Prepping for a springtime release, the new trailer for "Better Living Through Chemistry" hit the web on Wednesday (January 22).
In the upcoming dramedy, a pharmacist's humdrum life is turned upside down when he starts an affair with a trophy wife customer.
Written and directed by Geoff Moore and David Posamentier, the film stars Olivia Wilde, Sam Rockwell, Michelle Monaghan, Jane Fonda, and Ben Schwartz.
Check out the trailer below, in which Sam's character gets in a whole mess of trouble. "Better Living Through Chemistry" is scheduled to hit theaters on March 14th.

Keeping up with her workout routine while she carries a bun in the over, Olivia Wilde stopped by Equinox gym in West Hollywood this morning (January 15).
The "Her" actress donned a black-and-white tie dye top and black capris as she and her gal pals made their way into the building.
Recently, Olivia finished the production of her upcoming thriller "Lazarus." Directed by David Gelb, the film is about a group of medical students that discover way to bring dead patients back to life.
Starring with Miss Wilde are Evan Peters, Sarah Bolger and Donald Glover. "Lazarus" set to hit theaters early 2015.

It?s always exciting when a bunch of celebrities gather to one-up each other, and earlier tonight (January 12) Olivia Wilde looked hot at the 71st Golden Globes.
Showing off her baby bump in a gorgeous emerald gown, the "Her" actress got plenty of attention as she showed up outside the Beverly Hilton ahead of the momentous occasion.
Every year, the Golden Globe Awards honors the biggest and brightest stars and projects in television and film, and this time around there is an abundance of greatness to be recognized.
In the Best TV Series (Drama) category ?Breaking Bad,? ?Downton Abbey,? ?The Good Wife,? ?House of Cards,? and ?Masters of Sex? all have a chance at glory.

Here are some photos of Olivia Wilde and her tiny baby bump a few days ago in Venice Beach. Let me start this post off by saying that Olivia has steadily grown on me over the past several months. I used to find her slightly obnoxious, but she has a point most of the time. Olivia is also very sarcastic, and that doesn’t always translate well during interviews. Plus (out of context or not) she’ll never live down the insensitive dying vagina about her ex-husband, Tao Ruspoli.
Anyway, Olivia has had a bit of a hard time staking her claim in Hollywood. She’s found consistent work, but Olivia has experienced a bit of the Megan Fox Syndrome. You know, the “hot chick in a dude movie” sort of trap. Sadly and even though Olivia is very sharp, she must have a terrible agent because she’s landed in too many dud movies to count. As a result, she’s box-office poison through no fault of her own. So what’s a girl to do? Goop out — as in launch her own website. But wait! Olivia isn’t selling $30 paper clips. She’s trying to (in Forbes’ words) save the world “one sale at a time.” Unlike with Goop, there’s a philanthropic slant to Livvy’s website. Forbes has the scoop:
Actress Olivia Wilde is a standout member of the 2014 30 Under 30 Hollywood & Entertainment List. While most actresses her age are focusing intently on building their movie careers, Wilde is splitting her time between acting and building a new business: Conscious Commerce.
The website is a unique take on philanthropy. Instead of asking people to donate to a good cause out of guilt or even a sense of obligation, Conscious Commerce asks people to donate to charity simply by buying products they want anyway. Think Toms but on a broader scale. The shoe company donates one pair of shoes for every pair of shoes bought. Conscious Commerce aims to connect brands with charities so that eventually, every purchase made will contain a giving back element.
“It should be shocking when a product isn?t somehow helping the people who made it,” says Wilde.
The company is fairly new. One of the biggest partnerships so far for Wilde, and her partner Barbara Burchfield, has been a deal with Anthropologie pairing the company with New Light India so that a portion of the sales of one of the clothing company?s most popular dresses goes to a girl?s school in India. Conscious Commerce focuses on small, local charities that can be vetted to ensure that as much money as possible is going to the people who need help.
Wilde was inspired to start Conscious Commerce from her work with leaders like Paul Haggis. The director has a charity called Artists for Peace and Justice that does work in Haiti. Wilde made several trips to the country and became heavily involved in helping fund raise for different charities. She also worked with Nicholas Kristof on his documentary Half the Sky.
But she discovered that fund raising can be an exhausting and thankless task. Philanthropies often go to the same group of people over and over to try and get more money for more causes. She began to feel disillusioned with the politics of traditional philanthropy.
At the same time she was inspired by a growing movement from young entrepreneurs encouraging people to think about how they were spending their money and to use their dollars to help good, sustainable causes. She was also encouraged by the election of President Obama. Instead of winning off of the backs of rich donors, Obama collected lots of smaller donations that still had a huge impact.
“By incorporating a giving back structure into small purchases, it can make a huge different,” says Wilde.
Instead of asking companies to give back just out of the goodness of their hearts, she is approaching them from a marketing point of view. Ad budgets are always bigger than philanthropy budgets. So she is pitching her company as a way for brands to bring positive attention to themselves.
The actress is not giving up on the silver screen.

