Unfortunately, Kourtney Kardashian has once again been hurt and embarrassed by her former partner of nine years, Scott Disick. To recap, Kourtney and Scott, who have three children, split last July. Since then, Scott has completed a full stint in rehab and the family has been sporadically papped enjoying time together. Scott even bought a house close to Kourtney and the kids so he can be involved in their lives. Things seemed to not only be going well, but possibly towards a reconciliation. Not so much any more. Scott chose to vacation recently with the King Dirtbag himself, Joe Francis of Girls Gone Wild, at his Punta Mita home. According to a source, the boys furnished the house with a bunch of models and booze. Naturally, Kourt didn?t take too kindly to any of this:
It?s not hard to read between the lines. Kourtney Kardashian took to Twitter on Friday, March 4, to share a quote about heartache the same night that her ex, Scott Disick, defended his partying ways during an appearance in Las Vegas.
?A smile hides my pain, a hug masks my heartache, and a laugh covers my tears,? the mom of three wrote. Later, when a fan replied to her wise words by noting that pain leads to strength, Kardashian, 36, agreed.
?God knows it?s true,? the reality star replied. ?I would never change a thing. Positive vibes always.?
Kardashian?s shared her somber thoughts after photos surfaced showing Disick, 32, partying with pal Joe Francis and several women in Mexico.

Scott defended his Mexico pleasure trip by telling a PEOPLE reporter that, ?The truth is I never lied and said that I was never going to have a beer again. I never said I was never going to have a cigarette again. I never lied and said I was never going to go to the beach again. I never lied and said I was not going to be around my friends and their girlfriends and girls and friends.? Scott goes on to explain that he mainly sought treatment for an addiction to sleeping medication and that booze was never his problem. Sources (close to Scott) say that although he did drink in both Mexico and Las Vegas, he wasn?t out of control.
In the meantime, Kourtney gets the kids most of the time and has to find ways to explain to them why the press says things like, “Scott has been saying how things are much easier now that he’s not with Kourtney. She complained way too much and had so many rules. She was never happy and he’s realizing that now. He’s saying how much he is loving life right now!” However, she also gets to throw out the occasional tweet bomb that translates to, ‘Yeah, I know he?s a d-ck.’ I imagine the papped family friendly outing will happen in 3?2?1?

Kourtney Kardashian posted an essay on her app about being anxious and combatting the effects with workouts. Many outlets are saying are mentioning “anxiety” in their titles but I don?t know if (and Kourtney does not say) she has been diagnosed with the disorder or if she is talking about the kind of anxiety many of us feel in times of stress. In the post, she speaks to how bad her anxiety got after her split with Scott Disick. Like most of us, this kind of stress has a physical affect on her:
?Everyone deals with hard times in their lives differently. I?m generally not a nervous person but I get anxious. I also get nauseated; I feel like I can?t eat when it is really bad, but I force myself to stay healthy,? the mom of three penned in a blog post on her app this week. ?? When my anxiety is extreme, it feels like my body is constantly burning calories all day long.?
?One thing I?ve found that really helps is working out. Of course, when I?m having an anxious day, my workout is so much harder. But that?s when it feels good to power through it! I try to exercise 5 days a week,? Kourtney continued. ?My anxiety is always worse in the mornings so that?s when I schedule my workouts. I usually start with a quick run or jumping rope to warm up.?
“When I was pregnant with Reign [Disick], I knew that I was going to go hard at working out afterwards. I couldn’t wait to feel strong and in shape again,” the 36-year-old wrote. “I didn’t know that I would be going through a breakup and just an overall crazy year.?

Last year was pretty rough for Kourtney; I can?t fault her here. I run for both mental and physical benefits. I was out this morning in the (FINALLY!) rain, leaping over insta-puddles like a crazy person just to clear my mind. I differ from her on working out when anxious, though. When I am really bedeviled, I pump up the Rocky theme and tear up the asphalt. The reality of that scenario may differ but in my head, I am on fire. I imagine the pressure for her to lose weight post baby number 3 was tremendous. Adding the collapse of her 9-year relationship with said baby?s father to the mix and I think I would have short-circuited. So I am happy that working out provided a release for her.
And it looks like she gets to work this out alone. According to Page Six, no member of her loving and supportive family cares if she and Scott get back together, they don?t even think about it. This might explain the Justin Bieber thing.
Here is the Instagram she posted in support of her essay. This is how I sit post-workout too. Only my legs don?t bend that way so they are more out in front of me. And I don?t have a walk-in closet so I have to sit in the hallway. And I am generally tired so I am not so much sitting as lying down. Okay, I fall asleep in the hallway and The Progeny occasionally trip over me on their way to find snacks.

