Back in April, Taylor Swift added another piece of pricey real estate to her growing portfolio: a $17.7 million mansion on the coast of Rhode Island. It?s a pretty mansion. It looks like a wedding cake. It has a bajillion rooms and the property abuts a public beach. And that?s become a major problem for Rhode Islanders and for Taylor Swift. It seems Swifty?s bodyguards are not allowing people to access the public beach!
Stopping to pose with fans as she shopped at Stop ?N? Shop and Marshall?s in Narragansett, Rhode Island, last Friday, Taylor Swift looked like the sweet girl next door. But her real neighbors are up in arms about changes that have come to Watch Hill, Rhode Island ever since she bought a $17M mansion on the beach there.
?Now that summer has come and people are getting ready to use the beach, people are really grumbling about having Taylor in town,? an insider tells RadarOnline.com.
?Her property line is at the path to the public beach and she always has guards patrolling the area,? the insider explains. ?It?s making it such a hassle.?
At another area of Taylor?s property is a beach wall that local teens and surfers have hung out at for years. But now, ?her guards are always asking them to leave,? the source says.
Taylor?s caution is understandable, considering a stalker was arrested for swimming up to her beach house earlier this month. But, ?If she wanted privacy, she shouldn?t have bought a house overlooking a public beach!? the source says.

I would be interested in hearing more about the logistics of where her property line is and where the public path begins. It might not be her fault, although it sounds pretty dumb if her bodyguards are telling people to leave the PUBLIC beach. And now it?s gotten even worse ? Radar says that the bodyguards harassed volunteers who were trying to clean up the beach!
Taylor Swift isn?t just making life difficult for the people who want to use the beach near her Rhode Island mansion.
Her private security team has also harassed the innocent volunteers who donate their time to keep that beach clean, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
On May 26, a group of her bodyguards flipped out on volunteers from the East Beach Association who were trying to pick up beer bottles and other garbage near her property line, one of the volunteers has revealed.
?We were just trying to do our job,? the individual, who asked not to be named, told Radar. ?We were out that day handing out trash bags on the beach and trying to help people keep the beach clean.?
One of the worst areas for garbage, the source says, is a wall near Taylor?s property line.
?People in high school go down there and hang out, and all of my friends who surf love to go there too,? the volunteer added. ?There?s always beer bottles and trash back there.?
But when the volunteers ventured close to clean up the area, ?Close to five security guards in reflective vests that said ?Security? on the back came down and got really mad at us. They told us it was private property and that we had to leave. We were just trying to do our jobs and they were really rude.?
Said the source: ?I get that she?s entitled to have her privacy and I know that she?s been going around to local businesses and stuff, which is cool and I really appreciate that. It?s just about trying to strike that balance because everyone else has been using that beach for years.?
Swift paid $17 million dollars in cash for the South County property about a month ago.

When Swifty bought the property in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, she only held on to it for about four months, doing some repairs and upgrades, and then she sold it for a substantial profit. It could be that this Rhode Island property will end up being the same kind of deal ? Swifty?s on tour most of the time these days, and while she has been visiting the Rhode Island estate, maybe she?s quickly learning that it?s a bigger hassle than she was expecting. I think there?s a good possibility that if people keep complaining, she?ll sell the place for a tidy profit and maybe someone will move in and they?ll have a better attitude about people accessing the beach.

Taylor’s performance outfit was odd (a unicorn T-shirt? WTF??) But her boobs looked good in it. Her shorts were super-tight and her ass looked better than ever. And she was showing cameltoe. And she actually did some really sexy dance moves. Her dancing has gotten ALOT better.
Ditch the unicorn, and this would actually be one of Taylor’s hottest performances yet.

Taylor Swift was the big winner at last night?s Billboard Music Awards, which shouldn?t come as some big shock. I didn?t watch them, but I saw some coverage and I was pleased to see that Swifty isn?t doing that ?OMG, LITTLE GIRL GASP!? thing that she usually does when she wins an award. Swifty ended up winning eight awards in total, including ?Top Artist?. You can read more about her winning streak here. I’d like to give her the award for “Best GIF of the BMAs” – go here to see.
Swifty wore this blue Zuhair Murad from the Pre-Fall 2013 collection. I am? underwhelmed. Swifty has two consistent red carpet looks: glittery, sparkly and tight OR long and flowy and princess-y. I am happy that she didn?t do a full-length gown and I?m glad she chose a bright, pretty color. But the design of the dress is just kind of? boringly showgirl. And OMG, please Swifty, please change your bangs. They are terrible. Also: what?s going on with her bolt-ons? I know she had them at one point, but I?m starting to wonder if she had the first ones taken out and she had smaller ones put in.
Shania Twain was also there! I think so much of Shania?s beauty, and I have my fingers crossed that she hasn?t and won?t ruin her face with lots of plastic surgery and Botox and such. Shania wore Pavoni by Mikael D. Very princess-y. I bet Swifty wishes she had worn this.

As she sauntered down the red carpet, the ?I Knew You Were Trouble? babe was the center of attention outside the MGM Grand Garden Arena ahead of the evening?s affair.
With a good chance at bringing home at least one trophy tonight with eleven nods, the 23-year-old songstress is nominated for Top Artist, Top Billboard 200 Album, Top Female Artist, Top 100 Artist, Top Billboard 200 Artist, and Top Digital Songs.
Competition for each and every trophy tonight will be fierce, with ?Saturday Night Live? alum Tracy Morgan handling the hosting duties.

The ?We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together? babe will begin in Auckland, New Zealand on November 29th and wrap things up in Melbourne, Australia on December 14th.
Fans will want to set a reminder, as tickets go on sale on Tuesday, May 21st and they?ll definitely sell out very quickly.

I have literally no idea what Taylor Swift?s Met Gala look was all about, or what she was trying to achieve or whatever. Swifty wore one of her favorite designers, J. Mendel. And as such, she looked like she always looks, because she always wears J.Mendel on red carpets. We?ve seen versions of this dress on her a million times before. I guess that?s why Swifty tried to mess it up a bit with her hair and makeup? Her hair ? which is naturally curly ? looks crimped. And her makeup doesn?t work, I don?t think. I just think this whole look is a FAIL. Also: did she get her bolt-ons taken out?!!?
Amber Heard in Emilio Pucci ? God, I just hate everything about this. Amber is actually a pretty woman with a great figure, and she can pull off lots of different kinds of looks. She could have done ?punk? really well. But she chose this fussy, lace dress that covers her figure and blends in perfectly with the carpet. It?s terrible. It ages her. It?s just an ugly dress. And her hair is bad too.
Emilia Clarke in Ralph Lauren. She looks beautiful, she looks like a bombshell. I wish she would show up to, like, the Golden Globes like this. Because I think it?s wasted on the Met Gala. She doesn?t look right for the event at all. But does she get some points for looking pretty in general?

In a previous video blog, Taylor dished about her excitement to partner up with the drink giant, saying, ?I wanted to share some news with you, because we?re finally making it official with one of the great loves of my life?Diet Coke,? adding, "I?ve said for years that Diet Coke just ?gets me? and my lifestyle. I?m so excited about our new partnership.?
