They?re always up for a swanky evening out, and last night (April 5) Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas were spotted at the 2010 Eugene O?Neill Theatre Center Monte Cristo Awards.
The star-studded event was held at Bridgewaters in New York City?s South Street Seaport and honored the achievements of Hal Prince.
And both Catherine and Michael were dressed to the nines as they arrived, posing for the paparazzi before heading inside to get in on the action.
In a recent interview, Ms. Zeta-Jones told press she?s happy with her shape, even though she?s not stick thin. "I find this wave of super-skinny women scary. I'm not going to lie to you. I've got to drag myself down to the gym like everybody else. But I look at the red carpet sometimes and it's like a pageant. I'm quite a broad girl, not at all delicate.?
"I watch what I eat to stay in shape, but I'm against diets. I eat when I'm hungry, three meal a day. I love chocolate, ice cream and cakes."

Out for some personal errands, Catherine Zeta Jones was spotted leaving her New York City apartment on Wednesday (March 3).
Keeping it ever-so-classy, the beautiful actress looked gorgeous as she emerged from her building and proceeded about the day’s business.
Meanwhile, husband Michael Douglas has admitted that he could’ve been a better father to son, Cameron, who is facing a jail sentence after being charged with possession of crystal meth and cocaine.
Michael, son of actor Kirk Douglas, told Vanity Fair magazine, “My priorities were very similar to my father’s. Career first.”

Bundled up for the brisk New York City temperatures, Catherine Zeta Jones was spotted getting some errands done on Wednesday (February 3).
Enjoying some free time, the beautiful brunette dressed in all black as she completed her day’s duties before a scheduled performance of her Broadway show, “A Little Night Music.”
In other news, when Zeta Jones mentioned her desire to have another baby to husband Michael Douglas, he opted for a puppy instead!
Catherine told Usmagazine, “I said to him, ‘Darling, I really want another baby. Or a puppy.’ A puppy came by FedEx so quick.”

Emerging from her New York City apartment right on schedule, Catherine Zeta Jones was spotted en route to the Walter Kerr Theatre on Saturday (January 30).
Wearing boots, a skirt and fur coat, the brunette beauty swiftly hopped into an awaiting chauffeured vehicle just hours ahead of her performance of “A Little Night Music.”
In other news, Catherine is featured in the February 5th issue of Entertainment Weekly (on stands now) in which she talks about performing live onstage doing eight shows a week.
Meanwhile, “A Little Night Music” is set in a weekend country house in turn of the century Sweden, bringing together surprising liaisons, long simmering passions and a taste of love’s endless possibilities. Known as witty and wildly romantic, the story centers on the elegant actress Desire Armfeldt and the spider’s web of sensuality, intrigue and desire that surrounds her.

Always looking glamorous, Catherine Zeta Jones was spotted stepping out of her luxurious abode in New York City on Wednesday afternoon (January 27).
The 40-year-old “Entrapment” actress bundled up for the chilly temperatures, running a few errands before another performance in the Broadway play “A Little Night Music”.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, Catherine and husband Michael Douglas have moved the family to NYC from Bermuda for work duties - with Miss Zeta Jones recently revealing one downfall to the new locale.
“(In Bermuda, the children) were like naked, opening the back door. So was I. Just running out into the garden. It’s really hard to do that in Central Park,” she tells.

Making her routine trip to the Walter Kerr theatre, Catherine Zeta Jones was spotted leaving her New York City apartment on Wednesday (January 20).
Sporting some shades and dressed in all black, the 40-year-old Broadway rookie-turning-star slipped into the waiting vehicle.
It seems Catherine’s regular schedule of dancing and singing every night in the musical “A Little Night Music” is taking a toll on her figure.
According to a report, her normal beautifully curved body is turning bony and skinnier than usual which raises flags and concern for the actresses’ health.
In the past she has spoken out against the Hollywood fashion for ‘super skinny women’ and professes a relaxed attitude to diet and exercise.
‘My muscles have memory from the time I danced, and it’s quick for me to get back in shape, but I’m not fanatical,’ she said.

Keeping busy with her stage duties, Catherine Zeta-Jones was spotted greeting fans at the Walter Kerr Theatre in New York City on Saturday evening (January 16).
Decked out in fur, the 40-year-old actress tended to her routine weekend double duty gigs as Desire Armfeldt in the Broadway show “A Little Night Music”.
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that Catherine plans to make the Big Apple her permanent residence for the next couple years rather than return home to Bermuda.
Not pleasing her actor hubby Michael Douglas, a source tells of the decision, “Michael doesn’t like being in the public eye all the time in New York and it has made him quite tetchy. He and Catherine have clashed over staying there. But she has a movie to promote soon so she’s happy to be where she’s visible.”
With Miss Zeta Jones winning out, a spokesman for Mr Douglas said: “They plan to stay at least two years and are very happy in New York.”

Leaving her Upper East Side building, the 40-year-old actress, along with her trusty Maltese pup, made their way into a chauffeured vehicle bound for the Walter Kerr Theater where she’s been performing the Broadway musical, “A Little Night Music.”
Meanwhile, Zeta Jones insists the 25-year gap between her and husband Michael Douglas doesn’t matter and she often forgets he is so much older.
She told press, “Until someone actually tells me he’s 25 years older, I don’t actually think about it” and later revealed the attraction between them was instantaneous and has only grown “stronger” over the years.

The “Chicago” actress, along with her precious Maltese pooch, took to the streets of the Big Apple all the while looking gorgeous in a sleek gray coat, tall black boots and some shades.
As previously reported, Catherine is making her Broadway debut in a new adaptation of the musical, A Little Night Music, at the Walter Kerr Theatre in Manhattan.
The musical, which opened on December 13, is fast becoming one of the hottest tickets on Broadway, with tickets selling for $300 on eBay.

She’s been thoroughly enjoying her new Broadway gig “A Little Night Music,” and last night (December 28) Catherine Zeta-Jones was spotted leaving the theatre after a performance.
The “No Reservations” actress was all smiles as she strolled past the paparazzi into the chilly winter weather, bundled up with a down-filled jacket with a fur-lined hood.
Always the gracious celebrity, Catherine showed some love to her fans by signing copies of the show’s Playbill and chatting for a bit.
In the play (a revival of the Trevor Nunn work from 1973), Catherine plays Swedish actress Desiree Armfeldt in what critics are calling a “bewitching, confident and utterly natural” performance.
