Treating herself to a delicious dinner out, Ashley Greene was spotted at STK steakhouse restaurant last night (July 14).
The ?New Moon? babe looked to be in good spirits as she made her exit from the celebrity-popular eatery, joined by a few pals.
And it?s no accident that Ashley is in top shape, as her trainer Risa Sheppard told press about Miss Greene?s fitness routine.
?Ashley?s body is strong and flexible now. My method is an overall conditioning workout that encourages clients to work with their bodies and to realize their own personal perfection. It combines Pilates, therapeutic exercise, and body awareness.?
?Ashley was very eager to learn how to use her body correctly so as to not have injury as well as to keep her body in tip top shape. Joseph Pilates says you feel good after 10 sessions, look good after 20 and have a new body after 30. With Ashley, I would say things started to change after 10 sessions only.?

Stepping out for a morning meeting, Ashley Greene was spotted heading into a local studio in West Hollywood, CA on Tuesday (July 12).
The ?Twilight? beauty looked fit and fine in heels, red skinny jeans and a black sweater as she made her way past the paparazzi while offering up a quick smile and wave.
The sighting comes as Ashley just returned to the west coast after enjoying a trip to Florida, as she tweeted yesterday, "Home Sweet Home back in LA. Back to work."
Meanwhile, it?s no secret that Ms Greene is a Pilates fanatic - and her trainer, Risa Sheppard, recently told Starlounge about Ashley?s body slimming workout.
"Ashley?s body is strong and flexible now," said Risa. "My method is an overall conditioning workout that encourages clients to work with their bodies and to realize their own personal perfection. It combines Pilates, therapeutic exercise, and body awareness.?

The tags said that these pics of Ashley Greene were taken as she arrived at the Ferragamo fashion show in New York yesterday, but she just as easily could have been shooting an ad for Gillete or making a shampoo commercial. Kicking off the work week, Ashley Greene took a break from her hectic schedule to grab up lunch in Studio City, CA on Monday (June 20).
The Alice Cullen cutie showed off her toned legs in jean short-shorts as she headed inside the local Panera Bread for her midday meal.
Tweeting about the days happenings, Miss Greene wrote to her many followers, "Wow. Just had the shortest ADR session ever! Super easy :)"
And now that she's wrapped up the "Twilight" series, Ashley is looking forward to starting work on the Lian Lunson directed drama titled "The Boom Boom Room".
Co-starring Christopher Walken and Shirley MacLaine, the drama is set in the New Mexico desert while telling the tale of "a young woman out to uncover certain family secrets who encounters two Vaudeville-era stars who transform her life."

The ?New Moon? babe hit the gym for an intense workout and paid a visit to Whole Foods for some grocery shopping as shutterbugs followed along.
In relationship news, Ashley told press she?s loving the single life because she gets to spend more time on her career.
?[The best thing about being single is] being able to really, really focus. Sitting at my house, just reading and looking at scripts, searching directors and reading different books that are turning into screenplays. And being able to just really focus on me and what I?m going to do next in my career.?
Ashley also confessed, ?I have so many celebrity crushes. You know, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, I?ve always kind of had a crush on. I think he?s extremely talented.?

Closing out the week with an intense workout session, Ashley Greene was spotted leaving the gym in Los Angeles, California on Friday afternoon (June 10).
Soaked in sweat from the grueling fitness efforts, the Alice Cullen cutie flashed her adorable smile as she eased past paparazzi to her nearby ride before speeding away.
And now that her "Twilight" days are coming to a close, Miss Greene has her sights set of future roles - voicing her desire to land an action role.
Of the hopes, she told E!, "If you could find a strong female role in an action film, that is one of the most sought-after parts for women."
Ashley added, "You know, I played 17 first for the past four years and it's kind of time for me to change over."

Back on the west coast after attending the CFDA Fashion Awards in NYC earlier in the week, Ashley Greene ventured out for a personal training session in Studio City, CA on Thursday (June 9).
After working up quite the sweat, the Alice Cullen cutie showed off her darling smile as she exited the Tracy Anderson Method gym to head back home and freshen up.

Happily playing the field, Ashley recently told of her romantic situation, "[The best thing about being single is] being able to really, really focus. Making for quite the fabulous tandem, Ashley Greene and Miranda Kerr were spotted side-by-side at the 2011 CFDA Awards on Monday evening (June 6).
Arriving as the date of Michael Kors, the ?New Moon? babe and the Victoria's Secret supermodel both looked lovely while clad in the designer?s own frocks as they worked the cameras outside Lincoln Center?s Alice Tully Hall.
Tonight, Lady GaGa will be given the Fashion Icon Award, while Hal Rubenstein of InStyle will receive the Founders Award, given in honor of CFDA founder Eleanor Lambert.

Enjoying the Memorial Day holiday with friends, Ashley Greene was spotted at a barbeque in Malibu, California over the weekend (May 30).
The casually-clad "Twilight" actress sported a high ponytail, sunglasses and gray t-shirt for the food-filled affair, all the while carrying an unknown baby boy on her arm from time to time.
Earlier in her day, Ashley, who recently finished filming her role in "Butter," tweeted about her excitement before the midday celebration, writing, "I'm very excited about this massive BBQ thats happening this afternoon."
After returning home Greene gushed, "Such a good BBQ. So full. My bed looks so incredible right now."