Yesterday, Scott Disick was papped for the first time since officially splitting from Kourtney Kardashian. He looks like he hasn’t been sleeping much at all. We heard how Kourtney finally had enough, and she set the stage for a custody battle by saying a breakup was best for the kids. She and Scott are parents to three children, one of whom is still a baby. Scott probably hasn’t seen his kids for a month, so Kourtney is showing no hesitation to aim for sole custody. She’s hired family friend Laura Wasser:
Kourtney Kardashian has met with top Hollywood divorce attorney, “disso queen” Laura Wasser, following her high-profile split from Scott Disick — and it’s because she’s seeking sole custody of their kids, a source confirms exclusively to Us Weekly.
While Kardashian and Disick were not married, the couple of nine years shares three young children, Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 7 months. A source tells Us in the new issue that Kourtney, 36, is determined to protect her kids from Disick’s downward spiral, fueled by booze, drugs, and other vices.
Insiders previously revealed to Us that Kardashian first started exploring her legal options — including a consultation with the “Disso Queen” — during the weekend of July 4, days before Us confirmed that she and Disick were done.
On Monday, July 20, Kardashian paid yet another visit to the top Hollywood attorney’s office building in L.A.’s Century City nabe. “She met with Laura Wasser again,” a Kardashian pal tells Us. “And is going to seek sole custody of the kids.”
She and Disick currently do not have a formal custody arrangement, but sources tell Us a battle over the kids would be surprising. “Scott’s friends don’t think he’ll challenge Kourtney,” one insider tells Us, while another adds that the self-proclaimed Lord “doesn’t act like a dad at all when he’s partying.”
Kourtney wouldn’t be the first Kardashian to become well acquainted with Wasser, who’s worked on high-profile cases including those of Kim and Khloe Kardashian.
“She knows being with [Laura] is what’s in their best interest,” the Kardashian pal tells Us of the kids. “There’s no turning back now and she is going full steam ahead with figuring out an agreement.”

Kourtney should get what she wants. Scott has substance abuse issues that remain unchecked. He recently partied so hard in Boca that he passed out in a room full of strangers, and someone swiped his wallet. He needs to get help and get clean, and then he can think about fighting for joint custody. Arrangements can always change in the future, but right now, very few judges would allow Scott too many rights in a custody battle.

Over the weekend, we talked about how Kourtney Kardashian was sure Scott Disick was cheating on her with an ex-girlfriend. The signs were clear, and it was hard to interpret recent paparazzi photos of Scott any other way. Kourtney stayed at home with their three children while Scott partied all week. His bender went straight through the Fourth of July weekend in Monte Carlo. Scott was boozing it up, which he’s been doing all along. Scott briefly visited a Costa Rica rehab in March, but it must be difficult to stay sober when his job involves attending club openings every week.
Alcohol or not, there’s no excuse for Scott cheating on his partner. Kourtney has reportedly had enough and kicked Scott to the kurb:

The former couple, who have three children together, broke up over the July 4th holiday weekend, sources confirm exclusively to E! News.
“Kourtney has always taken Scott back and been by his side, but now with three kids it has gotten old,” says a source. “Kourtney has to do what’s best for the kids.”
“Scott has been running around saying he’s single,” adds a source. “Kourtney dumped him after she saw the pics [in Monte Carlo] and he hasn’t been home after a month-long party binge.”
Another source confirms to E! News that Scott, 32, has been spending an increasing amount of time with friends who “are not a good influence” on him and “not looking out for his best interests.”
Kourtney “is putting on a brave face,” says a source, “but she is over it. She’s fed up. It’s humiliating and disrespectful. How much more is she supposed to take?”
The most worrying aspect, perhaps, is that “Scott does not seem to care about what he’s doing,” says a source. “He’s clearly unraveling. He was a mess in NYC last month with the drinking and partying and he’s been in a downward spiral ever since. He’s been in trouble before, but this is on another level.”

