Looking rather chic in a black trouser suit with a very low cut waistcoat and not much underneath it, Jen definitely turned a few heads on the red carpet.

Taking a break from being in front of the camera, Jennifer Aniston took a directing role for one of the short films in ?Five,? and she loved it.
The ?Friends? actress told press, ?It was like a dream come true, honestly, and such an important piece that we all were invested in.?
?It was like working with, not only our best friends, but they?re also incredible producers, and all of us coming together. We just can?t believe that we?re actually here. It?s amazing.?
When asked if she?ll be doing more directing, Jen replied, ?Sure hope so. That?s the plan. I?m not sure what or when or where, but yes.?
And as for her feelings on ex-husband Brad Pitt's Parade Magazine interview, Aniston quipped, ?Oh, lord, it?s not even worth discussing on a night like this.?

There isn?t much to say here, but there are lots and lots of new photos. Included in this post are photos of Jennifer Aniston entering and leaving the ABC Studios, on the set at Good Morning America, at the premiere of Five (that Lifetime movie about breast cancer), and leaving the premiere with Justin Theroux. She?s wearing all black in all of the photos, so it?s not like this is some major fashion post, although I do like her boots in the GMA photos, and I don?t really dislike her red carpet outfit - black vest and black slacks, with some kind of black lace something peeking out of the vest. Apparently, this is the same Dolce & Gabbana outfit that she wore when she was drunk at the People?s Choice Awards in January.
I feel like the black lace thing is her bra or a camisole, and I really don?t think we should be seeing so much of it, right? But the outfit does convince me that Aniston?s boobs really aren?t bigger, as I thought last week. She must be wearing padded bras lately, but not last night. She also isn?t looking so pregnant to me now.
Here?s a dumb story - both Aniston and Angelina Jolie are carrying very similar Tom Ford purses. Below I?ve included a photo of Angelina carrying the ?Carine? purse in London a few weeks ago, and Aniston seems to be using the purse from day to night yesterday, because it was with her throughout her GMA performance and then at the Five screening. Black leather (maybe lambskin?), gold chain - I think Angelina?s is bigger. Us Weekly has a better comparison here.

Reconvening after visiting "Good Morning America" earlier in the day, the stars responsible for the Lifetime movie "Five" gathered together for a New York City screening on Monday night (September 26).
Held at Skylight SOHO, Jennifer Aniston and Demi Moore smiled while posing arm-in-arm while fellow contributor Alicia Keys brought her musician husband Swizz Beatz along for the blue carpet affair.
Set to debut on October 10th, "Five" is an anthology of five separate-yet-interconnected tales of lives affected by cancer - with Aniston, Moore and Keys among the five celebrity directors.
Of the project, Jennifer previously told Glamour magazine, "We were intrigued by the challenge of creating short stories that would defy audiences' expectation of the subject."
She added, "We wanted to balance the drama with humor and irreverence because that's what's helped our friends who've faced this get through their treatment."

As I mentioned last week, on Thursday night, Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston (JustJen) went to a charity auction of artwork donated to benefit Haiti. As it turns out, it was actually a double-date for JustJen, as they seemed to spend the evening with Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor. Ben and Jennifer know each other from Along Came Polly - and Ben and Justin know each other from Tropic Thunder. Basically, everybody has been friends for years. So, this is what went down at the auction: Justin Theroux ?bought? Jennifer a piece of art that she wanted. Only he didn?t buy anything. He just made a huge bid on a (probably already over-valued) painting, and Jennifer had to pay. But here?s how that story gets twisted into ?Justin is such a gentleman, he bid on a painting for his lady!?
He bids, she buys! Jennifer Aniston was the winning buyer at Christie’s glitzy “Artists for Haiti” auction in NYC on Thursday — where beau Justin Theroux did the bidding on her behalf.
Actor-screenwriter Theroux, 40, helped his love, 42, snag American artist Glenn Ligon’s “Stranger #44,” an abstract 2011 work of oil, charcoal and graphite on canvas that seems to match his downtown hipster tastes.
At the auction, “Stranger #44? (pictured with artist Glenn Ligon and Thelma Golden, Director and Chief Curator of The Studio Museum in Harlem) was estimated at $150,000 to $200,000.
But Aniston helped shatter the record for sales of Ligon’s work, spending a whopping $450,000 on the 72? by 60? painting, an Artists for Haiti rep confirms to Us.
Reports Artinfo.com: “Aniston, who was in the room, clapped enthusiastically after [Theroux's] winning bid.”
Benefiting health and education initiatives for Haiti, The “Artists for Haiti” auction — artists donated their works for the cause — was co-organized by Ben Stiller, and raised $13,662,000.
After the auction, Stiller, 40, and his wife Christine Taylor hung out with Theroux and Aniston for a late dinner at Il Cantinori. “They seemed to be having a lot of fun with Ben and his wife, like old friends,” a witness said. “Ben paid for everyone,” the witness adds.
Stiller co-starred in Along Came Polly with Aniston and co-wrote Tropic Thunder with Theroux.

I guess we should assume that Jennifer really wanted this piece of art, and that she was simply too much of a poor little VICTIM to bid on it herself? Because I imagine the fun of bidding on a piece of art is really stressful and victim-making, and that?s why Justin had to ride in on his stead and raise his hand over and over for the painting, like a gentleman? I don?t even know. Maybe she bought it for him, and she just let her boy-toy pick out the piece that he wanted and she got it for him like an attentive sugar-mama? I?m not trying to say Justin isn?t successful - he is. He does very well for himself as a character actor and screenwriter. But I doubt he has $450K to blow on a piece of art, which is why Aniston was there to purchase it. I guess what I?m saying is? he must be great in bed.

