And then a vortex with a gravitational pull so powerful it would bend light and suck in everything around it would open and create a singular particle stream that smelled like Captin D’s cooked over a tire fire. Here are some new photos of Shakira in Ibiza. In her defense, she was posing for a magazine photo shoot, so I doubt she picked this outfit for herself, although you never know. I just have my fingers crosses that the shoot isn?t for Vogue, you know? Although Shakira looks drop-dead gorgeous, even in the stupid tulle shirt/tutu-of-destruction.
Is it just me or has she lost some weight? She?s always had a killer, curvy-yet-toned figure, but she seems very slender in these photos. You have to be a beautiful woman with an amazing body to pull off this look, though. And Shakira kind of does pull it off, doesn?t she?
Shakira recently discussed her thoughts on marriage, and her fiance Antonio De La Rua, who she has been with for nine years. She told British News of the World: ?I have no plans to get married. Ever. There?s something romantic about being someone?s girlfriend forever. I like the state that I?m in. I definitely plan to have children but I don?t see a wedding dress.? She also described her feeling for Antonio: “The minute I walked in, I saw him sitting, and I thought, ‘That man is for me, he’s the man of my life.’ I kept staring at him until I got to meet him that night. And then I just followed my intuition and everything worked out. Frankly, meeting him that night was like winning the lottery.” Aw? I also wonder about her and how she keeps her long-term relationship so undercover. Sweet girl. Kind of sucks for her fiance, though. I bet he wants to nail this down!

Clearly undeterred from flaunting her fit figure, Shakira was spotted hard at work in a pasture in Ibiza, Spain on Thursday (July 22).
Donning a blindingly bright Pink skirt and matching bikini top, the Colombian cutie romped about the landscape while showing off her flexibility with a few hot poses.
Insiders tell that Shakira was working on a new music video, though other sources claim that it was a photo shoot session.
The work efforts come after the 33-year-old spent the past month in South Africa for her numerous World Cup duties.

Having recently returned from the World Cup in South Africa, Shakira found herself on US soil for a very special concert last night (July 15).
The ?Hips Don?t Lie? songstress performed as part of the Univision Premios Juventud Awards at the BankUnited Center, also snagging an award during the festivities
And it sounds like the Univision Premios Juventud Awards was quite an event after Shakira?s explosive opening performance of ?Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)? and ?Gitana.?
Enrique Iglesias, Juan Luis Guerra, Pitbull, and Wisin y Yandel all took turns wowing the crowd during the course of the evening.

Bringing an end to a month of world class sporting action, Shakira took the stage at the closing ceremony of the 2010 FIFA football World Cup on Sunday (July 11).
Making for quite the appropriate choice, the Colombian beauty dazzled the crowd as she enthusiastically performed the World Cup theme song "Waka Waka" to the joy of the thousands in attendance.
Meanwhile, Shakira was quite clear that she's rooting for Spain in the final, as they take on an undefeated Netherlands squad.
Talking to FIFA, the 33-year-old said of the month-long South African tournament, "I think this whole month that I spent in South Africa has been so inspiring, so stimulating, one of the happiest months of my life in recent years. It's been so exciting to wake up every morning looking forward to the matches, looking forward to the newspaper just to open the sports section because I became such a football fanatic. The people of South Africa are definitely the highlight of this World Cup. They're amazing, they're so joyful, expressive and affectionate. I've been feeling the love since the first day I arrived, every day more and more. For the first time of my life, I arrived at immigration and I saw the immigration officers actually dancing and singing the Waka Waka. It's been such an amazing experience."

Always willing to participate in a special event, Shakira was spotted at a press conference at Soccer City Stadium in Soweto, South Africa on Saturday (July 10).
The ?She Wolf? songstress was chosen to kick-off the final weekend of the World Cup and happily posed for pictures as she held up the Jo?bulani ball that will be used for Sunday?s last game.
Ms Shakira ? who will be performing at the closing ceremony ? has an avid supporter by cheering for Spain.
She told press, "I have been enjoying the football World Cup like any other fanatic. And since I am a Hispanic, I will be rooting for Spain. They have been a great team and the kind of football they played this time has been pleasing to eyes."

Making the most of her time in South Africa during the World Cup, Shakira was spotted playing with lion cubs at ?The Lion Park? this afternoon (July 8).
The ?Hips Don?t Lie? songstress was all smiles as she playfully held the baby lions at the Johannesburg wildlife compound.
Among the cubs she encountered were nine-week-olds Waz and Fernando, who both seemed to take a liking to her.
Earlier in the day, Shakira posed with school children at the Soccer City Stadium in Soweto as part of the ?One Goal? campaign.

She?s gearing up for the closing ceremony of the 2010 World Cup soccer tournament, and Shakira is ready to sing and dance for fans from all over the world.
The massive event, scheduled to take place on July 11th, two hours prior to the final game at Soccer City, will be punctuated by the ?Hips Don?t Lie? singer?s rendition of ?Waka Waka (This Time for Africa).?
Committee Spokesman Jermaine Craig said the festivities will be ?more youthful and a bit more technologically advanced? than the opening ceremony.
He also noted that the gig will feature ?nice lighting effects and special effects,? a fitting end to a month of explosive soccer playing.

Shakira was “seduced” by the crowd at Glastonbury music festival.
The Columbian singer - who took to the Pyramid Stage on Saturday afternoon at the event in Somerset, South West England - revealed performing her hits includng ‘Hips Don’t Lie’, ‘Underneath Your Clothes’ and ‘Whenever, Wherever’ was better than even she expected.
She explained: “Playing Glastonbury was better even than I expected. I enjoyed it so much. The crowd completely seduced me - it was an ocean of people, and they participated in every song, like a constant crescendo.”
