The bad news is that before Kat Von D and Jesse James split, Kat tattooed Jesse James’ 10-year-old face on her left side. The good news is that with the amount of tattoos she has, her body looks like someone threw a bottle of ink at it meaning no one gives a sh*t. You’re not going to be able to tell Vanilla Gorilla’s face from the rest of that mess.
In a sneak peek of the season premiere of LA Ink, Kat says, “I’m getting his face tattooed on me and I have no idea how he’s going to react.” When Jesse comes he jokes, “I feel like I’m in court,” sounding pretty nervous about Kat’s surprise.
He seems happy with her new ink – saying “you’re crazy,” but ultimately telling Kat “yeah” he loves it, and “I love you.”
Perhaps foreshadowing the future, Kat says she was scared about Jesse’s reaction. “I thought you were going to tell me you were breaking up with me.”
Haha, it’s funny because he did break up with her. Now she forever has a reminder of the Vanilla Gorilla as a little boy. I bet the other guys she sleeps with will love that!

I don’t watch L.A. Ink but I remember seeing a clip where Kat got a tattoo of a coworker’s face on her thigh. (That was in an episode from 2008) Kat has her mother’s face on her back shoulder, her sister’s face on an arm, and her ex husband’s face on a leg. She has so many tattoos now that it’s hard to see where she’d have space for more. As part of the plot for the upcoming season of L.A. Ink, Kat got another face, her then-lover Jesse James’ fifth grade school photo, underneath her armpit. The scenario was basically the same as when she had her friend Pixie’s face tattooed on her - she did it as a surprise and then caught Jesse’s reaction for the show. He seemed ok with it, called her crazy and told her he loved her. (That clip is above.) Kat and Jesse are of course kaput now, making this season opener for L.A. Ink all the more mock-worthy.
Kat Von D and Jesse James may have broken off their engagement, but she has one thing from the relationship that is going to be really hard to get rid of - a tattoo of his face!

All I can do is point and laugh. In Kat’s case she has so much ink all over her body that it’s probably easy enough to ignore a few faces of her exes, though. It’s not like someone with a handful of tattoos getting stuck with a big photo of their ex on their body - she has hundreds.
Radar has a follow-up article about how a supposed eyewitness heard Kat and Jesse fighting outside her house. She was overheard accusing him of cheating on her. This is of course a very predictable outcome given Jesse’s well documented history. I hope that Kat is the one who leaked this story to Radar so that she could get her side of the story out. Again, pointing and laughing.

Jesse James and Kat Von D claimed they were just postponing their wedding after rumors they had split surfaced last month, but now it looks like there isn’t gonna be any wedding at all. People Magazine says:
Jesse James and Kat Von D have called off their engagement.
The commute between Los Angeles, where Von D shoots her reality show, and James’s home outside of Austin, Texas… proved to be too much.
Von D confirmed the split on Twitter, [writing]: “I am no longer w Jesse and out of respect for him, his family and myself, thats all the info I’d like to share. Thanks for respecting that.”
That’s a shame. Between the two of them, I bet they had all seven different types of hepatitis — A, B, C, D, E, and X and G. They just blew their chance at being the only real-life triple word score double letter bonus in Scrabble.

Everyone saw this coming a mile away so nothing abut this Jesse James and Kat Von D split is particularly surprising except for the fact they didn’t announce it after their marriage to maximize the publicity. The two had been engaged for half a year and were planning a summer wedding although rumors of an impending breakup were already spreading.
The reason for the split seems to be distance. The commute between LA where Kat shoots her reality show and Jesse’s home in Texas was too much. James tells PEOPLE “I’m so sad because I really love her. The distance between us was just too much.” That is to say, it wouldn’t be long before Jesse started trolling tattoo parlors for new tail.
Kat Von D confirmed the split on Twitter and asked for privacy. “I am no longer w Jesse,” she writes, “and out of respect for him, his family and myself, thats all the info I’d like to share. Thanks for respecting that.”
Haha, isn’t she adorable? This girl who makes a living off reality tv thinks she gets to pick and choose what to keep private. You sweet, misguided fool. You’re lucky no one cares about either of you.

That lasted longer than I expected. Kat Von D announced on her Twitter account that she’s no longer with that selfless keeper Jesse James. Keeping me from thoroughly gloating is a tweet that Kat directed to Jesse’s teenage daughter Chandler, 16, sending kisses. Jesse also has son Jesse Jr., 14, and daughter Sunny, 7. It’s better for his kids that he keeps one woman at home and has the parade of skanks visit him during office hours, but of course that never works out for the guy long term. As much as Jesse acts like his infidelity is a badge of honor it’s really just a sad reminder that no matter how much tail he chases it’s never going to bring him fulfillment or purpose.
It was a little over a month ago that James was declaring that he was “absolutely more in love today [with Kat] than I was a year ago. She?s the one for me.” Now their summer wedding has been canceled and James will have to find another “best friend” to f*ck. Surely he has a few candidates lined up.

Kat Von D issued the breakup statement on her Twitter account Monday night saying, “I am no longer w Jesse, and out of respect for him, his family and myself, thats all the info I’d like to share. Thanks for respecting that.”
The two got together after Jesse’s messy divorce with Sandra Bullock and announced their engagement in January.
“I just saw them a couple nights ago together in Hollywood at The Counter and they seemed really happy,” an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com.
“It’s surprising that they broke up.”
Jesse has yet to say anything on his Twitter account, but Kat also sent a message to his daughter Chandler on the social networking site saying, “kisses to both of you!!!” to which Chandler responded with an emoticon of a sad face and broken heart.

Don’t get your hopes up, these two have broken up at least twice before. Kaiser thinks they broke up back in June and are just breaking the news to the public now. I agree, but think they must have had makeup sex at least once for them to declare their love for each other subsequently. So who cheated first this time, Kat or Jesse?
Jesse confirmed the news to People, and said “I’m so sad because I really love her. The distance between us was just too much.” He was way more courteous to Kat than he was to Sandra Bullock, but Bullock never played his game.

Jesse James denied rumors of an impending split to PEOPLE. James said, “That is absolutely not true. We’re still going strong. Things are completely good with us.” Kat Von D added, “That’s the furthest thing from the truth.”
In fact, the two are planning a summer wedding on the one year anniversary of their first date. “Everything is on track,” says James. “I am absolutely more in love today than I was a year ago. She’s the one for me.”
Much like Sandra Bullock was the one for him. Guess how that turned out? I give it one year before James cheats on her with a woman with an iron cross tattooed on her forehead.

Yesterday, in the late afternoon, Life & Style had a great headline - ?Jesse James and Kat Von D?s wedding is on hold?. Their story was based on an unnamed source, plus some random tweets, and built into a story about how Jesse and Kat had put their relationship on ?pause?. I thought it was a decent story, mainly because I think the overwhelming majority of people think JJ and Kat aren?t going to make it, long-term. But still, the denials came, and now Jesse has announced to People Mag that they plan to marry this summer, on the one-year anniversary of when they began dating. Rii-ight.

“That is absolutely not true,” says James, 42, bristling at Internet reports that he’s split from the LA Ink star. “We’re still going strong. Things are completely good with us.”

In fact, the pair, who were engaged in January, are planning a summer wedding on the one-year anniversary of when they started dating, James reveals.
“That day can’t come soon enough!” he says.