The post script seems a little bit sad, doesn’t it? Olivia has made it perfectly clear that she’s very worried about what Jason Sudeikis will think if she’s not as successful in Hollywood. I honestly didn’t set out to bash Olivia in this post. If she’s going the way of Goop, I give Livvy my blessing. The only issue I have is how Goop’s ridiculous “wisdom” lives on as a role model to other female celebrities. I can only hope that these other celebrities will surpass Goop’s materialistic objectives. Jessica Alba has done well. Blake Lively wants a piece of that. Maybe Olivia will beat them all.

Stepping out for a social call, Olivia Wilde showed up at a friend?s house in Los Angeles on Monday (January 6).
The pregnant ?Incredible Burt Wonderstone? babe hid her growing baby bump beneath a retro MTV t-shirt as she returned to her car and tried to avoid the paparazzi.
In addition to starting a family with fianc Jason Sudeikis and nurturing her successful acting career, Olivia is also doing her part in helping companies and consumers get more charitable.
Of her new Conscious Commerce organization, Wilde told press, ?It should be shocking when a product isn?t somehow helping the people who made it. By incorporating a giving back structure into small purchases, it can make a huge difference.?

Making sure Paco's needs don't go unanswered as she prepares for the arrival of her bundle of joy, Olivia Wilde took her dog to doggie day camp in Los Angeles on Friday (December 20).
The "House" star wore blue jeans and a green sweater, which she took off to reveal a black T-shirt from Kanye's Yeezus tour.
On Tuesday, the 29-year-old actress sat down with Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show" and chatted about her new experience.
Speaking about people's varied reactions, Olivia shares, "That's the worst thing in the world - when you congratulate a non-pregnant woman on her pregnancy. I find that people will go to such great lengths not to mention it. Even when you are clearly -- like, I feel like I'm clearly pregnant -- people will be like, 'Hey, would you like a glass of whiskey? Would you like to get on this roller coaster?' And I go, 'Oh, well, I'm actually pregnant.' And they go, 'What?!' Unless someone's watching you give birth, I don't think they want to make the wrong call."

This is a photo of Olivia Wilde outside The Tonight Show after she realized her white t-shirt was far too sheer for the flashbulbs. Oops. Olivia visited Jay Leno to promote her role in Her. I keep forgetting that she’s even in the movie since all of the talk has been about Joaquin Phoenix and Scarlett Johansson. Rightfully so, since they’re the main characters, but I’m glad Olivia is finally in a movie that looks really good. She’s been in so many critical stinkers and box-office duds, and it’s not really her fault.
Olivia is still barely showing the pregnancy that she announced over a month ago. She talked with Leno about her mom, who was a producer for 60 Minutes and went into all sorts of crazy scenarios while pregnant with Olivia and her siblings. Olivia also says that people are super afraid to ask when she’s due because — I guess — they’re worried about insulting her. I’ve had that fear too. You never, ever should ask a woman about being pregnant unless she mentions it first. Bad things can happen. Here’s some highlights from Livvy’s Leno appearance:
On confusing people as a pregnant lady: “That’s the worst thing in the world — when you congratulate a non-pregnant woman on her pregnancy. I find that people will go to such great lengths to not mention it. Even when you are clearly — like, I feel like I’m clearly pregnant — people will be like, ‘Hey, would you like a glass of whiskey? Would you like to get on this roller coaster?’ And I go, ‘Oh, well, I’m actually pregnant.’ And they go, ‘What?!’ Unless someone’s watching you give birth, I don’t think they want to make the wrong call.”
A girl or a boy? “It’s human. We feel good about that.”
Her mom’s example: “I have a great mom. She’s a good example of how to be a strong badass pregnant lady. But she sets the standards pretty high. She went all over the world for 60 Minutes, for ABC News, for Frontline, for years. So, when I’m worrying about like, ‘Am I allowed to get on the treadmill?,’ my mom is like, ‘I was in war zones with you guys.’ The way most moms tell a cute story about something that happened at, like, a ballet recital, my mom likes to tell the story of when she was eight months pregnant with me, and we were on a plane that had a bomb somewhere in the Middle East. And she’s like, ‘Remember, you almost didn’t arrive because of the bomb?’ And then, you know, they landed, they evacuated the plane, there was no bombing. But I’m like, ‘That’s a terrifying story. Don’t share that with our new friends.’”

Olivia is so cool and laid back during television interviews. I’ve come to realize that her words often come off as smug during a transcript, but watching and listening to her in motion usually yields a different impression. She’s going to be a super fun mom, I think.
Here are some pictures of Olivia out for lunch on Monday. No idea who her “friend” (as our photo agency describes him) is. I couldn’t tell if it was Jason Sudeikis or not, but Kaiser doesn’t think it’s him. Maybe it’s a relative of Jason. Or you know, just a buddy.

And Olivia brought her fashion A-game to the event, sporting a beautiful dress from Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen?s label The Row, teamed with Jimmy Choo boots.
Earlier this week, Wilde and her fianc Jason Sudeikis enjoyed a low-key dinner date at Canter?s Delicatessen.