E!’s report goes on for several more paragraphs and details the relationship. They’ve been together since 2006 and briefly split in 2010 before reuniting. Kourtney’s always believed Scott needed help with his alcohol abuse, and he’s been “partying hard” without her. She hopes he’ll get therapy and get better, but Kourtney’s done. This must be especially sad news for their three children.
People followed up the split news with three signs of what went wrong, including how Kourtney and Scott didn’t sleep in the same bed for five years. He also bought his own home (to flip) last December. Scott will probably be needing that house soon.

Scott Disick may not be a Kardashian by name, but it’s difficult not to judge his actions through the filter of a reality show. Are his actions real? Who knows. Scott has readily embraced the villain role on KUTWK, but I think he legitmiately has an issue with alcohol. Scott also lost both of his parents (within a few months) last year), so his loss may be fueling his habitual boozing.
Not that Scott has an excuse for cheating on the mother of his three children. Scott spent the past week in Monte Carlo and the South of France. He was papped rubbing the back of Chloe Bartoli, who is a former fling. Kourtney is at home, taking care of their three children, while Scott parties his weekend away. She’s pretty sure Scott is cheating:
Kourtney Kardashian is telling friends she has no doubt … Scott Disick is hooking up with the chick he was all handsy with in Monte Carlo, but she’s also deeply worried he’s lapsed and fallen back into substance abuse.
Our sources say Kourtney believes the woman, celebrity stylist Chloe Bartoli, is an opportunist and taking advantage of Scott, whom Kourtney believes is getting wasted again. We’re told she knows Chloe and, as we reported, Scott knows her as well … they even dated.
Our sources say Kourtney’s sisters have the same view as her and on Friday they all went from simmer to boil, targeting their anger at both Scott and Chloe.
Kourtney hasn’t made any decisions about the fate of her relationship with Scott, but we’re told it’s already in a “fragile state.”

The wording of this story is strange. Kourtney seems to look past Scott’s playboy actions. She’s more worried about him falling off the wagon. TMZ’s placing an obvious spin on the story, although it’s not clear whether they’re receiving encouragement to do so. Scott has done rehab already. He did so a few months ago in Costa Rica after a major bender, and he only lasted a week. Then he went back to hosting nightclubs.
People follows up on this story. Scott reportedly regrets looking like a fool with Chloe. Sources say he’s fallen off the wagon because he was spotted “holding a beer.” Scott also “knows he’s screwing up, and he knows what he needs to do.” So we may see another rehab visit soon, or perhaps he’ll simply apologize to Kourtney. These two have an odd relationship. Scott legitimately has an alcohol addiction, but his coupley vibe with Kourtney has always seemed “off” in front of the cameras.

Following in her sister Kim?s footsteps, Kourtney Kardashian showed off her naked ambition for a new photo shoot for DuJour magazine.
In the spread, the pregnant ?Keeping Up with the Kardashians? starlet wears a series of outfits including a soaked see-through white dress, a feathered bib and a satin white robe.
Of her decision to pose naked, Kourtney explained, "I had done a nude shoot when I was pregnant with Mason, really last minute just for myself, and I love it. This time, we were shooting for our show, and everyone on our camera crew was like, 'You are so comfortable just walking around naked and pregnant!'"
However, Ms. Kardashian isn?t convinced she?d ever bare all if she wasn?t preggers. "I would never say never, but I don't think so, no. What appeals to me is celebrating the shape of my body being pregnant and capturing that time in my life...It's a wonderful thing to be able to show my children these photographs one day and say, 'This was you inside.'"
"To me, nudity is not something to be ashamed of. I'm not embarrassed of my body. I'm at my best when I'm pregnant. It's such an amazing feeling, the transformation that your body goes through. There's something about that that's so empowering and beautiful, and I just really embrace it."

