Getting in some quality sister bonding time, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian were spotted out and about in Los Angeles yesterday (October 15).
The “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami” stars filmed a segment of their reality TV show at the Newsroom Caf on Robertson Boulevard as the paparazzi looked on.
As for Khloe’s prenuptial agreement with Lamar Odom, it sounds like she’s making some high demands before she signs her name to the dotted line.
According to a report, Ms. Kardashian is demanding that she be given a lump sum in the neighborhood of $500,000 for each year they’re married, in the case of a divorce. She also wants Odom to provide her a luxury home and car if they split.

Stepping out to tend to business matters, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian were spotted trying to keep dry in the rain as they ventured out in Los Angeles on Wednesday (October 14).
The E! reality star sisters were visiting their Dash boutique, where they checked out the shop’s offerings and chatted with store employees.
Meanwhile, it was recently announced that Kourtney and Khloe will be joining sister Kim in releasing a clothing collection through the brand Bebe.
Kim told fans through her blog, “Kourtney, Khloe and I are designing for Bebe! This is honestly a dream come true! We have always loved fashion and have wanted to design for such a long time and now we finally are. I love Bebe and wear their clothes all the time so I can’t wait for our collections to come out in the spring! You guys are going to love what we’ve come up with!”

At long last, Kourtney Kardashian has revealed the sex of her unborn baby. It?s a boy! Well? congratulations! I was sort of hoping for a girl, just to see what Kourtney would name a girl (Krazy Kardashian-Disick? Krispee Kardashian-Disick? Or Kiss Kardashian-Disick?). Anyhoodle, after paying some lip service to ?not announcing the sex?, Kourtney gave in to her inner famewhore and decided to share the joyous news to E! News, after Kourtney?s family had already gone on the ?Kourtney?s not telling? tour:
Kourtney Kardashian: You’ve got male.
The mom-to-be confirms that she’s expecting a baby boy with Scott Disick.
“A boy is definitely needed in this family!” Kourt exclusively tells E! News. “Scott and I are thrilled to add a little boy to the bunch. Bruce and Rob told me it would be a boy the whole time!”
At the Famous Cupcakes party on Wednesday, grandma-to-be Kris Jenner pretty much spilled the beans despite Kourt’s claim that she didn’t know the sex…
When a reporter asked if the baby was kicking, Kris replied, “A lot…he was today!” before correcting herself with: “She was today. It was today.”
“We say he and she but no one knows,” Kourt quickly added.
Well, we do now! Congrats to the couple for evening out the female-dominated Kardashian clan.

Kris pisses me off so much. I mean, I get that she manages her daughters and that?s why she?s so involved in their lives and why she?s always talking about them and stuff, but she still pisses me off. There?s a difference between being a mother who has a great relationship with your adult daughters, and being envious of your daughters to the point where you act more immature then them.
Anyway, 13-year-old Kendell Kardashian (who is talking to the press now too) told Fox News that Kourtney liked ?For a boy, [the name] Mason. She had such exotic names for girls.? Mason Kardashian-Disick? not so bad. It?s a mouth-full, but maybe they won?t hyphenate the last name. Mason Disick. Eh. I associate ?Mason? as a very Southern name, and now I?m not so sure. But hey, at least it?s not a ?K? name.

Currently readying for the arrival of their first child, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick went for a late lunch at the Marmalade Cafe in Calabasas on Thursday afternoon (October 8).
The cute twosome were also filming scenes for their E! reality show, with Kourtney looking a bit upset as she and Scott made their way to the car.
The day’s outing follows a family appearance at the opening of Famous Cupcakes the previous night, during which time Kourtney revealed that she intends to find out the sex of her baby sooner than later.
“I think I want to know soon just for planning purposes,” the 30-year-old told Us magazine. “I ordered a few things, some neutral stuff, but I want to order other stuff. I’m in nursery planning mode.”
Sister Khloe also chatted with press during the course of the evening, saying, “She [Kourtney] doesn’t know the sex, so it’s difficult because we see things we want to buy. We can only buy neutrals. When we know if it’s a boy or a girl, I can buy more cute things.”

