Bringing their exciting new superhero flick across the pond, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone were in the house for the UK premiere of ?The Amazing Spider-Man? today (June 18).
The ?Social Network? hunk and his ?Help? costar/real-life girlfriend both looked amazing as they arrived at The Odeon Leicester Square in London, England.
Andrew opted for a dark suit and tie combo while Emma wowed the crowd with a sparkly black dress complete with a plunging v-neckline.
In a recent interview, Miss Stone noted that while she?s experienced quite the career boost over the past year, she still has other aspirations on her to-do list.
Describing a visit to a biology lab during the filming process, Emma shared, "It was the first time I had ever been angry about not going to college because I was fascinated by what they were showing us at the laboratory. I thought, 'What do I need to do to intern?' You need to be a college graduate. It sucks because I can learn, I swear I got so interested in biology, learning about medicine and regeneration and stem cells. It expanded my mind in so many ways, so now I'm gonna go take a biology class. What's amazing is you can do it at home."

Emma Stone is in July’s issue of Vogue. They only tease the interview saying she talks about how she made a PowerPoint presentation to convince her parents to move to L.A. at 14 to pursue her dream of acting. They also say she has a history of panic attacks and that she channeled the anxiety into laughter.
What they probably don’t dive into is why Emma looks a lot like Lindsay Lohan on the cover of the magazine. So much so that it’s beginning to creep me out. She’s like the vestige of Lindsay that contained all the promise she once had.

As I previewed last week, Emma Stone covers the July issue of Vogue Magazine. I was surprised that so many of you hated the cover preview. I thought Emma looked good – and I still think that now that I?ve seen more of the photo shoot. They definitely used the best shot of her for the cover, because I?m not crazy about the rest of the pictorial. Especially the shot of Emma in the newsboy cap, which is maybe the most horrible, unflattering, flat-out tragic shot of Emma Stone EVER. Thankfully, Vogue hasn?t released the whole Emma interview – I?m thankful because I don?t have to sit here and read the whole thing looking for good quotes, which takes forever. Here?s Vogue?s preview of their cover story:
This summer finds 23-year-old Emma Stone dangling from the rooftops in her blockbuster breakout as Peter Parker?s brainy blonde girlfriend in The Amazing Spider-Man?and gracing her first-ever cover of Vogue.
With photos shot by Mario Testino, Stone cultivates a persona all her own, an innate, antic glamour that?s inspired as much by Diane Keaton?s Annie Hall style as Lanvin and Giambattista Valli. And in July?s profile, Nathan Heller encounters the actress at the cusp of a pivotal transformation in her young career, after earning her reputation as Hollywood?s go-to girl for strong, spunky characters bridging unreconciled worlds, going brunette for Superbad and making her move from comedy to The Help.
?Working with Emma was like diving into a thrilling, twisting river and never holding on to the sides,? says her Spider-Man costar Andrew Garfield. ?From the start. To the end. Spontaneous. In the moment. Present. Terrifying. Vital. The only way acting with someone should be.?
In our cover story, Stone recounts what it?s like to see her childhood dreams come true (appearing at the Oscars in February, hosting Saturday Night Live); confesses to a history of panic attacks and how she learned, growing up in Arizona, to channel that anxiety into laughter (?Comedy was my sport?); and reveals how she launched into acting at the age of fourteen (to convince her parents to let her move to L.A. to pursue her dream, she made a PowerPoint presentation). That may have been her first major performance?now, as Spider-Man leaps into theaters, we?ll see her hanging from the precipice, perfectly poised for her next big moment.
[From Vogue]
How do you read Emma?s relationship with Andrew Garfield? I know most of you aren?t paying attention to them, but I love them, and I think they?re really, really into each other. My read is that he?s more into her than vice versa. Emma likes him a lot, I think. But I just get the feeling that Andrew kind of worships her. And that?s really cool, because in so many of these Young Hollywood relationships, it feels like the girls are getting the short end of the stick with game-playing d-bags.
As for Spiderman? is anyone else worried? No, here?s a better question: is anyone actually excited to see this film? I think the flaw is going to be that the studio tried to reboot the franchise too soon after the success of the Tobey Maguire-led franchise. People have Spidey-exhaustion, especially considering the simply fact that Spiderman isn?t really the most interesting superhero.

