove soda while tending to the day's duties.
Despite recent rumors claiming that Miss Richie's babydaddy/fiance Joel Madden has had a wandering eye as of late, Nicole was still wearing her custom 4 karat ring.
Of the tabloid chatter, Star magazine claims that the pair's wedding is on hold - adding that Miss Richie became so worried that she checked Joel's cell phone and "saw a text from some female that described what the anonymous gal wanted to do if she ever got her hands on him."

Wearing the exact same outfit she wore the previous week, Nicole Richie was spotted showing up for another traffic school session in Van Nuys, California on Wednesday (June 30).
Despite the warm west coast summertime weather, the former "Simple Life? star toted a coffee in-hand while clad in her cute patterned skirt and jean jacket with a blue scarf.
Aside from tending to legal obligations with the DMV, Miss Richie is looking forward to the fall release of her second literary effort.
She recently told press, "I?m proud to finally announce that my second novel Priceless will be out this fall on September 28th, 2010. This book has been a project that I?ve put my heart and soul into and I?m happy that I get to share it with you here first. Hope you enjoy it."

She?s been so busy with work and her family that she?s neglected her alcohol education classes, and that spells bad news for Nicole Richie.
The ?Simple Life? babe had her probation term extended for one more year due to her failure to comply with the classroom requirements.
As of her latest hearing, Nicole will be on probation until March of 2011, though the judge may terminate the prolonged term if Richie gets her work done early.
The official report noted, ?Her attitude is excellent,? a welcome change from that of other legally challenged celebrities.

The ?Simple Life? babe and the ?Sugar We?re Going Down? rocker ran into each other at the Sydney, Australia zoo where Nicole was lunching with friends.
Mr. Wentz dropped in to say hi to his fellow American celebrity while the paparazzi watched from afar.
Nicole and Pete chatted and laughed as they compared animal stories and shared their Australian adventures.

Tending to her promotional duties in the Land Down Under, Nicole Richie was quite the busy lady in Sydney, Australia on Thursday (June 17).
After dropping by the Sydney Theatre, the former "Simple Life" star headed off to officially open the new look Mid City Centre Pitt St. Mall.
Talking with a large crowd of her adoring fans at the event, Nicole told of her stylish ways, "I just like to have fun with fashion and I like to dress up and it really just depends on what mood I'm in."
Miss Richie added, "Fashion is something you really can have fun with and it's something you can play with ... it's what I do and encourage other people to do the same."
