Bringing an end to what's been quite the busy week, Jennifer Aniston was spotted leaving her house in New York City on Friday afternoon (September 30).
The former "Friends" star was all bundled up for the cooling fall weather as she eased down the Big Apple streets while toting a bottle of her SmartWater in-hand.
Meanwhile, coming up on Monday, October 17th, Miss Aniston will be among the stars to be honored at the 18th ELLE Women in Hollywood gala at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.
Aside from Jen, big names such as Michelle Pfeiffer, Viola Davis, Evan Rachel Wood, Naomi Watts and Freida Pinto will also be recognized at the annual event.

Venturing out to tend to her day's agenda, Jennifer Aniston was spotted leaving her New York City apartment on Wednesday afternoon (September 28).
With a bottle of water in-hand, the ?Just Go With It? donned what appeared to be her boyfriend Justin Theroux's jeans and a tank top as she did her best to smile for the paparazzi while also keeping her distance from the prying photogs.
Meanwhile, coming up on Monday, October 17th, Miss Aniston will be among the stars to be honored at the 18th ELLE Women in Hollywood gala at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.

They?re not shy about their love for one another, and Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have documented their PDA in a new photo shoot.
The ?Horrible Bosses? babe and her handsome boyfriend did a portrait session with Terry Richardson on a New York City rooftop and they both look smitten.
Jen and Justin?s pictures were notated on Terry's Diary with the caption, ?New York Love Story... Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux... up on the roof.?
Looks like Ms. Aniston, who is notorious for being unlucky in love, may have finally found her knight in shining armor!

Back in June, photographer and pervert Terry Richardson released some photos of Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux looking especially loved up. They were interesting pics because of the conspiracies going around (the length of Aniston?s hair suggested that the photos were taken months before, back when Justin was ?with? Heidi Bivens), and because Justin and Jennifer really did look cute together in the pics. So JustJen decided to pose for Creepy Uncle Terry again. Judging from Aniston?s ensemble, I guess these photos were taken just before she walked the red carpet for Five, two days ago.
I like all of the photos, really and truly. I like them on a superficial level because both Justin and Jennifer look nice, and their body chemistry together is cute. I also like them on a gossip/conspiracy level because there?s still other stuff going on. Justin?s in his hipster leather, Jennifer is in recycled Dolce & Gabbana. She?s just had a blowout and Justin probably hasn?t bathed. Still, they sort of work together. I told you, months ago, that I didn?t know if she and Justin would end up getting married, but I knew at one look that Justin would be her Oscar date. That still stands.

The past few weeks have been a real test for Jennifer Aniston: Has she moved on at last? After six years of romantic misfires, is the actress so crazy in love ? giddily planning a wedding with beau Justin Theroux ? that she?s finally over her painful divorce from Brad Pitt?
Jen?s trial by fire has been Brad?s September media tour. Supposedly promoting his film, Moneyball, which is generating Oscars buzz, he has also repeatedly invoked their failed marriage. It began with a now-infamous Parade magazine interview in which Brad extolled Angelina Jolie as a partner and mother ? and by contrast, seemed to call his years with Jen soul-crushingly dull. Next came Brad?s backpedaling, insisting his ex-wife is ?an incredibly giving, loving and hilarious woman who remains my friend.? Then Brad hit the talk show circuit and tossed Jen more faint praise ? he told Today?s Matt Lauer, ?She?s a valuable person? ? while admitting he should be more discreet: ?I have a knack for stepping into s***.? For Jen, all of Brad?s chatter ? apologies included ? only dredged up bad memories and picked at old wounds.
JUSTIN?S ?THE ONE?
Her response? Maybe she?ll send Brad a postcard from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where insiders say she and Justin will marry before year?s end.
?Why should she let stupid gossip get in the way when she?s finally met a guy who?s better than Brad?? one source tells OK!. ?It?s true that she was knocked sideways when Brad?s interview first came out ? who wouldn?t have been? Indeed, while Brad spills all over morning TV, Jen and Justin have been settling into her new penthouse duplex in NYC?s West Village ? and fast becoming fixtures in the quaint neighborhood, cuddling and handholding in their jackets and jeans.
?Justin?s getting ring ideas from Jen?s friends,? a Jen pal tells OK!. Adds the first source: ?His total love and support made it possible for her to move on from Brad ? and she?s losing herself in wedding plans.?
Jen and Justin considered a number of nuptial sites ? from the roof of their new Village digs to Kauai, Hawaii, where the pair recently vacationed. But in the end it came down to one of Jen?s favorite places on earth: Cabo.
?They were seriously considering Hawaii, but Cabo is winning,? the first source explains. ?It?s tropical and it?s only a 90-minute flight from L.A., which will make it easier on friends [like Courteney Cox and Sheryl Crow].?

In Touch agrees - their cover is all about how Justin is going to propose. Something about a long drive to Santa Barbara (where Brad and Angelina have a home, btw). Oh, and Justin doesn?t want to give her a diamond ring - apparently, he?s looking at rubies and amethysts. There?s also something about how Justin wants to make sure that his proposal isn?t ?cheesy?. Looking rather chic in a black trouser suit with a very low cut waistcoat and not much underneath it, Jen definitely turned a few heads on the red carpet.

