Adding to the holiday cheer, Ariana Grande has a new EP full of festive fun, though it?s certainly not for the faint of heart.
Christmas & Chill is a 6-track collection of songs, referencing the internet hookup meme ?Netflix and Chill,? and one of the songs, ?December,? is especially risqu.
Grande sings, ?And whatever is on your list, I?ll do it. Boy whatever it is, you know I?ll do it.? On another ditty called ?Wit It This Christmas,? Ariana declares, ?Are you down for some of these milk and cookies? I?m down for loving, you?ll be my drummer boy.?

She started her performance wearing long white gloves and a shimmering strapless gown, but very quickly removed both gloves and the bottom half of her dress to shimmy more freely around the stage. To add to the vintage feel, Grande was flanked by men in white tuxedos with a big band playing behind her.

Ariana Grande?s pop princess ascent has been pretty swift. Basically, she became a major pop star in less than a year (2014) and then she spent about a year unraveling whatever goodwill she might have had. There are so many stories about Ariana?s diva antics, temper tantrums, unprofessional behavior, America-bashing, fan-hating, donut-licking and more, so much so that if even a fraction of the stories are true, we have to accept that Ariana is a terrible person. And what happens when you?re the female version of Justin Bieber? You start to believe that you?re God and no one can tell you what to do. Your unprofessional behavior escalates, because you?ve been getting away with it so far. And so Ariana didn?t even bother showing up for a scheduled taping of The Jonathan Ross Show in London this week.
With a crammed schedule, perhaps Ariana Grande just wanted one less Problem to worry about. The singer dropped a scheduled slot on The Jonathan Ross Show at the last minute, prompting the host to brand her a ?lazy f*****?. The singer, 22, was said to be en route to ITV?s London studios where she was due to perform, following a perfume photocall at a nearby Boots store and a day of radio interviews. But she failed to appear for the recording of the show, to be broadcast on Saturday.
Wossy raged: ?Ariana is in town. We were told she would be in the car at 6pm to be here for 7pm then it got to 7pm and she was not in the car ? 7.30pm and she is still not in the motherf****** car. So I don?t think we can hold out much hope. I don?t know what it is. We are going to give Ariana the benefit of the doubt and not say anything mean or judgmental. I apologise to anyone who might have come along hoping to see her. She was booked but the lazy little f***** has not come. Maybe she has gone to her first Nando?s.?
The host was forced to close the show with his guests Joan Collins, Danny DeVito and Sheridan Smith in a karaoke rendition of Nine to Five. Ari?s reps didn?t respond to repeated requests for a comment. She had said her photocall ?lifted my spirit.? Earlier this year, she apologised after she was caught on camera shouting: ?I hate America.? Prior to that, her life coach quit apparently because he ?couldn?t take it any more?. The singer has said she was ?hurt? to be branded a diva.

Is it just me or is this one of the funniest sentences in the English language: ?Her life coach quit apparently because he ?couldn?t take it any more??? I?m still giggling over that. Anyway, yes, Ariana Grande is a donut-licking, America-bashing, tantrum-prone, unprofessional pill. What else is there to say? It?s not like Jonathan Ross is trying to start a beef with a pop star to get attention. I truly believe Ariana was booked for the show and that her people confirmed the appearance and then? she just didn?t show up. And she didn?t give a reason. Rude.

