Following the ?X Factor? finale, Cheryl Cole was spotted leaving Fountain Studios in London England last night (December 12).
The Girls Aloud singer looked fabulous in a sparkly red dress with matching blinged-out earrings and a prom-style updo.
Earlier in the evening, Matt Cardle was crowned the winner of this season?s ?X Factor,? beating out Rebecca Ferguson and One Direction for the $1.5 million recording contract.
Sadly for Cheryl, her protg Cher Lloyd was eliminated during the first night of finals on Saturday (December 11).

With the end date which she's been anxiously awaiting drawing nearer and nearer, Cheryl Cole was spotted arriving at Fountain Studios in London on Saturday (December 11).
Keeping her head down as she hopped out of a chauffeured ride, the former Girls Aloud singer strolled inside to gear up for the season finale of "The X Factor".
Having made quite the name for herself, the sighting comes as Google has reported that Miss Cole was the most searched singer by UK Google users in 2010.
Cheryl beat out Michael Jackson, who was the second most searched music act, with the Beatles coming in third, Rihanna fourth and Oasis in fifth.

With the hit UK talent series coming to season's end shortly, Cheryl Cole was spotted arriving at Fountain Studios in London on Sunday (December 5).
The former Girls Aloud singer looked stylish as she worked her way into the locale in preparation for judging duties on the semifinals episode of "The X Factor".
And while there's no certainty who'll win the show, Miss Cole has voiced her desire to help contestant Cher Lloyd once things wrap up for some time to come.
She told "The Xtra Factor," "I will always be here to help her and guide her. I think when you are 17 it is tough. She's changing all the time in her mind."
Cheryl added, "It's tough in this industry... She's still got a lot of growing to do in every single way. And I will be behind her every step of the way."

Nearing the end of another "X Factor" season, Cheryl Cole stepped out to tend to judging duties at Wembley studios in London, England on Saturday (November 27).
Looking stylishly casual, the Girls Aloud beauty donned a grey sweatshirt, olive cargo trousers and a lumberjack cap with orange heels as she strolled inside for her TV efforts.
With previous reports telling of Cheryl's anxiousness to wrap up the current "X Factor" season, a friend told London press that Miss Cole is planning a long holiday with plenty of time in the States alongside rumored beau Derek Hough.
A friend of the brunette vixen said, "Cheryl loves the States and can't wait to get back there after the year she's had. She currently gearing up for her post-Christmas hols like you wouldn't believe. She's really looking forward to a bit of sun and the chance to let her hair down."
The insider added, "While there, she's also going to be househunting and having meetings about her solo career."She's spent the past six months focusing on her acts in the X Factor. Now it's time to channel her energy into her own career."

She?s been enjoying a successful solo career after jumping ship from Girls Aloud, and Cheryl Cole's new single ?The Flood? is a delightful change of pace.
The ?X Factor? babe tried going a little slower and more introspective on the new track, a different direction than her usual fast-paced dance tracks.
Appropriately, the video for ?The Flood? is also more low-key, as it was filmed against the dramatic backdrop of the white cliffs on England?s south coast.
And while the video has already been released, ?The Flood? won?t be available for purchase until January 3rd.

Back out for another day of work duties, Cheryl Cole was spotted out at Fountain Studios in London, England on Sunday (November 21).
Wearing a big smile on her face, the UK beauty strolled inside as she geared up for her judging responsibilities on the hit talent show "X-Factor".
And while she appeared to be in high spirits, recent reports tell that Miss Cole is more than ready for the season to draw to a close.
A source told press, "Cheryl cannot wait for this year's show to be over. The fighting between the judges and tensions among the contestants have all been too much."
The insider added, "At first she was taking all the stress in her stride but now the constant jibes from Simon and Louis Walsh are really grating on her. She believes they are sniping at her purely for publicity for the show. She's made sure that everyone knows she's annoyed and said if they carry on then she'll fight back. She said she was sick and tired of it all."
