Thanks to bulimia, Doutzen Kroes can rock asix pack in a bikini.Not eating and bulimia, they’re really good ways to get cut and shredded for the summer. What I didn’t know is that Kroes pulls in $8m per year. Not bad. She’s got contracts with L’Oreal, Miu Miu and Emilio Pucci. Never heard of those last two. If you have, then you spend too much time in the mall.
Her boyfriend, Sunnery James, has the right idea when he films her booty.
If Kroes was my girlfriend, I’d have a GoPro attached to my head all day. Live 24/7, Periscoping the shit out of her ass.

We?re breaking up the Cannes amfAR gala photos into several different posts, just FYI. The amfAR gala is always one of the biggest ? if not THE biggest ? events of the Cannes Film Festival. This year?s gala was very, very model-heavy. So let?s start with my favorite model (because I learned, on the job, that I?m really into Dutch women) Doutzen Kroes. Doutzen wore this Maison Margiela gown which? is not my jam. First off, this was designed by John Galliano and I still have issues, despite his reemergence as a fashion force. Second of all, it makes her look pregnant, and by that I mean it?s a shapeless, bell-like sack dress. Angelina Jolie would love it. I will give Doutzen this: the face is FLAWLESS.
Lara Stone in Saint Laurent? since I?m into Dutch women, I like Lara. But I?m worried about her. Her marriage fell apart and her appearances at Cannes have not been great. Her hair is too white-blonde, the gowns don?t fit and she just doesn?t seem like she?s feeling great.
Jourdan Dunn in Vera Wang. I really like the color and I appreciate that it?s not satin. Beyond that, I?m ambivalent.
Sienna Miller in Ralph Lauren. She?s worn at least two versions of this dress in Cannes this week. Her stylist used to do a much better job.
Barbara Palvin in another look that is too mature – this is La Perla Atelier. I complained about her Versace look yesterday ? it was something I could have seen on Jane Fonda. This is another one that makes her look much older.
Karlie Kloss in Tom Ford. I?m impressed that it?s Tom Ford, but beyond the label, it?s kind of a boring dress. Ford?s doing a lot of built-in chokers and it?s not my style.
Paris Hilton is still around, shockingly. This gown actually wasn?t the worst thing on the carpet.
Madalina Ghenea was there. I?m starting to wonder how many of Michael Fassbender?s ex-lovers are wandering around Cannes this week. Perhaps that?s why he?s been hiding in his hotel for days.

Doutzen Kroes is 30, that’s old in model years. They age about twice as fast as normal folks, so that puts her at 60. Time to retire. At least she’s having fun. She put up a shot of her booty on Instagram with the caption “He popped all my buttons and he ripped my shorts.” No word on who ‘he’ is. Could be her husband, Sunnery James, or it could be her telling everyone about our night together. Shhh Doutzen, I don’t need no drama.
And if you can’t get enough of Kroes’ booty, check her out playing paddleball on the beach. Paddleball I say!

She has an incredible dedication to staying in top shape, and as Doutzen Kroes prepares for the Victoria?s Secret Fashion Show, she?s turning up the heat.
On Sunday (November 9), the Dutch stunner posted a photo via Instagram to show her fans that even she has to work hard to maintain her physique.
Doutzen, who gave birth to her daughter Myllena Mae a few months back, displayed some killer abs as she captioned the shot, ?getting in the mood for the #VSFashionShow.?
She added, ?Just 4 weeks left 'till my 8th #VSFashionShow! This picture is from my 3rd show in 2008. Can't wait!? And from the look of her Pink sports bra and slim-fitting printed pants, she?s already runway ready!
Still, Kroes doesn?t sacrifice time with her family just to break a sweat. ?If I've been working a lot and I've been away from my kids, then I don't go to the gym. It's okay to miss a day. I tell myself not to feel bad about it, too, because then it's a waste if you choose not to do something and feel bad.?

Treating themselves to a little retail therapy, Candice Swanepoel and Doutzen Kroes did some shopping on Monday (May 12) in New York City.
The Victoria's Secret Angels were dressed to impress in summery sundresses, while Doutzen showing off her growing baby bump in a striped number.
After browsing the stores, the gorgeous duo cooled their heels over lunch at Bar Piti in the West Village.
The ladies chatted happily and shared laughs as they headed back out onto the busy streets of Manhattan post-meal.

Here are some photos of my favorite model, Doutzen Kroes, at the NYC screening of The Other Woman last Thursday. She?s very pregnant! Doutzen is expecting her second child with husband Sunnery James ? they already have a son, Phyllon Joy Gorr, and this time around they are expecting a daughter. Doutzen announced that a few months ago, and I?m so pleased for her. Doutzen manages to balance the supermodel thing with the mom thing in a much more low-key way than, say, Miranda Kerr. Doutzen gets pap?d, of course, but she seems to enjoy a relatively undercover lifestyle and I really don?t know that much about her, which I like.
Another reason why I love Doutzen? Because she?s always very realistic about modeling. She?s not one of those ?I woke up this way? models, nor is she trying to convince us that she loves French fries and chocolate. Doutzen is honest about the demands and superficiality of her job, and she?s always tried to tell the truth to impressionable young girls. So how does Doutzen feel now that she?s got a little girl on the way?
Model Doutzen Kroes says her daughter doesn?t have to follow in her footsteps.
The pregnant Dutch stunner, who?s expecting a girl with hubby Sunnery James, told us, ?Instead of saying, ?You?re so beautiful,? I?ll say, ?You?re smart,? so she?ll have different aspirations in life than beauty and modeling. Though I love my job, I?m not changing the world. I?d love for her to study and to have different aspirations. We need to teach girls they can become presidents, and it?s not about beauty all the time.?

I like that. Maybe I?m wrong, but Doutzen just seems like a real person who happens to be a supermodel. She doesn?t want her daughter to inherit a legacy of ?looking good in a bikini? (although, let?s face it, her daughter will look great in a bikini). Education, intellectual ambitions, good citizenship, compassion? all things that are more important than looks. Hopefully.