Now that Ariana Grande?s donut-licking, America-hating incident is safely behind her, she?s back to publicly insisting that she is never, ever a diva. Ha! While I think some of the stories about her diva ?tude might have been exaggerated, I really have to say that I believe Ariana has a terrible attitude, that she?s constantly mouthing off and that she might benefit from some media-training skills. There are simply too many stories ? plus that donut video ? about her rotten attitude and crappy personality. Still, Ariana tries to make us believe. Some highlights from Ariana?s V Magazine interview:
Being told she feels like an old soul: ?I take that as a compliment. I do feel like I?m an old soul. I don?t know why. My Kabbalah teacher, Ruthie, also tells me I?m a very old soul. So I believe it. I?ve been around the block.?
Whether she?s really a diva: ?It?s sort of the media?s job to make things up in order to keep their audience interested. In a way, I kind of understand them. But I don?t really look at the Internet anymore. The only reason I go on is to post things for my fans. I don?t read anything anymore because I came to an understanding that, okay, sometimes these people are going to say nice things, and sometimes they?re going to say fake things because they need to keep their readers curious and interested.?
Her love for the LGBTQ community: ?I mean, here?s the thing: I wasn?t raised in a household where it was considered abnormal to be gay. So for me to meet people who use the word ?fa–ot? as an insult, with a derogatory meaning, I can?t take it. I don?t understand it. It?s so foreign to me. I was raised in a household where being gay was like, the most normal thing. You know, my brother is gay, all of my best friends are gay. When my brother came out of the closet, it wasn?t a big deal for my family?It?s outrageous to me when I see people hate on someone because of their sexuality. I hate the intolerance. I hate the judgment. I hate it so much. Most of my favorite people in my life are gay. It?s something I?m super passionate about, because whenever I would see my friends get bullied, or my brother get hurt for his sexuality, I would become a raging lunatic. I would literally become a raging lunatic because I just can?t take it. When you see someone you love hurting, for such a superficial, bullsh-t reason, it?s like, how small and spiritually unenlightened and dumb as f–k can a person be? How much further can your head get up your ass that you?re actually judging someone as a person based on their sexuality before you even have a conversation with them?
She loves Madonna: ?I love Madonna. I met her a few times and she was so overwhelmingly kind and sweet, and down to earth, and motherly. She?s very, very maternal. I practice Kabbalah as well, so that was one of the first things she mentioned, because I had my Zohar in my pocket. She may have noticed, maybe not, but she brought it up. And we danced together at her Oscar party. That?s all I can ever ask for. She inspires me endlessly. I?m so inspired by her fearlessness?Like, this is me, and if you don?t like it, go f–k yourself.?
Using her sexuality in her career: ?Some days I feel more comfortable using sexuality in my work, and then some days I feel like being a little more reserved. I think that?s why I?m in the middle of this whole conversation of, what is she? Is she a good girl or is she a bad girl? I think that I?m both. I don?t need to be either. I don?t need to be a pop princess who is America?s sweetheart or the next rebellious, wild, young thing. I don?t need to pick or choose. I can show skin and swear like a sailor but also be a good role model. I think that I?m a good person. I don?t think cursing makes you a bad person. I don?t think showing skin or kissing boys makes you a bad person. I don?t think that expressing sexuality makes you a bad person at all. I don?t think that?s bad?I think it?s great! We need to encourage each other to do what we want and not let it totally define us. You know? The things that people think define them aren?t valid either.

I actually found myself agreeing with her about whether or not using her sexuality defines her as an artist or whether she?s selling a certain image. While I think it?s creepy to see someone so young-looking performing in lingerie-inspired looks, her attitude on this subject is on-point. As for her insistance that she doesn?t go on the internet and all the stories about her diva antics are completely false? yeah right, donut-licker.

Showing some love for her Japanese fans, Ariana Grande jetted into the Haneda Airport in Tokyo on Thursday morning (August 13).
Always a friendly female, the ?Problem? songstress looked bright-eyed and bushy-tailed as she strolled through the terminal and flashed a peace sign with her hair up in two buns.
Earlier this month, Ariana announced her brand new scent, simply called Ari by Ariana Grande. She told press, ?It just adds a wink that makes me smile every time I use the fragrance. I have always been obsessed with perfume. I always carried like 6 different scents in my bag, another 3 in my suitcase and another couple in my car.?

