On Friday (March 21), the 21-year-old supermodel and the makeup mogul headed over to ?Good Morning America? to announce the exciting news.
Bobbi told Robin Roberts that Kate is ?incredible and a ?strong woman.?
"Everything is about the inner beauty," the Sports Illustrated gal admitted. "Bobbi possess that in her brand.?
Kate takes the reigns from former spokesmodel, Katie Holmes.

This past weekend, fans spotted the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model and the MLB pitcher at a Philadelphia Flyers hockey game.
Posting photographic proof, the sneaky fan wrote, "Kate Upton and Justin Verlander at the flyers game in the box seats next to ours."
Last year, the pair had a short romance before Kate moved onto another brief relationship with Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Pulling out all the stops for the magazine's 50-year anniversary, the sensual Kate Upton is rumored to pose in a bikini...in "zero gravity space!"
Reports state that the 21-year-old was photoed in a zero-gravity chamber, wearing a sexy silver swimsuit, showing off her goods, and leaving her hair "looking like something out of 'Barbarella.'"
Kate posed for the magazine last year, with nothing more than a tiny, stringy white bikini as protection against the icy elements, and of the experience, she said, "I was losing hearing and eyesight because my body was shutting down!"
And although we don't know who the cover girl will be for the latest issue of the magazine, the anniversary copy hits newsstands on February 11th of this year. Don't miss it!