I ended up watching about 20 minutes of an episode of Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons last weekend (don?t ask!). I was reminded of something? Kourtney is the least interesting Kardashian, especially since she became a mom. I just think motherhood is her identity at this point, and to give her some credit, she seems like a very involved and loving mother. But that?s it ? She only cares about her children, often to the exclusion of everything else. After watching part of that episode? it does seem like she?s an a?hole about everything else, especially Scott. I feel like she only keeps him around so she can keep on having babies. Anyway, she?s about to give birth to her third, so she got the December cover of Fit Pregnancy. It?s actually an interesting interview but that?s just because she?s talking about all of the hot-button mommy/birthing issues. Some highlights:
She wants to take care of her babies from the start: ?I love doing everything myself at the beginning. I?m not getting a baby nurse. I take two months off and no one is allowed to bother me or talk to me about anything work-

I often go back and forth on whether I like Scott Disick. He’s an insensitive megadouche, for sure. A lot of that is his given role in the Kardashian Klan. This is a topic we’ve discussed on many occasions. I’m convinced that Scott has found a way to survive in the Klan. Unlike the other dudes, he will not be beaten down or chased off. Some would say Scott deserves his spot as villain. I think he rather enjoys it.
Scott hasn’t had an easy time of things lately. Both of his parents passed away this year, and he drank himself into the hospital for alcohol poisoning. Amidst all of this life upheaval, Scott and Kourtney learned that they are expecting their third child. The moment that Kourtney told Scott about this baby was not a private one. She told him in front of the KUWTK cameras. It did not go over well. E! has a clip of this argument/discussion:
Kourtney: “Can you shut the door for a second? I just wanted to tell you … [pauses for effect] … that I am pregnant”
Scott: “Okay, I thought you just … [sighs] … you just keep suckering me into these kids.
Kourtney: “I wasn’t, like, planning this.
Scott: “I can’t handle all this responsibility.”
Kourtney: “Responsibility? For what?
Scott: “I just can’t take care of more kids.”
Kourtney: “We have two children.”
Scott: “You’ve known this for how long?”
Kourtney: “Ummmmmm …”
Scott: “Well, when’s the last time you had your period?”
Kourtney: “March?”
Scott: “So you were pregnant when I took you away on your birthday?”
Kourtney: “I mean, I knew …”
Scott: “This is ridiculous. It’s always so sneaky with you.”
Kourtney: “Oh. My. Gosh!”
Scott: “You need to stop lying to me, and tell me honestly what’s happening.”
Kourtney: “I didn’t know.”
Scott: “What do you mean? You didn’t drink. Obviously, you knew.”
Kourtney: “My plan was to wait until …”
Scott: “Until the kid popped out of you?”
Kourtney: “Right. So you don’t have to be anxious the whole time.”
Scott: Oh my goodness. This isn’t good. I just kinda thought at two we weren’t going to have more kids. This is ridiculous.”
Kourtney: “This was not a plan.”
Scott: “You just keep suckering me into …”
Kourtney: “What? It takes two to tango. Like, what did you think was gonna happen?”

Yep, I transcribed that whole conversation. Mostly out of morbid curiousity and to analyze the language of a couple who argues about a pregnancy in front of cameras. Who does that? Kardashians. It does sound like Scott was genuinely taken aback by the announcement. Yes, he and Kourtney were obviously hitting it in order to make a baby. That much is true. I don’t know who to believe in this conversation. Is Scott really a douche who thinks Kourtney “suckered” him into having another kid? Or is Kourtney just as bad as Scott is? They’ve both admitted in the past that they rarely have sex. This family, I swear.

They both enjoy the finer things in life, and rather than cook for themselves, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian decided to hit up 75 Main in the Hamptons for lunch on Monday (June 30).
Sporting a black top with a matching monochromatic skirt and strappy heels, the ?Disaster Movie? actress chatted away with her older sister, who wore a white blouse with cream shorts and a nude Givenchy tote.
On last night?s episode of ?Keeping Up with the Kardashians,? we got to see the awkward ?blackface? incident that occurred back in February at the Vienna Opera Ball.
Kim explained, "There [are] about 5,000 people here. There is a beautiful ballet going on, opera singers, dances. It is super glamorous...and super claustrophobic."
But once prankster Chris Stephan showed up in a white tux, top hat and full blackface, things went downhill. Stephan declared, ?Kim, it?s me! It?s me, Kanye!? Disgusted, she noted, "I can't believe there's this guy in full blackface. I just am so confused. I don't get why him or anyone else would find this funny. This is supposed to be some really nice, upscale event. Like, how did this guy get in? Is this just like a sick joke?"
