Making quite the enjoyable end to the week, Selena Gomez treated herself to a "me" day in San Fernando, CA on Friday (August 24).
Joined by a few gal pals, the former "Wizards of Waverly Place" actress chowed down on a tasty chicken lunch at KFC after having built up an appetite as she and her shopping buddies perused the racks at a local Nordstrom.
The shopping and lunch excursion comes amidst more of the seemingly never-ending rumors claiming that all's not so well when it comes to Miss Gomez's relationship with Canadian pop sensation Justin Bieber.
Most recently, a National Enquirer "source" tells that 20-year-old Selena is fed up with Justin, further explaining, "Selena's seen a change in [Bieber]. He's less kind to others, and to her, and gotten more full of himself.?
"His escalating, wild-card behavior worries her. He isn't the Justin she fell in love with, the 'dreamy' boyfriend she could have fun with and tell all her secrets to,? the Enquirer's supposed insider continued, adding that - despite having fallen out of love - Gomez won't be pulling the plug in fear of "vindictiveness" on Bieber's behalf.

Look out, Justin! Selena Gomez spent Friday (August 10) locking lips with costar Nat Wolff on the set of her upcoming movie, "Parental Guidance." The film also stars Elisabeth Shue and Dylan McDermott.
The 20-year-old singer-actress looked even younger in a short Pink dress over a white blouse and bright white sneakers.
With an astonishing 12 million and counting followers on Twitter, the young Latina made Forbes' list of Social Networking Superstars. The ranking was formulated by putting together the Twitter followers and Facebook fans of the celebrities.
The top nine ahead of Selena are: Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Eminem, her boyfriend Justin Bieber, Katie Perry, Shakira, Portuguese soccer star Christiano Ronaldo, Taylor Swift, and Lil Wayne.

Continuing to stay busy, Selena Gomez got down to business on the set of her newest film ?Parental guidance? in Van Nuys, CA on Monday (August 6).
The 20-year-old starlet stayed casual in an all-black ensemble as she made her way around in the grueling 100 degree weather.
Although the former Disney beauty is hard at work filming her newest project, she still takes time to give her fans appreciation.
Miss Gomez shared a video on her Twitter page showing off her fans appreciation to the tune of "Love you Like a Love Song," with the caption, "I love you all... Like a Love Song. LOL"

Here’s a photo of Selena Gomez showing off her aqua-colored bra while leaving Panera Bread, which is a place that she seems to frequent with much abandon, but at least she isn’t being dragged behind her current (and inexplicable) boyfriend, Justin Bieber. In a somewhat riveting seque, Selena’s been messing around with her hair a lot lately. About a month ago, she added some new ombre extensions (which still look pretty dry and frizzy), and now she’s gone and gotten herself some bangs. Now I’m not as anti-bang as Kaiser, and I think they look pretty good on a few select people (not Jessica Biel). In fact, I actually enjoy having bangs myself because they make me look a few years younger than my true age, but I can’t really deal with bangs from a practical standpoint because they can’t be swept into a ponytail at the gym. So I remain bangless, but oddly enough, Selena looks a few years older than her 20-year-old self with her new bangs that she posted a photo of on her Twitter page. What do you think?
Hair issues aside, here’s some pretty bad news from a musical standpoint. Selena is not only (presumably) sleeping with Bieber, but she’s also looking to get involved with him musically; that is, Biebs has allegedly written some “really dope” tunes for her next album. Just great:
The world’s biggest little couple is tempting the fates and taking their romance into the workplace, as Justin Bieber plans to write and produce tracks for his girlfriend Selena Gomez. Gomez previously hinted that her forthcoming album would be more personal, so it only makes sense that she bring in her beau to help paint a more complete picture of the real Selena. Bieber probably felt obligated to contribute anyway, after giving not-girlfriend Carly Rae Jepsen a major career boost (not that Selena needs a boost, with three movies on the way).
Will.i.am, of all people, broke the story. We don?t have many details on the type of song or the lyrical content, but apparently Bieber approached the Black Eyed Pea and wanted him to hear a song he wrote and produced specifically for Selena. According to will.i.am himself, it was “really, really dope.” If only that could describe every office romance.

Is this true? I wouldn’t doubt it. This is all Bieb’s way of ensuring that Selena will never dump him. Or at least, she won’t do so until the record drops and the world tour is complete. What is Selena thinking? She must be deaf.
