It?s the dead of summer, barely any good gossip is happening, and so this is what we get ? a new Paris Hilton interview in The Telegraph. Many of the ?fancy? UK papers like to sit down with our most vapid American celebrities and use the lengthy interview format to make fun of said celebrities. The Guardian did an excellent takedown-interview with Kim Kardashian once, letting her talk herself into sounding like the most superficial a?hole who was famous for nothing. I?m reminded of that piece while looking through this Paris Hilton piece. They?re making fun of Paris but they?re really just letting her talk about her silly life. Some highlights:
Her work as a DJ in Ibiza: “I killed it. I feel like DJs are the new rock stars.?
Her Paris Hilton business: “We’ve done over $1.8 billion in sales [on my fragrances]. I have 16 other product lines [including] clothing, sunglasses, shoes, lingerie, swimwear, eyelashes, nails, my own motorcycle team, dog clothes? I have 60 Paris Hilton stores that carry all my products.” Recently she opened her first hotel, in the Philippines. “It’s called Paris, not Hilton, just me,” she says, “because I don’t want people to think it’s my family’s. It’s mine.”
Rich parents? “People assume because I’m a Hilton that ‘her parents gave that to her’. It’s annoying because it’s so far from the truth.”
Her critics: “If people want to be mean, that’s their problem. It used to be really hurtful. I would call and cry to my mom all the time but now I just laugh. So many people have bad intentions, so many girls want to hang out [with me] to be someone. I weed those people out of my life. I call them hungry tigers.”
Her sex tape: “It was devastating because that was someone I was with for a few years. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully trust any man again after that. It was just the most hurtful and awful thing that anyone could do to a little girl. I was very young, it wasn’t my fault.”
Her ?Simple Life? dumb blonde persona: “I played a character the whole time – I think a lot of people assume that must be who I am in real life.” She fell out with Richie during the show but now says it was nothing. “She’s like a sister to me.”
Her success is because of her fans: “They want to buy a piece of me. It’s like a kind of Barbie American dream. I have that childlike quality so a lot of little girls especially [like me]. I’ve always been a kid at heart. I think I always will be.”

Just FYI ? Albert Einstein was a Pisces. He was not born under the Aquarius sign. Perhaps it takes an anal-retentive Virgo to point that out (represent, Virgos).
Sigh? poor Paris. I guess I shouldn?t feel too sorry for her because she?s rich and she?s doing her thing and whatever, it has nothing to do with me. But she?s profoundly vapid. This is what I hate though: ?It was just the most hurtful and awful thing that anyone could do to a little girl. I was very young, it wasn’t my fault.? Really? Wasn?t she like 19 or 20 when that happened? And it completely made her a household name? I?m not saying that Rick Solomon releasing the tape wasn?t a betrayal. It was. But let?s stop with the ?I was a little girl? stuff, especially when she?s profited from it enormously.
PS? I had to crop one of these photos at Paris?s waist because her vagine was literally hanging out on the red carpet. But she?s just a LITTLE GIRL. It?s not her fault!

