OH NO!!! People Magazine has just announced that Sophie Monk?s engagement to sketch ball ?businessman? Jimmy Esebag is OVER!!! Sophie announced her engagement to Jimmy in January, after the couple had only dated for five months. She even gave an interview where she discussed her love of sugar daddies (sort of) - so what was the problem? Why couldn?t these two crazy kids work it out?
Just six weeks after Sophie Monk shared her engagement news, she’s single again.
The surprise announcement came from Sydney on Sunday. While taping a new episode of Chelsea Lately, Chelsea Handler asked the Aussie model about her recent engagement to “that old guy,” French businessman Jimmy Esebag, 50. Monk, 31, shook her head, saying, ”I’m newly single.”
She even hinted that she might even ”turn Samantha Ronson.”
The news quickly spread from audience members via Twitter.

She doesn?t seem to have much luck in the romance department- Sophie Monk's engagement to Jimmy Esebag is over.
The awesome Aussie stunner told Chelsea Handler that she?s single again, just two months after accepting a proposal (and a chandelier-sized ring) from the 50-year-old businessman.
Earlier this year, Sophie gushed, ?He?s a keeper, it feels right. I think you know when you know,? during a radio interview.
Miss Monk has been in high-profile relationships in the past, having dated Benji Madden, Ryan Seacrest, and Kevin Connolly.

So Sophie is 31 years old, and she?s now engaged to a 51 year old ?businessman? that she?s only ?dated? for three months. I called him a sugar daddy the other day, but that was me just being a HATER. Sophie has given a new interview to an Australian publication where she says that she knows that people are going to hate on her love match, but she doesn?t care. She also talks about all of the plastic surgery she?s had:
Sophie Monk has a regret or two when it comes to her looks — revealing that she wishes she had opted to stay natural and not bow to pressure to undergo plastic surgery.
The beautiful 31-year-old Australian is believed to have had botox, collagen injections and a breast enlargement in her bid to make it big in the US ? something she now regrets.
“I should have said no, but I trusted the doctor,” she said to Australia?s Who magazine.
She also talked about her battle with weight: “The stress of this business tends to come out through my body. Either I eat too much or I eat nothing. I need to be more responsible for my body,” she said.
Monk once dated a plastic surgeon, Dr. John Diaz, as well as Ryan Seacrest and Benji Madden, but is now engaged to American businessman Jimmy Esebag, who is 20 years her senior.
The couple have been friends for years but started dating only three months ago — and the model says she couldn?t be happier.
“I’ve never had someone balance me out in a relationship before. They’ve either been workaholics too, or I needed to make the money for them,” she said. “With Jimmy, I just love everything about him. I know people are going to make remarks about us, but it doesn’t bother me. Jimmy is worldly and smart and I want to be with someone I can learn from. I love everything about him. He’s given me a new perspective on life.”

Wow, Ryan Seacrest, some dude who once dated Paris Hilton, a plastic surgeon who screwed up her face, and now a ?bidnessman?? Sophie has truly appalling taste in men.
As far as the plastic surgery confession - if she has so many regrets, why is her face still so jacked with Botox? Seriously, she looks like a wax figure. Or a blonde Kardashian.

Australian “actress” Sophie Monk isn’t even D-list on a good day, but I literally have nothing else to write about unless you want to review a two-page analysis of Justin Bieber’s latest haircut (no, really), so just shut your stupid piehole and quit with the “who?!’s” and “zzzzzz’s” already. Anyway, she just got engaged to some old dude I’ve never heard of. The end. Us Magazine says:
Sophie Monk, 31, announced her engagement to 50-year-old American businessman Jimmy Esebag on Tuesday.
“I got engaged,” Monk revealed during an Australian radio interview (via Sydney Morning Herald). “It feels right — I think you know when you know.”
Describing Esebag as her “soul partner,” the Spring Breakdown star added that she’s “marrying a male version of myself, which is dangerous but good. He’s a keeper.”
Did you catch that? She’s 31 and he’s 50. Which means when he was 31, she was just going into the sixth grade. Sorta makes my hanging out by the middle school soccer field seem a little less creepy now, doesn’t it?

On Tuesday (January 25), the 31-year-old model revealed that she is set to tie the knot with her 50-year-old American businessman beau while chatting on an Australian radio show.
