The gorgeous Russian supermodel looked ravishing in a chest-bearing knit dress as she arrived at the Tribeca Grand Hotel for the Ivanka Trump/Diane Von Furstenberg-sponsored shindig.
Irina was joined by her fellow model Julie Henderson as she spent a few moments working her magic for the shutterbugs? cameras.
Meanwhile, Miss Shayk?s main squeeze Cristiano Ronaldo was spotted arriving in Los Angeles with his Real Madrid teammates for a match against the LA Galaxy earlier this week.

Brightening up the streets of the Big Apple, Irina Shayk was all smiles as she visited FOX studios in Manhattan on Friday (June 10).
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl showed off her blessed body in a little red dress as she headed inside to sit down and chat with the hosts of "Good Day New York".
As for the topic of conversation, Miss Shayk spoke about having been honored the previous evening by the Russian American Foundation.
Irina also delved into discussing her charity work with pomogi.org (Pomogi means "Help" in Russian) - which "focuses on target-oriented programs, aimed at raising funds and collecting donations to be provided for those in need."

Getting in touch with her roots, Irina Shayk was spotted at the Russian Heritage Festival in New York City last night (June 9).
Joined by Kazakhstan ambassador Byrganym Aitimova and Boris Fuchsmann, the sexy supermodel posed for the paparazzi at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in a yummy strapless gown.
During the course of the evening, Irina was honored by the Russian American Foundation for her contributions to the community.
As of late, Ms. Shayk has been spending time with her boyfriend Cristiano Ronaldo and his family on the Portugese island of Madeira.

Stepping out for some sporting fun, Cristiano Ronaldo and Irina Shayk were spotted at day nine of the Mutua Madrilena Madrid Open 2011 yesterday (May 8).
The soccer stud and his super hot model girlfriend watched the match from the sidelines at the La Caja Magica in Madrid, Spain, though they seemed to attract plenty of attention, themselves.
Cristiano and Irina seemed thoroughly entertained as Novak Djokovic defeated Rafael Nadal 7-5, 6-4, taking breaks from watching to publicly display their affection for each other.
And, of course, both Cristiano and Irina looked top notch for the cameras as they chilled out in their VIP box.

Unfortunately, Irina?s hunky beau Cristiano Ronaldo couldn?t attend, as he?s in the middle of the soccer season in Europe.
Also in the house were ?The Conspirator? costars Robin Wright and James McAvoy and director Robert Redford.

The super-hot Russian model arrived at Regal Union Square for the event, sporting a leather jumpsuit-style getup.
Unfortunately, Irina had to attend the screening solo as her boyfriend Cristiano Ronaldo is in the midst of the European soccer season.
Of her fabulous physique, Shayk told press, ?I never really diet. I think that a person can eat what she likes and do some exercises to be in shape- doesn't matter if it's going to be gym or swimming or walking in a park or pilates. It should be a pleasure as positive emotions always make you beautiful! I personally love going to [the] gym.?

Over the weekend, Irina was in Las Vegas where she helped open up the sizzling TAO Beach at the Venetian Hotel.
