Stepping out for the day’s festivities, Shakira was spotted going sans makeup in London, England earlier today (November 2).
The “Hips Don’t Lie” songstress was more than happy to smile for the paparazzi as he made her way around town, bundled up to stay warm in the autumn chill.
And coming up on November 9th, Shakira will be performing on a very special MTV European Music Awards in Berlin Germany.
She’ll join the likes of U2, Foo Fighters, Leona Lewis, and others as they celebrate the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.

Is Shakira crazy in a very pleasantly eccentric way? That?s how she comes across to me sometimes, and I?ve began to have quite a bit of affection for her. I?m not the only one either - Shakira has sold 50 million records worldwide, and she?s currently releasing her third English album She-Wolf. Thus, Shakira appears on the new issue of Rolling Stone to promote her wolfiness and talk babies (pro) and marriage (against). First - the cover image. I like it generally, she looks lovely. But that cleavage is photoshopped, right? When I?ve seen her perform, she?s never quite so? boobtastic. And while they maximized her cleavage, her hips (that don?t lie) look minimized. Why would Rolling Stone do that? She?s got lovely hips! Not every woman needs to have the hips of a ten year old boy!
Unlike most women, Shakira is willing to let her body go. In fact, the 5-foot-2 Colombian “She Wolf” singer, 32, says she’s looking forward to it — if it means she’ll become a mom.
“My body feels like it is asking to reproduce, to have a huge belly and carry babies,” she tells the new issue of Rolling Stone, on newsstands today. “My boyfriend is six feet tall, and sometimes I feel like I’m his keychain, a small thing.”
But while the Grammy winner — currently in a nine-year, monogamous relationship with investment banker Antonio de la Rua — has long had a maternal instinct, don’t expect her to walk down the aisle any time soon. It’s something she says she’ll never do.
“We live in a society that represses women’s subconscious dreams,” Shakira, who considers herself a die-hard feminist, says.
“You know, women have to make enormous efforts through life, much larger than men. We deal with so many pressure: the pressure of aesthetics, and how society wants us to deliver our performances as mothers, daughters and wives.?
“It’s funny how the papers want to see you married, and then they want to see you divorced,” she continues. “Well, I won’t do any of it.”

Aw, I like what she says about babies and marriage. She sounds so cool. I wish she was my little pocket keychain friend. I kind of like this trend among celebrities to eschew marriage, it?s an interesting development that seems to be picking up more steam. Shakira?s right about how the tabloid media would treat her marriage, and the marriage of anyone as famous as her. We would root for her to get married, and then enjoy all of the ?Divorce!? stories immediately afterwards.

She’s best known for her gyrating hips and signature sound, but Shakira would like to be known as ‘mommy’ in the not-too-distant future.
The “Wherever, Whenever” songstress has confessed to having baby fever and hopes to conceive with her boyfriend when her upcoming tour comes to an end.
Shakira told press, “My body feels like it is asking to reproduce, to have a huge belly and carry babies. And when the baby comes, I don’t want to be in the middle of 100,000 projects.”
She also noted that she has a true oral fixation. “I’ve always lived through my mouth. It’s my biggest source of pleasure: what I say, what I sing, the kisses I give, the chocolate I eat.”

She’s always up for a swanky evening out, and last night (October 19) Shakira was spotted hitting up the Whitney Museum Gala in New York City.
The “Hips Don’t Lie” songstress looked lovely in a strapless black and graphite colored dress as she posed for the paparazzi outside the Whitney Museum of American Art.
In a recent interview, Shakira confessed that she went incognito as a tomboy and took a class at UCLA following her massive world tour back in May of 2007.
“It was such a long tour, I needed a break from me. The universe is so broad, I cannot be at the center of it. So I decided to go to the university and study history for a summer course, just to kind of switch gears, taste the student life.”
“I used to wear a cap and a big backpack, I looked like a boy. I didn’t get recognized. Some people looked at me very suspiciously, a few people asked me, but I told them my name was Isabelle. I would go to university over and over again if I could.”

Taking her Latin-infused pop style to network television, Shakira was spotted performing on “Saturday Night Live” over the weekend.
The “Hips Don’t Lie” songstress looked super sexy in a black cutout ensemble as she gave the audience a taste of her upcoming “She Wolf” album.
As for the whole illegal downloading issue, Shakira told press she’s not concerned about it, and that she actually feels closer to her fans as a result.
“I like what’s going on because I feel closer to the fans and the people who appreciate the music. It’s the democratization of music in a way. And music is a gift. That’s what it should be, a gift.”

The “Hips Don’t Lie” songstress looked to be in good spirits as she posed for the paparazzi in a black and white dress with a thick black belt and black heels.
In a recent interview, Shakira discussed the sound and direction she was going for on the new album, due out in the States next month.
“I felt very curious and intrigued about the electro-pop world and everything it has to offer. I wanted to make sure that this album was very bassy and that the kicks hit really hard, and I wanted to concentrate on the beat. But my music, to a certain extent, is very complex—because I always try to experiment with sounds from other parts of the world.”

Taking her promotional tour to her home country of Colombia, Shakira was spotted giving a press conference in Bogota yesterday afternoon (October 11).
The “Hips Don’t Lie” songstress was all smiles as she presented her new album Loba, posing for the paparazzi in a black jacket with a white leopard t-shirt, black skirt, black leggings and funky lace-up heels.
And during her worldwide promotional appearances, Shakira told press she’s been a bit worried about her parents’ reaction to some of her skimpy outfits as of late
She explained, “I had to say to them, ‘I’m a woman now, this is the way I express myself.’ My dad understood but my mum was scared what people could think. She said, ‘Is it too much?’”
