Showing off her natural beauty, Kourtney Kardashian was fresh-faced as she flew into LAX International Airport on Wednesday evening (October 30).
The ?Kourtney and Kim Take Miami? starlet donned a black ball cap with a white top, black track pants and Nike sneakers as she carried her black Hermes Birkin bag through the terminal.
Kourtney has been a busy lady as of late, as she helped her newly-engaged sister Kim Kardashian celebrate her 33rd birthday at Tao Nightclub in Las Vegas last Friday.
Additionally, the mother-of-two attended soon-to-be-brother-in-law Kanye West?s shows at the Staples Center in Los Angeles earlier this week.

Breaking up the week with a fun play date, Kourtney Kardashian and Penelope visited a friend in Beverly Hills on Wednesday (October 23).
The eldest Kardashian sister went denim-on-denim in a button-down top and ripped jeans as she carried her adorable little girl on her hip while heading outside.
In a recent interview with Hello! magazine, the 34-year-old reality star spoke about designing a clothing line with her sisters Khloe and Kim.
Explaining their process, Kourt shares, " We are constantly emailing each other with ideas?three minds are better than one sometimes. Working together as sisters is the most rewarding part of having a line together. There are times when we disagree, but we all respect each other's opinions and ideas. No one has the final say. We have equal input on every piece and will always brainstorm until we've come up with something that we all love in the end. We do have a two against one rule. If two sisters feel very strongly about a design or trend we want to try, we go for it."

Keeping her little girl involved in her social life, Kourtney Kardashian took Penelope to a playdate at a girlfriend's house in Beverly Hills on Wednesday (October 16).
The eldest Kardashian sister wore a cream blouse, ripped denim cutoffs, and heels as she held her adorable little girl on her hip on the way outside.
Just the day before, the 34-year-old reality star got into the Halloween spirit by posting a throwback photo on Instagram.
In the snapshot, little Kourtney wears a ballerina costume while mom Kris Jenner wears a Geisha outfit with the comment, "Vintage Halloween! My best friend since I was two, little baby Koko and our mommies."

Stepping out for a romantic evening together, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick hit up Sugarfish in Calabasas Commons on Monday night (August 20).
After leaving their children home with the sitter, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" stars held hands and smiled as they made their way past the awaiting shutterbugs.
Just this past week, Kourtney's younger sister Kim Kardashian spent time in Oklahoma with her boyfriend, Kanye West, for his grandfather's funeral.
According to RadarOnline.com, guests commented that their daughter North looked "exactly" like Kourtney's son, Mason.
"Kim held North close to her but gave guests a glance at the baby, who was dressed in white with cute Pink shoes on," a source explained. "She's got a head full of hair and a beautiful olive skin tone."
"She looks like Mason did when he was a baby. They even have the same eyebrows!" they added.

In a surprising story, two men are willing to admit they fathered a Kardashian, a shame one usually takes to the grave.
Male model Michael Girgenti has been claiming he’s the real father of Kourtney Kardashian’s first cash cow. He claims he and Kourtney had unprotected sex in 2009 at his apartment. As if we people needed clarification as to how babies are made, he said in court docs he “ejaculated into her vagina.”
On Thursday, the paternity results came out confirming that Scott Disick is indeed the father of Mason and that he is the one to blame.
Says Kourtney in a statement to E!, “After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason’s father. While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies?especially when the truth was never in doubt?this story must be put to rest.”
However, Girgenti is still not satisfied and is adamant on having his day in court in which he’ll dress faaaabulous and score a lucrative reality show deal. At least that’s how it’s playing out in his head. In reality, there will be all of two cameras there. Neither of which will be pointed at him.

Kourtney Kardashian has deigned to respond to a male model who has claimed for years that may be the father of her oldest child, three year-old Mason Disick. Michael Girgenti, aka Premo Stallone, claims to have had unprotected sex with Kourtney around the time of Mason’s conception. Girgenti believes that the child bears a resemblance to him and is seeking paternal rights. Last week, he filed a paternity suit against Kourtney in order to compel her to submit Mason to a DNA test. Well Kourtney has one-upped the guy, she showed the press a DNA test which proves that Scott Disick is the boy’s father. Only Girgenti isn’t giving up, and plans to pursue his lawsuit. His spokesperson tells Radar Online that it’s possible the test was faked somehow.

According to lab test results, obtained exclusively by E! News, the results prove that Scott Disick is the father!

Scott Disick was just proved to be the father of Kourtney Kardashian?s son, but the man who claims Mason Disick could be his child doesn?t buy the results, exclusively telling RadarOnline.com he believes the paternity test ?could have been fixed.?
?We don?t trust the results and believe it could have been fixed,? a spokesperson for male model Michael Girgenti told Radar.

On Thursday lab results were released showing that Scott is indeed Mason?s father ? but Michael plans to follow through with the paternity lawsuit he filed earlier this month in which he claims he had ?unprotected vaginal sex? with the reality TV star in March 2009 at his Glendale, Calif. apartment ? at the climax of which he ?ejaculated inside [her] vagina? ? the court docs state. – From Radar Online

It sounds ridiculous that Kourtney would fake a DNA test, but I understand why this guy is insisting that the test be supervised. In my opinion it’s very unlikely the test was faked at all. I doubt that a lab would doctor up results, but what if the sample wasn’t Mason’s? DNA tests can tell gender, although I spoke with a scientist familiar with DNA testing and he said that paternity tests do not typically test for gender. My source writes “You should only be able to tell the sex of the DNA donor when looking at genes on the Y chromosome. Girls would not have them. I have not found any of the genes they looked at according to the pdf to be located on the Y chromosome. Hence, a determination of the donor’s sex is most likely not possible with that screen.” So theoretically, Kourtney could have substituted Penelope’s cheek swab for Mason’s, although I doubt that happened.
I also don’t think this whole story is some elaborate PR stunt as some of you have suggested. This guy is a problem for the Kardashians and they’re hoping he’ll disappear soon. For Mason’s sake, I do hope that the test is accurate and that Scott is his biological father. That would be the best outcome for everyone involved.

Instead of her partner Scott Disick, Michael Girgenti claims the two conceived the child after meeting during a photo shoot in August 2008.