With cameras following her every move, Kourtney Kardashian paid a visit to Bel Bambini boutique to shop for new baby furniture in Beverly Hills on Wednesday (October 7).
Looking in fine form, the E! reality beauty was joined by her mother, Kris Jenner, with the twosome checking out the offerings at the popular shopping spot as they prepare for the baby’s arrival.
Not ready to make any final decisions, Kourtney ended up taking home a pamphlet with different offerings and options for the furniture she was interested in during her visit.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Kardashian is due this December, with recent reports telling that she’s pushing for a wedding with babydaddy Scott Disick before their bundle of joy arrives.

Closing in on her due date, Kourtney Kardashian isn’t afraid to tell what she craves while being pregnant.
The mommy-to-be tweeted: “My most intense craving was a waffle with butter and syrup. weirdest maybe a relish and mayo sandwich, but only once thank god!”
The 30-year-old also said the same day that she wanted sweets from Hollywood shop Famous Cupcakes.
“Honestly it’s worth the LBs. Those famous cupcakes are sooooo addicting. I need rehab! LOL Immm obsessed!” she Tweeted to sisters Khloe, 25, and Kim, 28.
And, although she craves sweets most of the time, she isn’t going to let her body go that easily.
Kourtney said she gained 13 pounds in September, but was spotted hitting the gym with the baby’s father Scott Discick and taking hour long yoga classes.

Venturing out for a midday retail romp, Kourtney Kardashian headed out to the popular Robertson Blvd in Los Angeles on Thursday (October 1).
Dressed in a patterned black and white top with black jeans, the expecting reality star was accompanied by a pal as they visited Paige denim - staying for just a few minutes while picking up a couple of bags of clothes.
Meanwhile, Miss Kardashian recently recalled the task of telling her loved ones that she just so happened to be pregnant.
“It was so hard for me to tell Kim and my mom. Khloe and I called Kim on speaker phone, and I made Khloe tell her. I think Kim thought we were lying! Kim was excited, but I feel like her first reaction was like, ‘Why? What are you doing?’” Kourtney told. “It was really just shock. Especially since we are so extremely close, anything that happens in our family is earth-shattering to us. But she was excited. She just wanted to make sure that I had thought this through.”

They’re well-known for the penchant for purchasing and yesterday (September 24) Kim and Kourtney Kardashian were spotted shopping in Beverly Hills.
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” ladies looked to be in good spirits as they hit up a local jewelry store for some new bling.
And of course both women looked fabulous as they strolled past the paparazzi, with Kim sporting a black and grey striped tank top with black leggings, while preggers Kourtney donned an all-black ensemble.
Perhaps the ladies were picking out jewelry for their sister Khloe’s wedding, after all she’s getting hitched this weekend.

Showing off her growing baby bump, Kourtney Kardashian was spotted making her rounds in Calabasas on Wednesday (September 23).
The E! reality cutie was first spotted out at Marmalade Cafe for breakfast with babydaddy Scott Disick, then dropping her man off at home before hitting the gym for an hour long yoga session.
Meanwhile, Kourtney spent the previous day out shopping with Scott and sister Khloe, proudly proclaiming, “I love being pregnant.”
Piping in, Scott then said, “I never in a million years thought she’d like to walk around with a belly and be happy. She’s actually been on her best behavior somehow, which is weird. I thought I was gonna be in for a lot more than I am...She has an attitude even not pregnant, so I was used to it. She’s actually been pretty wonderful the whole time, through it all.”
And while they’re anxiously awaiting their first child, it doesn’t sound as if Scott’s ready for more… yet.
He tells, “I don’t want her to get ahead of herself and think we’re gonna do this right away again.”

With her sister Khloe announcing a wedding date planned for this Sunday, Kourtney Kardashian wants to have a wedding, too.
The E! reality star has reportedly been pushing babydaddy Scott Disick to propose and wed before their child comes in December.
One source says, “Kourtney not only wants a wedding, she’s demanding it. Scott is hemming and hawing, trying to buy himself more time. He’s suggesting they wait until after the baby arrives to discuss wedding plans, but Kourtney wants to lock Scott down.”
Scott is 26, while Kourtney is 30-years-old. “She’s informed him that she’d be happiest with a no-frills wedding over Thanksgiving, and that her mom and sisters would handle all the planning.”
The insider adds that Kourtney really wants a solid family, saying that the brunette beauty is “insisting on a guarantee that she and Scott will bring this child into the world as a committed family unit.”