Just hours after attending a press conference, Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield showed off their more polished side during the "Amazing Spider-Man" premiere at Lotte Cinema in Seoul, South Korea on Thursday (June 14).
After trading his teal pants for a dark suit, the "Social Network" stud signed autographs before posing for pictures with his co-star girlfriend - who dazzled in a colorful Fendi dress that she paired with Stella McCartney heels and Cartier jewelry.
Earlier in the day, Andrew showed off his flexible "Spider-Man" side by kicking his right leg high in the air at a press conference he attended with Emma, a few producers and the director of the superhero film.
Columbia Pictures is also helping to amp up promotions for "The Amazing Spider-Man" by airing a new action-packed TV spot for the flick, which you can watch below!

I think Anna Wintour is doing a better job of putting the Vulcan death grip on people who leak the covers of Vogue, because usually we don?t get this far into the month without seeing the following month?s Vogue cover. But here you go – Emma Stone!! Her first Vogue cover! Isn?t it exciting? Isn?t she incredibly deserving of a Vogue cover? Just think – Blake Lively has already had two covers. Jennifer Lawrence has had ZERO. So? it?s always nice to see Vogue celebrating some fresh, young talent.
You know I adore Emma – I think she?s classy and beautiful and really one of the great hopes for the future of Hollywood. But I liked her better as a redhead. This blonde is too? something. Go back to the ginge, girl! But other than her hair, I really like this cover. I?m glad that they went with such a beautiful shot for the cover. I can’t wait to see the photo shoot.
Incidentally, I heard this the other day – guess who Anna Wintour selected for The September Issue? LADY GAGA. Ugh. Why is Wintour so obsessed with Gaga? This will only be Gaga?s second American Vogue cover, but it feels like she?s already done it a half-dozen times. You know why? Because Gaga over-saturates the fashion-magazine market. Let her sit out a year, you know?
Anyway, back to Emma. Here are some cute photos of Emma and her boyfriend Andrew Garfield arriving in Tokyo a few days ago, and at LAX last week.

Doing some traveling to promote their upcoming film, Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield were spotted at Los Angeles International Airport in California on Wednesday (June 6).
The co-star couple kept close as they made their way past the awaiting shutterbugs while they both kept their heads down wearing dark sunglasses.
Less than a month before its release, the Hollywood pair were out making their rounds to talk about the new Marc Webb directed flick ?The Amazing Spider-Man.?
The newest installment of the super hero movies stars both Emma and Andrew as it follows the "Social Network" star's character, Peter Parker, after he finds a clue that might help him understand why his parents disappeared when he was young. His path then puts him on a collision course with Dr. Curt Connors his father's former partner.
For all those eager spidey fans out there you can catch the new film when it hits theaters on July 3.

She?s been a busy lady as of late, and last night (June 5) Emma Stone was spotted at ?The Tonight Show with Jay Leno? in Burbank, California.
The ?Help? hottie had everyone?s undivided attention thanks to her red hot Monique Lhuillier Fall 2012 RTW leather dress with matching heels and gorgeous blonde locks.
During her interview, Emma chatted about her upcoming flick ?The Amazing Spider-Man,? noting that she?s always been an admirer of the franchise.
Stone shared, ?I had seen the Sam Raimi trilogy, I'm a big fan of superhero movies, and I went to the midnight showing for some of them.?
And when Leno asked if the ?new guy? (Andrew Garfield) was any good in the film, Emma replied, ?Noooooo. Is that bad? No.? Jay responded, ?Oh wow, geez, it?s not even out yet.? Stone laughed, ?I do not do my job very well.?