You know how Paris Hilton is a ?DJ? now? Don?t laugh, she keeps getting hired for gigs. Mostly in Europe. Sorry, Europe. Well, now that Paris is being taken seriously in the music industry (stifle your laughs), she?s released a new single. And HOLY AUTO-TUNE. Here?s Paris Hilton?s ?Come Alive.?
It?s pretty epic, right? I?m trying to figure out who I think is really doing the vocals. If I had to guess, it sounds a bit like Selena Gomez. Anyway, to promote the single (??), Paris gave an exclusive interview to The Daily Mail. While she?s probably one of the most vapid 33-year-olds you will ever encounter, I didn?t hate this interview. What is happening to me?
Paris Hilton has always had a love for cheeseburgers and french fries. But six months ago the 33-year-old former reality star decided to give up fast food to lead a healthier lifestyle.
‘I lost about five pounds just from staying away from the Drive-Thrus,’ the blonde, whose new single Come Alive debuted on Tuesday, told MailOnline exclusively. ‘I can feel the difference especially when I’m in a bathing suit.’
Paris told MailOnline she had been eating fast food since she was very young. ‘I used to eat that way, but I decided to change things this year,’ she said. ‘Now I don’t do that. There are times when I will stop at a Carl’s Jr, but I will maybe get a turkey burger or something healthier instead of a cheeseburger and fries. I am more careful now.’
The former Simple Life star added she has new habits. ‘I like green smoothies, they taste good and they make me feel more energetic,’ she said. ‘I also like regular juices. I get a lot more vitamins these days, more fruits too, more vegetables, more protein, more salads.’
But one thing she is not doing is hitting the gym. ‘I have never been a gym person, it’s not me,’ Hilton told MailOnline. ‘I don’t think people expect to hear this, but I grew up a tomboy. I would always play ice hockey, go skiing when I could. I would surf, ride bikes, swim. I love to work out outside. I have always been very active.’
But she does admit a new love for Pilates. ‘It’s a great way to exercise because you use so many muscles and get a really good workout,’ the Stars Are Blind singer told MailOnline. ‘I use the machines, not mat Pilates, and it just works for me.’
The niece of Kyle Richards added that she is always on the go.
‘In the month of August I pretty much work every day,’ Paris said. ‘I have a residency at Amnesia in Ibiza, so I will be there as a DJ and I sing there too. I do sing my own songs. I will be singing Come Alive, my new single. I will also travel, I have DJ sessions in St Tropez, Barcelona, Korea, and the Madives. I am very busy this summer, but I love working so that’s all good. I spin house and dance music, it depends what the crowd is like. I never play the same set twice, it’s always something new.’
Of her new dance song Come Alive, Hilton told MailOnline, ‘I wrote the song myself while I was in Miami a few months ago. The lyrics come from my heart. I love writing love songs, they make me happy, they make me feel good, so I tend to focus on that.’

I?ll give Paris some credit (can you believe I just wrote that?) and say that I like the way she?s not strident in her opinions. She?s not Goop-y and judgy these days?? She?s basically talking about what works for her and she?s not saying, ?Everybody should juice, only peasants refuse to juice.? Or whatever. I giggled at her ?residency? in Ibiza though. Oh well? she?s pretty harmless these days. At least she?s working.

Here is Paris Hilton donning five black bondage costumes and several wigs on the downtown Los Angeles set of her music video High Off My Love.
The heiress played around with a long blond wig and blunt bangs as she stomped around on set wearing a bondage-inspired ensemble and a teetering pair of heels. Heavy black eye makeup and long red nails polished off the edgy look.

Believe it or not, I really think Paris Hilton is the most worthy ?headliner? for this post. These are all photos from last night?s de Grisogono Fatale In Cannes Dinner Party held in Cannes last night. Paris wore Jean Fares Couture and I don?t hate it. For who she is, she looks nice. I even like that she?s mixing it up with her hair style. Let?s see if you agree with me about Paris being the most interesting person at this event.
Here?s Cara Delevingne in Cavalli? kind of boring.
Sharon Stone in Roberto Cavalli? she looks great. Great makeup, great color, great fit on the dress. One bad thing: the coral jewelry looks awful. So cheap-looking. She should have just worn diamonds.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley In Cushnie Et Ochs. I really dislike this design, but I have to admit that she makes it tolerable.
Rosario Dawson ? I don?t have the ID on this, but it?s pretty. I don?t care for the seams down the front of the dress. It?s a sloppy design trick.
And finishing it up, here?s Tamara Ecclestone and Riley Keough. Riley looks like she stepped out of 1987. She also looks so much like Kristen Stewart here. Tamara is way too covered up.

Happy to be back in the States, Paris Hilton arrived at LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Saturday (March 22).
The hotel heiress was all smiles in a black top, short jacket, and black leather pants as she rocked shades through the busy terminal.
Once on the ground, the 33-year-old star tweeted, "Landed back in LA! So happy to be back. Can't wait to get home to my pets! #HomeSweetHome."

Catching the eyes of onlookers with her magnificent blond locks, the irresistible heiress sported a sexy white designer dress while showing off the new Striplac Travel Kit for Alessandro International.
Excited for her trip to Central Europe, the 33-year-old posted a fun good-morning video on her Twitter account, telling fans all about her plans for the next few days.
In the video, Paris is standing on a balcony overlooking her elegant hotel, saying, "Good morning, everyone, it's Paris. I'm here in Dusseldorf, Germany, here for a short trip! I just got here last night, leaving tomorrow morning, so a quick little trip over to Europe, excited to be here, and I'll be posting pictures all day. Love you guys!"
