Britney Spears’ camp has vigorously denied the rumors that it’s her voice on a new tape with her first ex husband, Jason Alexander, detailing abuse at the hands of her boyfriend, Jason Trawick. If you listen to the audio, it doesn’t even sound like Britney or a decent mimic, and there’s a lot of crackling and evidence of editing. Britney’s people have promised to sue over the story, and it sounds like going to follow up on it and aren’t just issuing empty claims. Meanwhile Britney, or more likely her manager Larry Rudolph, has taken to Twitter to give a less formal warning to the outlets with that false story. She tells Star and Radar to ‘kiss my lily white southern Louisiana ass!‘ I’m not really buying that Britney personally writes her own tweets, because that’s genius. I’m sure she cosigned it though:
Britney Spears has a message for anyone claiming she was physically abused by her boyfriend: pucker up.
Addressing her missive to “Star Magazine, Radar Online, Jason Alexander and the rest of you liars,” Spears Tweeted Thursday: “Ya’ll can kiss my lily white southern Louisiana ass!”
The sentiment was prompted by a tabloid report that Spears ? who turned 29 Thursday ? was abused by boyfriend Jason Trawick.
The allegation came from Spears’s one-time husband, Jason Alexander, whose 55-hour Las Vegas marriage to her was annulled in 2004. In the report, Alexander says Spears told him Trawick “beat on me,” and RadarOnline posted an audio clip of the alleged conversation between Alexander and Spears. The singer’s reps, however, deny the woman’s voice on the tapes belongs to the pop star.
Spears, who announced she has a new album coming out in March, also Tweets she is “off on a romantic weekend with Jason for my birthday. xoxo Brit.”

On Wednesday Britney was seen outside the offices of the William Morris agency, where her boyfriend works. US Weekly says that she was there to screen the movie The Secretariat for charity. US also has a new statement from Britney’s manager about this ongoing story. He says a lawsuit is coming soon. “It’s amazing that Star continues to try to defend their story by putting out more and more pieces of a fraudulent recording. Everyone knows it is not her. The more they put out, the more ridiculous they look. The lawyers are drawing up the legal papers right now; there will 100 percent be a lawsuit. We are suing.”

Offering up a welcome birthday tweet to her millions of fans, Britney Spears has revealed plans to release a new album in March 2011.
Having already started working in the studio with producers Dr. Luke and Max Martin, the 29-year-old wrote, "I'm almost done with my new album and it will be coming out this March. I AM IN L-O-V-E WITH IT!"
Britney also took a moment to thank her faithful followers for their kind birthday wishes, tweeting, "My fans mean the world to me & waking up to all of your wishes really made me smile, so here's something that I hope will make you smile... Just wanted to thank all of you for the amazing birthday wishes you guys have been sending all day."
Closing things out, Miss Spears made sure to poke fun at the fake recordings claimed to be her telling her ex that current beau Jason Trawick beat her, as she wrote, "Ok, off on a romantic weekend with Jason for my birthday. xoxo Brit. PS - Star Magazine, Radar Online, Jason Alexander and the rest of you liars, Ya'll can kiss my lily white southern Louisiana a**!"

Another audio tape of Britney Spears telling her ex-husband Jason Alexander that her new boyfriend Jason Trawick beats her was released today (listen to it here). Radar Online says:
?Why isn?t he in jail baby?? Spears? ex-husband Jason Alexander is heard asking the 28-year-old on the tape.
Spears responded: ?Because I didn?t want the public knowing about it and I didn?t want to file anything, so everyone could find out. So I?ve just left him and changed my number.”
But Britney’s manager Larry Rudolph, who is threatening to sue both Star Magazine (who first broke the story) and Radar (who posted the tapes), went on Access Hollywood last night and stated unequivocally that the tape is a fake. According to TMZ:
The Chairman of the Audio Engineering Society Standards Committee of Forensic Audio [says] the tape was “doctored” to such a severe extent [that] there’s no way to conduct a meaningful voice-recognition test.
The tape has been “stepped on at least 3 times.” With noise reduction, equalization and removal of voice qualities such as natural timbre, sibilance and tonal qualities, it’s impossible to determine whether Britney’s voice is on the tape.
Which sounds pretty convincing… except for this little glitch:
But Alexander, who was married to Spears for 55-hours in 2004, passed a polygraph test.
Seeing as how he passed the lie-detector test, I’d say it’s definitely Britney on the tape… which means there’s definitely some hitting involved. But I have a feeling it’s not your traditional wife-beating kind of hitting. More like a few “get a hold of yourself, woman!” kinda slaps when she starts muttering in a British accent and rummaging around for the #2 guard and the clippers. And maybe a couple of hand smacks when she’s about to touch a hot stove.

She?s had quite the life so far, both personally and professionally, and today (December 2) Britney Spears is celebrating her 29th birthday.
The ?Baby One More Time? songstress is probably having mixed emotions today, though, thanks to a tabloid report that her boyfriend Jason Trawick has been abusing her.
In an attempt to show a united front, Britney and Jason hopped into his Mercedes and left the William Morris Endeavor Entertainment Agency together yesterday afternoon (December 1).
Additionally, Spears? rep has blasted the rumors of abuse, saying the report contained ?Irresponsible statements? and was ?defamatory.?

Following a trip back home to Louisiana, Britney Spears was spotted arriving at LAX International Airport yesterday (November 28).
The ?Toxic? mommy was joined by her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James as well as her boyfriend Jason Trawick was she made her way through the terminal.
During her time in Kentwood, Brit Brit was seen indulging her penchant for junk food with a trip to the local Sonic fast food burger chain.
Ms. Spears spent the Thanksgiving holiday at her parents? house- Jamie and Lynn recently announced that they were going to give their marriage another go.

Joined by her assistant and bodyguard, the ?Toxic? mommy enjoyed her lunch before hitting up a nearby Starbucks for an iced coffee beverage.
Britney looked cute and casual as she strolled back to her car, sporting a studded black wool coat with a green turtleneck and jeans.
As for the recent rumors that she?ll be starring in a new reality show, Britney shared via her website, ?BS Alert!?

These are photos of Britney Spears and Sean Preston getting some yogurt in LA over the weekend. Whenever I see photos of Britney with her kids, I always go back to something mean my mom said about Brit as a mom: ?She doesn?t deserve those beautiful babies.? I mean? now you know where I get it, right? But still, Britney is trying, and this yogurt outing was rather cute. I think Sean must have just done a face-plant in the yogurt, because he?s got chocolate ALL over his face. I want to was his face, and while I?ve got the soap and water handy, I think I might take a wack at Brit?s busted weave.
In other Britney news, she recently gave an interview in which she credited her boys for keeping her in shape.
Britney Spears credits being a mom to her two little boys for helping her retain a slim figure. The Break The Ice star - who is working on a big new song with producers Dr Luke and Max Martin - says running around and looking after 5-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James (4), keeps her in shape.
“How do I keep slim?,” Spears said when quizzed about exercising. “Having two boys definitely helps, and I love to dance. It’s the best way to stay in shape.”
Brit also enjoys rewarding herself, “I love treating myself to a spa day. Massages are my favorite,” she explained.
And discussing her make-up, Spears shared: “Sometimes I keep it simple and don’t wear much make-up - just a little mascara and lipgloss. Other times, I’ll play around and do heavier make-up or some fun lipstick.”