| Emma Stone in b&w Martin Grant at the MTV Movie Awards: unflattering or lovely? | Added 12 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

At last night’s MTV Movie Awards, Emma Stone won the inaugural Trailblazer Award, which I think is the equivalent of a “Face of the Future” declaration but in edgier MTV terms. She gave a tearful acceptance speech (which MTV hasn’t put online yet) after a glaringly unfunny tribute video featuring Jim Carrey, Anna Faris, and Mila Kunis failed to explain exactly how awesome Emma really is. Because you know, she is pretty damn awesome.
Emma’s dress was a bit fancy for MTV standards, but she pulled it off well. She wore a black-and-white Martin Grant dress (with matching Brian Atwood pumps) that paired an architectural (for lack of a better word) top and a surprisingly cute white bubble skirt. Who else could have pulled off that skirt without looking like she had a huge butt? Even as a blonde, Emma is the picture of poise and offbeat classic beauty. I love the slightly messy updo, which shows off her gorgeous face and the lone bit of color on her lips really pops.
Elizabeth Banks won the Golden Popcorn award for Best Transformation as Effie Trinket in The Hunger Games, and she clearly had a great time during her acceptance speech onstage with the Magic Mike guys — Channing Tatum, Matthew McConaughey, and Joe “Big D*ck Richie” Manganiello. In an amusing move, Joe even picked up Elizabeth and carried her offstage.

Having the honor of being the very first to receive the newly created tribute, Emma Stone was presented with the Trailblazer Award at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles last night (June 3).
The captivating young actress was first presented with a comedic clip of her fellow Hollywood stars commenting on her special MTV accolade - which was added to the lineup as a way to honor a bright Hollywood newbie.
Moving on to her acceptance speech, Emma was overwhelmed with emotion as she shed a few joyous tears while saying, "Thank you, I'm a crier."
Miss Stone continued to tell, "So, I looked up the actual definition of trailblazer, and it means someone who blazes a trail to be followed by others. And that's an honor to hear you're being associated with a concept like that. But the only thing I can hope that an award inspires is originalitybecause the trailblazers I've looked up to and been inspired by are people like Gilda Radner and Bill Murray and John Candy and Charlie Chaplin and the Beatles and J.D. Salinger. Lorne Michaels, who reminds m e the importance of comedy, and Cameron Crowe, whose work consistently reminds me of why I want to be an actor."
Then offering encouraging and inspirational words to everyone listening, the "Amazing Spider-Man" star, finished up by proclaiming, "Those people are my creative trailblazers, but I'm not following any of their paths, and what's incredible about them is they help make me want to be more myself because they're all originals. And I hope that you'll find your trailblazers. And, trust me, I do not need to be one of them. I probably shouldn't be one of them [laughs]. But that you'll continue to harness your own originality and what makes you unique 'cause I know that when you're a teenager ? sometimes when you're an adult ? what sets you apart can sometimes feel like a burden and it's not. And a lot of the time, it's what makes you great. So I kind of sound like I live in a van down by the river right now. But I am deeply touched and grateful for this."

One of the bright young talents in Tinseltown, Emma Stone hit up the 2012 MTV Movie Awards in Universal City, California on Sunday evening (June 3).
Decked out in a Martin Grant top/skirt combo with Tiffany & Co. jewels, the "Amazing Spider-Man" actress charmed her way around the Gibson Amphitheatre venue as a golden popcorn hopeful - as she's competing for Best Female Performance and Best Kiss for "Crazy, Stupid, Love." and Best Cast for "The Help".
To top things off, Emma is set to be presented with the first annual Trailblazer Award honoring a bright Hollywood newbie.
Sure to be quite the action-packed night, this year's MTV Movie Awards are being hosted by British funnyman Russell Brand while Johnny Depp will be honored with the MTV Generation Award for over four decades worth of movie magic.
