“My Name is Earl” actress Jaime Pressly just announced her engagement to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh last week. Jamie, 32, has a two year-old son with her ex fiance, DJ Eric Calvo. Eric and Jamie broke up last November after four years together.
This is a woman with a family and we shouldn’t reduce her to this one incident - although that’s sure to happen if it really went down like this. Look at what Fergie had to deal with after she had an accident on stage. Perez Hilton is claiming that Jamie got so wasted at a gay bar in West Hollywood on Sunday that she crouched outside and peed on the ground. There are photos and a quick video of the alleged incident, but it’s hard to tell if that’s what really happened. Perez is running this story with open glee. If Pressly really is peeing, that’s just mortifying. I’m not convinced though.
The thing is, how absolutely blotto do you have to be to pee right on the ground like that? I’ve never seen that happen to any woman. It’s possible that Pressly spilled a drink and that it’s running under her legs. Some commenters on Perez’s site say she’s clearly not peeing and they give pretty decent evidence that Pressly may have accidentally crouched near a spilled drink while she was talking on her phone:
It is very clear from the photo and the vid that she is hunkered down talking on her cell phone. You can even see the phone in her hand when her friends pull her up. Why would she squat and take a piss while on the phone??
Her other hand is reaching behind her feeling her dress, probably because she felt she had sat in something wet, or she was reaching behind her because she realized that she knocked a drink over.
Futhermore, you fat hack, if you look at the puddle, it starts in a place that is anatomically impossible . If she was the source of the puddle, then it’s start point means she must have been pissing out of her ass!

Uh it doesnt look like she is peeing. Her dress is down past where the pee would be flowing. It looks like she is until you really look at the picture and realize she isnt peeing.

Its a water bottle, you can see it clearly if you look close up once she starts standing again. She should have faced the cameras and shown it afterwards to ensure no one thought it was real. But in any case a truly intoxicated person would not be able to squat with stilettos and one hand behind their back, they’d just fall right over.

The thing that makes it look like it’s just spilled liquid and not pee is the fact that there are splatters to the right of Pressly on the ground and it looks like the puddle is already drying. If it was pee, it would have been in a more even puddle and would have started right beneath her. Anyway, onlookers supposedly swear she was doing her business right there on the ground. You can hear people yelling “Oh My God!” in the video. As it is, I don’t think this is enough evidence. Maybe Pressly should issue a statement that she spilled a drink and that photos are misleading. That could just draw undue attention to a story she hopes will die out on its own, though. It’s not likely it will, and people will be talking about it for months. If this actually happened, it’s much worse than needing to be carried to your car.
Update: Jaime twittered that it was a dare for her bachelorette party, and that she was pouring the water from behind her back to make it look like she was peeing. I wonder when Perez is going to update his story. [Thanks Roma!]

Jaime Pressly has got engaged to her lawyer boyfriend.The My Name Is Earl star’s spokesperson told Usmagazine.com that she and partner Simran Singh are set to wed.So far the couple haven’t set a date for their nuptials.A source told the site Jaime was heard telling a pal at a hotel in San Diego: “Nobody really knows yet, but we just got engaged.”

Not wasting much time in the love department, Jaime Pressly is ready to tie the knot with her lawyer beau, Simran Singh.
According to breaking reports, the “My Name Is Earl” actress has gotten engaged, although no wedding date has yet to have been set.
As for the couple’s engagement, Pressly and Singh have been staying at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego since Thursday, during which time Miss Pressly reportedly told a friend in the lobby, “Nobody really knows yet, but we just got engaged.”
The big news comes just ahead of Jaime’s planned 32nd birthday celebration, as the couple are to be joined by 50 friends at a shindig tonight at Float.
Pressly and Singh started dating after Jaime broke off her engagement this past November with S.K.A.M. Artist DJ Eric Cubiche, with whom she has a 2-year-old son named Dezi.

I’m not sure what this outfit is. I think it’s one of those dresses that were made to cover bikinis when you’re taking a break from the beach. Which makes absolutely no sense. If this is what it looks like, you might as well not wear that stupid thing at all. Especially when your body is as rockin’ as Jamie Pressly’s. It would be like putting a sheet over the pyramids or not letting me score the game winning shot. Why doesn’t anyone believe in me?! Put me in coach. I can do it!

My Name is Earl star Jamie Pressly, 31, looks super fit and toned on the cover of the upcoming issue of Shape Magazine. Pressly is surely Photoshopped to perfection, but it’s clear she also works hard for those tight abs. She told Shape that she ascribes to the “no pain, no gain” workout motto and that she met her goal of regaining her pre-baby shape in time for her 30th birthday. She has son Dezi James Calvo, 21 months, with her estranged boyfriend, DJ Eric Cubiche. Pressly said she’s “going through a rough patch” in her relationship with Cubiche, but that their son is “the greatest thing that’s happened to either one of us.”
There’s some arguing in the comments on The Huffington Post about whether Pressly has had implants and/or a tummy tuck. Several people say her boobs are natural on camera. They look normal to me and not super round, but it’s hard to tell in a magazine photo spread. Either way, you can’t just get plastic surgery and end up looking like that.
Pressly shares a home workout plan in Shape with her trainer. She said she also goes to the gym and that it’s good for her to get out, even though she didn’t want to leave her son at first.
I used to think you had to go to the gym to work out, but I’ve been doing more at home with a stationary bike, a weighted exercise ball (this link is to Amazon, but I got mine in the US at a Marshalls-type store for about $12) and a bar called a gymstick that’s a little better than standard resistance bands in that it’s harder to use. It saves a lot of time to work out at home and it’s ideal for moms. It’s doubtful I push myself half as hard as Pressly and I can only dream of looking like that some day.
Super fit people can serve as inspiration for the rest of us, and it’s only natural to question if they took any shortcuts along the way. It sure doesn’t look like Pressly did.

I don’t know how Jaime Pressly looks like this a year and a half after giving birth. Plastic surgery? Magic lamp? A deal with devil himself? All I know is that a year and a half after giving birth, my midsection looked like the rind of a deflated cantaloupe and it refused to buck Newton’s First Law of Motion. There was a good thirty second delay between the time I stopped moving and the reams of loose stomach skin finally got the message. I think I speak for women everywhere when I say Jaime Pressly and her perfect fucking abs can go to hell. Nobody likes a show-off.

Jaime Pressly is pretty hot! The actress from My Name is Earl is not one that I’ve seen a lot of in pictures, but I think there should be a petition to see more. These pictures of Jaime from Shape magazine show one amazing body. I never thought pictures of people exercising could be so hot! Maybe even hotter than these bikini photos! Well, I lied. I knew exercising people were hot, that’s why I watch all the workout infomercials. If they put Jaime Pressly on there, I’d be sold!