We discussed the Ariana Grande situation yesterday. To recap: Ariana Grande, her new boyfriend and two other friends were in a donut shop and Ariana was an utter pill, licking and spitting on donuts and screeching ?What the f?k is that? I hate Americans. I hate America! That?s disgusting.? Her non-apology was utterly stupid too ? she didn?t apologize for assaulting the poor donuts and basically confirmed her hate for overweight people.
So, what?s new? Several things. After TMZ?s video went viral, Ariana and the donut shop (Wolfee Donuts) are facing investigations from several different agencies. The local police are investigating, and the department of Environmental Health is launching its own investigation into the donut shop and their Ariana-spittle-tainted donuts, all of which were unknowingly sold. Wolfee Donuts is in trouble because they left their donuts out in the open, subject to customers? spittle. In fact, the Los Angeles Times reports that the donut shop could be in more hot water than Ariana:
A doughnut shop at the center of a controversy involving pop star Ariana Grande is in hot water with Riverside County health officials after surveillance video showed her licking a tray of doughnuts left exposed on a counter. The video apparently shows Grande and a man at Wolfee Donuts in Lake Elsinore about 11:30 p.m. Saturday ?maliciously lick? doughnuts left on a display shelf, the Riverside County Sheriff?s Department said.
The shop owner took the video to detectives and filed a report, saying the doughnuts were deliberately tampered with. But Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Vasquez says they don?t believe a crime was committed, so they won?t be investigating Grande. Now Riverside County?s Department of Environmental Health is investigating the doughnut shop — not Grande — for the food tampering. Department spokeswoman Dottie Merki says health inspectors will be looking into whether the doughnut shop has a history of leaving doughnuts out on display and if they had existing policies to prevent access to the fried confectioneries.
The sheriff’s department will be assisting the environmental health department with its investigation. No charges have been filed, Vasquez said.

Ugh, if Wolfee Donuts faces more damage than Ariana Grande, I will be very disappointed. For what it?s worth, The Wrap says that Wolfee Donuts has tripled their business in the wake of the Ariana incident. So? okay.
Meanwhile, Diva Toddler Ariana Grande released a second apology, this time in video form. You know how everyone complains about how she doesn?t enunciate while singing? It?s a problem for her regular speaking voice too.
Ariana says in part:
“I feel like the apology that I posted ? I kind of missed my opportunity to actually, like, sincerely apologize and express how I was feeling because I was too busy preaching about my issues with the food industry, which is not, I feel like, relative. I feel like I could?ve expressed myself in a different way, so here I am. I feel like now?s my chance, before the whole thing blows over, to say my side, and that I?ve actually never been prouder to be American, to be honest. All the advances we?ve made in the last couple of months, all the wonderful progressive things that have been going on ? I?ve never been prouder of this country, actually?I?m not here to justify my behavior or make any excuses, because I can?t. I?m just here to apologize, and tell you that I love you, and I appreciate being able to talk to you like this. I’m 22 years old. I’m human. I still got a lot to learn. And I make mistakes and that’s how I’m going to learn… That’s how we grow, you know? That’s how we get better. “

If that apology sounds positively Beiber-esque, it?s because Ariana and Biebs share the same dimwitted manager, Scooter Braun. I can feel Braun?s fingerprints all over this. Anyway, do you even care about Ariana?s second apology? I do not.

The ?Problem? songstress took to Twitter on Sunday (June 7) to say her piece- ?Being empowered? is not the same as being a ?b*tch.? HAVING SOMETHING TO SAY? is not the same as HAVING A BAD ATTITUDE.?
?I am tired of living in a world where women are mostly referred to as a man?s past, present or future PROPERTY/POSSESSION. I? do not. belong. to anyone. but myself. and neither do you? If a woman has a lot of sex (or any sex for that matter)? she?s a ?slut.? If a man has sex? HE?S. A. STUD. a BOSSSSSS. a KING. If a woman even TALKS about sex openly? she is shamed! But if a man talks or RAPS freely about all the women (or more commonly used ?b*tches?/?hoes?? how lovely) he?s had, he?s regaled. If a woman is seen with a friend with a penis, there is an immediate assumption of romance or sex and she is labeled!!! If a man is seen with a woman? his status is elevated/celebrated. ?AWW SH*T HE SMASHED!!!!' The double standard and misogyny are ever present. I can?t wait to live in a world where people are valued not by who they?re dating/married to/attached to, having sex with (or not)/seen with? but by their value as an individual. I want the people reading this to know that they are MORE THAN enough on their own.?
