The photo above is from Saturday, of Ben Affleck and Ana De Armas walking her little dog in his neighborhood in Brentwood. They held hands, stared lovingly into each others eyes, posed curbside, and even kissed for the paparazzi. (The kissing photos from that day are exclusive, you can see them here, on People.) I get that new couples cant keep their hands off each other, but at the same time they definitely want us to see and talk about them and their new love. For those of you who continue to say this PR, Ben is not this good of an actor! Ana is clearly loved up too. On Saturday Ana was in a velour embroidered hoodie, which is very cute. The photos of her in black are from last Monday, and they also kissed during that walk.
I looked for new quotes about their love and the only ones I could find that we hadnt talked about yet were in ETOnline and E! These may come from the paparazzi and people looking at the photos because E! has a lot of descriptions of how happy they are. They also had some details about their routine:
Ben is sober and in a really good place and Ana respects him for the process hes going through, the source said. Ben and Ana are still early into their relationship, but its been fun and exciting for both. ET Online
Ben and Ana are quarantined at his house, where they have been together since returning from Costa Rica, a separate source recently shared. They have a simple daily routine which includes walking Anas dog and ordering food, which gets delivered by Postmates. Every other day, Ben has been visiting his kids and Ana stays behind at the house.
Ben and Ana look like total lovebirds. They laugh together and share funny stories. She is very nurturing and he seems to love that, the source continued. They cant get enough of each other. After days of being quarantined and never leaving each others sides, they are still laughing, smiling, kissing and hugging. From E!

I hope theyre all doing ok, including Bens kids and ex, and she seems ok judging from Instagram. I havent been ordering food, but after I watched this video from a doctor explaining how to stay safe (I describe it more in this post from Quimby) I feel safer about it and may just get takeout.
There are also photos Im not including of a doctor visiting them at home last Tuesday. I would bet that one or both of them have mild symptoms, a lot of people I know do, but thats pure speculation.

Ana De Armas was nominated for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy for Knives Out and she was also a presenter. Ana honestly had one of my favorite looks of the night this Ralph & Russo looked absolutely amazing in motion, both on the red carpet and when she was on stage with Daniel Craig. In photos, it does look slightly flat, but trust me? this is a gorgeous gown, tailored perfectly.
Phoebe Waller-Bridge also wore Ralph & Russo an impeccable tuxedo suit which was SO on-brand for her. I love all of this, honestly. Phoebe won for Best Actress for Fleabag, and Fleabag picked up the Best Comedy award. The Hot Priest Andrew Scott- was there!
Olivia Colman wore Emilia Wickstead and it was? not great. I don?t think Olivia really knows or cares about fashion, I think she probably just wears whatever her stylist tells her to wear. This was a mess, but it?s fine. While she won a Globe for The Crown, she gave a shout-out to Fleabag in her speech. Which was great!

Ana De Armas is the ?lead? of the Knives Out ensemble, which was a refreshing way to frame the vintage-y murder mystery. I went into the film thinking that it would mainly be told through the investigation led by the gentleman sleuth playing by Daniel Craig. But the bulk of the story is really told through Ana De Armas? nurse character, Marta. Not only is Ana getting tons of attention and awards nominations for Knives Out, she?s also going to be a ?Bond Girl? in No Time to Die. Apparently, Daniel Craig gave his approval after working with her on Knives Out, and now Ana is a big deal and about to become an even bigger deal. She spoke at length to the Hollywood Reporter about being Cuban and Latina, typecasting and working with Daniel. Some highlights:
She originally passed on Knives Out because Marta was described as a ?pretty Latina caretaker.? ?Getting an email that described the character like that ? without any more information or a script attached because it was high-profile and secret ? just really didn?t speak to me. Latinas rarely exist at the center of a film, especially not in the context that we have in this movie. So, because of the character description, my imagination immediately went to a portrayal that was not necessarily very positive or exciting in relation to Latin culture. So, when I finally read the script, I realized that the description didn?t fit at all because Marta is so much more than that.
On typecasting for Latina women: ?I?m very proud to be Cuban and a Latina, and always will be. It?s just that we have more to offer than only playing maids or prostitutes. I don?t want to play into that game because I want to represent my culture in a more positive way. We have a lot more to offer. Maybe at the beginning of my career, I was getting more auditions or opportunities for those roles, but it hasn?t been like that lately. It?s been pretty awesome lately. All this time and effort, holding my ground and staying true to this belief that I have about finding more positive roles is paying off. Now, I?m actually finding roles that I want to play ? not necessarily Latinas either. I?m an actor, and I will play a Latina forever, but I also want to play anybody because that?s my job. So, I don?t want anybody conditioning me or telling me that there?s a limit because I?m not from here or from there. So, I like to prove them wrong.
Working with Daniel Craig on No Time To Die: ?A movie like James Bond is a different kind of production. It?s a different mindset, physicality and preparation. It was terrifying to be asked to portray a ?Bond Girl? who?s actually in a moment of change. Having met Daniel before and getting along so well on the set of Knives Out, there was nothing awkward when I got to the Bond set. There was no ice to be broken. It was just easy and smooth. Daniel is the most relentless, hard-working and professional actor you can imagine. He can be in pain from a broken bone, exhausted and still show up. He?s so serious about it, and the way he does it is just incredible and so respectable. It was so nice and helpful that we got along and got to know each other before Bond.
Director Cary Fukunaga was the one who approached her about playing a Bond Girl: ?I think it was Cary?s idea. Some of the film takes place in Cuba, and Cary called me to say that this character doesn?t exist yet in the script but he kept thinking about me and would write it for me. When he brought up the idea to Barbara and Daniel, Daniel was completely on board and supportive of it, which made me very happy. We had literally wrapped Knives Out a month before that. When we were shooting Knives Out, he was already training and preparing for Bond, which wasn?t a part of my life yet. So, it happened to be a very happy coincidence.

I think it?s kind of cool that she got the Bond gig a month after filming Knives Out, and that Daniel Craig was all for it? but that he didn?t put her up for the job. What she says about Latina stereotyping and typecasting is good too, and I would imagine she?s already spent years rejecting scripts where she would play nurses, maids and hookers. Anyway, she?s really good in Knives Out and I kind of wanted her to end up with Chris Evans? character Ransom, if only for a night of hot sweater action. But I?ll settle for Ana getting tons of recognition for the role.
