Starting her week off right, Mandy Moore laughed and smiled upon leaving a house with a male friend in Los Feliz, California on Monday (December 3).
The "Tangled" star wore a tan coat, white top, patterned blue jeans, and studded sneakers as she made her way to her vehicle.
Recently, the 28-year-old actress/singer spoke to E! about maintaining balance in her life. Her tips for success include getting lots of sleep and drinking plenty of water, getting out for exercise, and everything in moderation.
About that moderation, Mandy adds, "That means easing off indulgent foods, but also allowing for some leeway. I'm not fanatical about anything, one way or the other. If I want to go out and have a yummy meal with friends, I will. I won't deprive myself of things."

Taking care of her beauty needs, Mandy Moore stopped by Bungalow Salon in West Hollywood on Wednesday (October 17).
The "Tangled" star was dressed casually in a white t-shirt, black pants, and black tennis shoes as she headed back to her black Prius.
Recently, the 28-year-old actress got a chance to appear in a modern take on the film noir classics of the '50s. "Hotel Noir" is available now on VOD and in New York theaters starting Friday.
The story follows a detective who holes up in a downtown hotel waiting for killers to come and get him. As one long night turns to day he meets various characters with haunted pasts of their own, and the truth is revealed of how he ended up in this predicament.
Joining Mandy in the eclectic cast are Malin Akerman, Kevin Connolly, Rosario Dawson, Danny DeVito, Robert Forster , Carla Gugino, and Rufus Sewell. Watch the trailer and 10 minute clip below.

There’s no way it could be that cold in Los Feliz where Mandy Moore picked up lunch from Little Dom’s restaurant. It was around 90 degrees in SoCal. So, the only obvious explanation for her nipples looking like they could cut through glass is she was getting all hot thinking about me. No need to be embarrassed Mandy. It happens to all the ladies.

Toting a large takeout bag, Mandy Moore exited Little Dom's restaurant in Los Feliz, California today (August 29).
The "Walk to Remember" star wore a gray sleeveless top with ruffled bottom, blue jeans, and flats while carrying a red handbag.
Soon you can see the 28-year-old actress/singer in the upcoming film "Hotel Noir" in which she plays a desperate young housewife whose sole mission is to seduce Danny Devito.
Though only on set for one day and appearing in just one scene, Mandy described the experience as "just amazing" to the Wall Street Journal.
The "Saved" actress shared a bit about her part, careful to avoid spoilers, saying, "The scene is comically charming but not silly, a fine difference.

The "Walk to Remember" star dressed casually in a gray long-sleeved top, blue jeans, flats, and a large black handbag.
Recently, the 28-year-old singer spoke to People about working with husband Ryan Adams. After confirming their collaboration on each other's albums, Mandy was asked if they'd ever go on tour together.
"I don't know if we would ever necessarily go on tour. I think our fan bases are pretty distinctively different," she explained. "I think I'd like to keep a clear delineation between our professional lives at this point, but who knows. You never say never."

The ?Candy? songstress shared that she and her hubby are tinkering around in their home studio and having a blast.
?He certainly inspires me,? Moore began. ?There?s tremendous influence right now around the house ? from the music I?ve been introduced to, and being very happy and in a healthy, happy relationship.?
Mandy added, ?I think that still garners a lot of material to write about,? noting that her new album is due later this year or in early 2013.