Stepping out for charity for the second night in a row, Jennifer Aniston attended the Artists for Haiti dinner to benefit the Stiller Foundation in New York City on Friday (September 23).
The former "Friends" star looked adorable as she took to the Almond venue while mingling with fellow guests on hand including Susan Sarandon and Mike Jean.
The dinner outing comes a day after Miss Aniston and boyfriend Justin Theroux took to Christie's Auction House for the charitable organization - where reports tell that the couple were the winning bidders on a $450,000 painting.
Jen and Justin are said to have picked up American artist Glenn Ligon's "Stranger #44," which is described as "an abstract 2011 work of oil, charcoal and graphite on canvas."
A source from Artinfo tells, "Aniston, who was in the room, clapped enthusiastically after [Theroux's] winning bid."

These are photos of Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston in NYC last night. Apparently, they went to dinner and went to an art auction for ?Artists for Haiti?. You can see additional photos of them here. To my eye, Justin seems to have a little bit of an odd look, right? I?m not talking about his only ?fancy? outfit, basically the only thing he wears when he wants to ?dress up? - black skinny jeans, white dress shirt, skinny tie. Seriously dude, you?re 40. It?s time to invest in some nicer ?fancy clothes? - especially considering that you?re dating a woman who loves luxury. Why hasn?t Aniston bought him some better clothes? Instead, she seems to have changed her dress style to mimic his hipster threads. Anyway, the ?odd look? I was talking about on Justin is the slowly-processing look of panic. Is he starting to feel like he?s in over his head? Come on, Justin! You?re the white knight for America?s Sweetheart! You?re one half of ?Hollywood?s hottest couple? - no joke, that?s what Radar calls them:

It appears the couple has already started to dress alike, rocking his and her versions of minimalist chic as they headed out on the town.
The Friends beauty donned a clingy black jersey dress with her sleek blonde hair framing her face, while her hunky beau looked ever so dapper in an Italian cut black suit and what looked like freshly dyed black hair, slicked up and back.
Jen, a west coast transplant, seems to have already gotten the hang of dressing for the seasons, preparing for a chilly east coast Autumn night with a bulky grey sweater in her hands.

Yeah, I actually like Aniston?s outfit, but I have literally no idea why Jennifer looks like the cat who got the cream. Yes, her dress is cute and the boots are especially good, but she?s still with a balding hipster who cheated with her when he had a girlfriend of 14 years. What?s that? Are you going to tell me that there?s no actual ?proof? of that? There?s as much ?proof? that Aniston is a homewrecker as there is with Angelina Jolie. And I will continue to point it out - she?s no victim. Stop treating her like one. Look at her - she?s fine. She?s happy. Stop making her into a relationship martyr.

Shielding one another from the rainy skies above, Jennifer Aniston and beau Justin Theroux took to the soggy streets of New York City earlier today (September 20).
Clad in matching black leather jackets, the "Just Go With It" babe and her "American Psycho" boyfriend stopped by the West Village's Organic Avenue, where the pair stocked up on some healthy goods.
While things look to be going smoothly on the East Coast, Jen's new Hollywood Hills neighbors aren't so pleased with her for purchasing a pad in their community, as they say it's been nothing but a media frenzy.
?They have been causing traffic problems, blocking driveways, and even causing a few minor car accidents. The neighbors have had enough," a source told press.
"Several complaints have been filed. Police have drastically increased their presence in the surrounding areas in a bid to maintain peace in the area," the neighborhood insider added.
On a happier note, it looks like the couple are ready to add to their family, as the an insider explained, "Jen wants to get a dog as soon as she is settled. Justin has offered to get her a pedigree dog but she only wants a rescue animal. She?s checking out shelters for something suitable although she knows she will never replace Norman.?

These are some photos of Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux in NYC - some are from Friday night, when they left ?their apartment? to go out to dinner, and the photos where they?re wearing sunglasses are from Saturday. We have about a million photos from their Saturday outing - apparently, Justin and Jennifer ?went for a walk? in the city, and about a hundred photographers managed to get photos of them. I?m not saying that Aniston called the paps. I?m saying that in the wake of Brad Pitt?s comments about their marriage, Aniston was like, ?Hey, Justin, we should go for a walk and in case we get photographed, we should look really lovey-dovey.? It helps that I think they are in fact pretty lovey-dovey. I buy them as a couple. Justin seems comfortable in his own skin, and he?s not freaked out by the media intrusion into his life. It?s all very interesting?
According to Radar, JustJen went to the West Village, where they ate at a Japanese restaurant, EN Shochu Bar. Radar also says that Justin went with Jennifer to the Beverly Hills hospital where her mom, Nancy Dow, is recovering after a stroke. As to why Aniston and Theroux have made the move to NYC right now - well, it might have something to do with the paparazzi swarm outside of their new Hollywood Hills rental. TMZ reports that Aniston?s new neighborhood has been thrown into chaos since she and Justin moved in. The paparazzi are blocking driveways, creating traffic hazards, and generally being nuisances.
Just to play devil?s advocate (haha), I can?t believe they?re walking around, out in the open, being SO DISRESPECTFUL to Heidi Bivens, Justin?s girlfriend of 14 years, who he dumped for Jennifer. Since there?s as much ?evidence? to suggest that Justin Theroux did the exact same thing that Brad Pitt allegedly did with Angelina Jolie, how is it that Aniston is forever the victim again? Look at her - she’s fine. She’s got a boyfriend that she loves, and she’s happy. Stop throwing pity parties for her.
Oh, and do her hips look bigger to anyone else? And her boobs look bigger too. I’m not ruling out the idea that she’s preggo.
