Keeping an eye on her health, Selena Gomez was spotted leaving Tarzana Medical Center in Encino, California after a check-up on Tuesday (December 4).
The former Disney darling looked cute in a black and white plaid shirt, gray scarf, black leggings, and black boots as she listened to some tunes.
On Monday night, the 20-year-old actress attended KISS FM's Jingle Ball concert in Los Angeles where she was seen holding hands with on-again boyfriend Justin Bieber.
Reportedly, during the 18-year-old pop star's performance at the event, Selena watched intently from the side of the stage.

Fresh off reports of Justin Bieber failing to employ PUA tactics on a fellow Canadian, come new reports that he and Selena Gomez may be back on again. A witness saw them kissing at the Dream Hotel’s Marble Lane in New York City after Selena attended the UNICEF Snowflake Ball.A source who sat close to their corner table tells PEOPLE they only stayed for 30 minutes before they left hand in hand. “It was just the two of them, sitting together,” the source says. “At first they were quietly talking and then they started kissing. They were smiling, definitely seemed happy!”“They weren’t fighting,” another source told PEOPLE.PEOPLEWell I for one am glad they clarified they weren’t fighting. I was a bit confused right after they said they were making out and smiling. I was like, “Huh? But tell me about the yelling! Here are some photos from last night?s 8th Annual UNICEF Snowflake Ball at Cipriani 42nd Street in NYC. From what I remember of past Snowflake Balls, they usually get a pretty decent turnout, and there are usually some solid A and B-list celebrities. But this year?s Snowflake Ball does feel a little? basic. I mean, I?m happy to see Selena Gomez and Katy Perry in attendance, but surely UNICEF could have gotten a few more ?bigger? names? Anyway, I think my favorite of the night was Selena. She wore Dolce & Gabbana? I really like it. It?s occasion-appropriate, it?s flattering, it?s not trashy. I love her hair here too.
Uma Thurman in Atelier Versace? the dress is okay. I get that Uma just had a baby recently and she still wants to be covered up, plus it?s winter and everything? but I think the thick velvet adds weight. A lot of you have asked if Uma is tweaked too ? I don?t think so. I think her face looks different because of the baby weight.
Katy Perry in Naeem Khan ? I love the color on her and I think the dress (and cape!) overall is a nice choice for the event. My one complaint: Katy needs to stop parting her hair down the middle. It?s not flattering to her face, and it?s just not a great hairstyle for her.
Kelly Ripa looks? eh. I don?t like this dress on her, and I think she?s tweaking. I?m also getting a weird vibe from Mark. Is he over it?
The Bush girls!! Jenna Bush-Hager looks especially busty. Pregnant boobs maybe? Is Dubya about to become a grandpappy?
Matt Lauer and his wife reunited for the red carpet. Ten bucks says they were fighting by the second course.

I?ve been avoiding the Justin Bieber/Selena Gomez breakup this week because I?m still waiting for them to get back together. I know, I know. Call me an old romantic! Or not. I just didn?t want to do some huge postmortem on them as a couple and then, like, a day later have to take it all back. But it really seem like this breakup is going to stick, mostly because I think Selena did the dumping and she?s not in the mood to forgive, forget or even listen to Justin Bieber anymore. Here?s what?s going on with them, via the tabloids and other outlets:
*TMZ says that even though Selena and Justin had dinner together on Sunday and hung out in her hotel in NYC, they still are very much broken up. Earlier in the week, it was suggested that Justin did want to get back together with her but that he was having mixed feelings about it because he wanted to bang Victoria?s Secret models too.
*In Touch says that ?Justin and Selena had a blowout fight that led to their breakup. She was screaming at him and ended it. Selena thought he was lying to her? unexplained absences, girls texting him late at night.? The source also says Selena thinks she made ?the right decision? and Justin keeps texting her and calling, but she?s over it. ?They broke up once before but that was for like three hours. This is for good.?
*Fox News and Perez Hilton claim that Justin proposed to Selena TWICE over the past few months. The first time he proposed, Selena told him that they should wait a few months. When Justin waited a few months and then proposed again, she rejected him. A source says, ?They have agreed to never, never, ever talk about the proposals! It would be far too damaging to his reputation if people found out that a smaller star turned down a bigger star.” Hahaha.
*Sources told Gossip Cop that Justin was the one with ?neediness? issues and he often complained that Selena wasn?t making enough time for him.
*Sources also say, “Justin is texting her like crazy trying to stay in her good graces? The problem in the first place is that Selena was a little bit of a jealous girlfriend and Justin wasn’t really taking her feelings into regard. Justin doesn’t see texting other girls as cheating, but he’s promised Selena he’ll stop if she takes him back.”
*More evidence to prove that Justin is electronically stalking her/just blowing up her phone: TMZ reports that Selena spent a whole day blocking her phone numbers and ?other communication devices? so that Justin cannot contact her. AT ALL.
*TMZ also claims that ?the breakup absolutely, positively involved another woman — though our sources didn’t know which one. There’s been speculation that it’s a Victoria’s Secret model. We don’t know for sure if it’s her, but we know it involves another woman.?
Epic. So what are the chances that they?re back together by Thanksgiving? Yeah.

Turns out Selena Gomez might not have cut Justin Bieber entirely out of her life because they met again at a Beverly Hills hotel. Bieber picked up Selena at LAX on Wednesday and stayed over at her house. The next morning the two went to the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills entering the building at separate times so no one would get a picture of them together.
Makes sense. If I was Selena, I wouldn’t want to be seen with Justin Bieber either. I might literally die from embarrassment if that happened.

She?s no stranger to the pomp and circumstance of industry events, and this evening (November 12) Selena Gomez showed up at the 2012 Glamour Magazine Women of the Year Awards.
The ?Wizards of Waverly Place? actress arrived at Carnegie Hall in New York City sporting an intricately patterned, cleavage-baring top with matching skirt and heels.
And per the recent GossipCenter reports, Selena was sans Justin Bieber given that they recently decided to go their separate ways.
Tonight, Selena will be honored as one of the Glamour Magazine Women of the Year; she?ll be given the Independent Spirit trophy for conquering the worlds of TV, music, and fashion by the time turned 20 years old.
Gomez is also the youngest-ever US Ambassador for UNICEF, helping children in need all over the world.

Selena got a big boost from her boyfriend Justin Bieber's mother Pattie Mallette during her interview on the ?Ellen DeGeneres Show? this week.
Mama Belieber told Ellen, ?How can you not like her? She?s so sweet and she?s good for him and they?re great together. They?re adorable.?