Taking a break from being in front of the camera, Jennifer Aniston took a directing role for one of the short films in ?Five,? and she loved it.
The ?Friends? actress told press, ?It was like a dream come true, honestly, and such an important piece that we all were invested in.?
?It was like working with, not only our best friends, but they?re also incredible producers, and all of us coming together. We just can?t believe that we?re actually here. It?s amazing.?
When asked if she?ll be doing more directing, Jen replied, ?Sure hope so. That?s the plan. I?m not sure what or when or where, but yes.?
And as for her feelings on ex-husband Brad Pitt's Parade Magazine interview, Aniston quipped, ?Oh, lord, it?s not even worth discussing on a night like this.?

There isn?t much to say here, but there are lots and lots of new photos. Included in this post are photos of Jennifer Aniston entering and leaving the ABC Studios, on the set at Good Morning America, at the premiere of Five (that Lifetime movie about breast cancer), and leaving the premiere with Justin Theroux. She?s wearing all black in all of the photos, so it?s not like this is some major fashion post, although I do like her boots in the GMA photos, and I don?t really dislike her red carpet outfit - black vest and black slacks, with some kind of black lace something peeking out of the vest. Apparently, this is the same Dolce & Gabbana outfit that she wore when she was drunk at the People?s Choice Awards in January.
I feel like the black lace thing is her bra or a camisole, and I really don?t think we should be seeing so much of it, right? But the outfit does convince me that Aniston?s boobs really aren?t bigger, as I thought last week. She must be wearing padded bras lately, but not last night. She also isn?t looking so pregnant to me now.
Here?s a dumb story - both Aniston and Angelina Jolie are carrying very similar Tom Ford purses. Below I?ve included a photo of Angelina carrying the ?Carine? purse in London a few weeks ago, and Aniston seems to be using the purse from day to night yesterday, because it was with her throughout her GMA performance and then at the Five screening. Black leather (maybe lambskin?), gold chain - I think Angelina?s is bigger. Us Weekly has a better comparison here.

Reconvening after visiting "Good Morning America" earlier in the day, the stars responsible for the Lifetime movie "Five" gathered together for a New York City screening on Monday night (September 26).
Held at Skylight SOHO, Jennifer Aniston and Demi Moore smiled while posing arm-in-arm while fellow contributor Alicia Keys brought her musician husband Swizz Beatz along for the blue carpet affair.
Set to debut on October 10th, "Five" is an anthology of five separate-yet-interconnected tales of lives affected by cancer - with Aniston, Moore and Keys among the five celebrity directors.
Of the project, Jennifer previously told Glamour magazine, "We were intrigued by the challenge of creating short stories that would defy audiences' expectation of the subject."
She added, "We wanted to balance the drama with humor and irreverence because that's what's helped our friends who've faced this get through their treatment."

As I mentioned last week, on Thursday night, Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston (JustJen) went to a charity auction of artwork donated to benefit Haiti. As it turns out, it was actually a double-date for JustJen, as they seemed to spend the evening with Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor. Ben and Jennifer know each other from Along Came Polly - and Ben and Justin know each other from Tropic Thunder. Basically, everybody has been friends for years. So, this is what went down at the auction: Justin Theroux ?bought? Jennifer a piece of art that she wanted. Only he didn?t buy anything. He just made a huge bid on a (probably already over-valued) painting, and Jennifer had to pay. But here?s how that story gets twisted into ?Justin is such a gentleman, he bid on a painting for his lady!?
He bids, she buys! Jennifer Aniston was the winning buyer at Christie’s glitzy “Artists for Haiti” auction in NYC on Thursday — where beau Justin Theroux did the bidding on her behalf.
Actor-screenwriter Theroux, 40, helped his love, 42, snag American artist Glenn Ligon’s “Stranger #44,” an abstract 2011 work of oil, charcoal and graphite on canvas that seems to match his downtown hipster tastes.
At the auction, “Stranger #44? (pictured with artist Glenn Ligon and Thelma Golden, Director and Chief Curator of The Studio Museum in Harlem) was estimated at $150,000 to $200,000.
But Aniston helped shatter the record for sales of Ligon’s work, spending a whopping $450,000 on the 72? by 60? painting, an Artists for Haiti rep confirms to Us.
Reports Artinfo.com: “Aniston, who was in the room, clapped enthusiastically after [Theroux's] winning bid.”
Benefiting health and education initiatives for Haiti, The “Artists for Haiti” auction — artists donated their works for the cause — was co-organized by Ben Stiller, and raised $13,662,000.
After the auction, Stiller, 40, and his wife Christine Taylor hung out with Theroux and Aniston for a late dinner at Il Cantinori. “They seemed to be having a lot of fun with Ben and his wife, like old friends,” a witness said. “Ben paid for everyone,” the witness adds.
Stiller co-starred in Along Came Polly with Aniston and co-wrote Tropic Thunder with Theroux.

I guess we should assume that Jennifer really wanted this piece of art, and that she was simply too much of a poor little VICTIM to bid on it herself? Because I imagine the fun of bidding on a piece of art is really stressful and victim-making, and that?s why Justin had to ride in on his stead and raise his hand over and over for the painting, like a gentleman? I don?t even know. Maybe she bought it for him, and she just let her boy-toy pick out the piece that he wanted and she got it for him like an attentive sugar-mama? I?m not trying to say Justin isn?t successful - he is. He does very well for himself as a character actor and screenwriter. But I doubt he has $450K to blow on a piece of art, which is why Aniston was there to purchase it. I guess what I?m saying is? he must be great in bed.
