Taking care of some promotional duties, Brooke Burke paid a visit to ?Good Morning America? on Tuesday (February 1).
The ?Dancing with the Stars? hottie was all smiles as she made her exit from the New York City studio to find shutterbugs waiting for her.
During her interview, Brooke discussed her brand new book ?The Naked Mom? and how mothers can still stay sexy.
"I almost named the book 'Dancing through Chaos' because it's really about maneuvering through life and finding my own rhythm and trying to gracefully manage the chaos. I think most mothers are going to relate to it."
"'The Naked Mom' really is about motherhood revealed and parts of me that no one has seen before. Either I'm going to do it truthfully, and I'm going to tell all, or not at all. I'm one of those mothers where I'm not ashamed to share my challenges and my difficult moments and also the things that I did right and the things that I'm learning?raising a blended family, not easy."

She's the mother of two young children, but that hasn't kept Brooke Burke from maintaining a fit and fine physique.
The 39-year-old showed off her stunning looks while featured on the cover of the January 2011 issue of SHAPE magazine.
Inside the issue, Miss Burke tells, "I've tried just about every crazy diet you can imagine, but now I've learned what really works for my body."
Putting together a plan of action with trainer Greg Joujon-Roche, she adds, "Once I started focusing on the things I wanted, they all started coming true."
Happily achieving one of her life's goals with her SHAPE cover, Brooke also dished, "I never wanted to be on magazines like Vogue and Allure; I wanted to be on SHAPE. There's something very special to me about being relatable to other women, being healthy, and representing confidence at any age."

Treating themselves to a family getaway, Brooke Burke and David Charvet, along with their two children, were spotted vacationing in St. Barts over the weekend (August 14).
The former ?Wild On? host looked fabulous in a little black bikini as she enjoyed the tropical sun and water - including a fun-filled paddle boat excursion - with her adorable family.
As for their relationship, Brooke and David have been engaged since 2006 and have two children together - a daughter named Heaven Rain and a son named Shaya Braven.

Being treated to a Mother's Day outing, David Charvet took Brooke Burke and daughter Heaven Rain out shopping in Malibu, California on Sunday (May 9).
The happy trio smiled it up for the cameras as they perused the racks at the local Planet Blue and Oliver Peoples boutiques.
Along with little Heaven, Miss Burke is the proud mother to a 2-year old son named Shaya, along with Neriah, 10, and Sierra, 8, from her previous marriage to Garth Fisher.
Meanwhile, you can catch Brooke tending to her "Dancing with the Stars" co-hosting duties when an all-new episode airs tonight (May 10) at 8PM on ABC.
