She?s always up to something fun, and on Tuesday night (December 31) Karina Smirnoff rang in 2014 at the Pop The Cork Party in Tampa, Florida.
The ?Dancing With The Stars? hottie played hostess for the shindig, held at the Seminole Hard Rock Resort and Casino Tampa, and it?s not surprising that the whole event was sold out.
Smirnoff toasted champagne, danced on stage, and even played a little blackjack, looking sizzling in a green TopShop dress with Christian Louboutin heels.
And just before the clock struck midnight, Karina hopped behind the bar to do a little drink mixing for her distinguished guests.

On this season ofDancing With the Stars, Karina Smirnoff is partnered with Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones.DWTS is already in its third week of performances. In the last episode, Wynona Judd and Tony Dovolani became the first team voted off. Here, Karina talks to us about her partner and the upcoming season.
Karina, you are partnered with Ravens WR Jacoby Jones this season. You are far enough into this season to know Jacoby’s strengths and weaknesses. What is his greatest strength that fans might not know?
Jacoby has incredible discipline. Even if he doesn’t get the steps right away, he goes home and works on it and shows me what he achieved the next day. And together with his musicality and diverse personality, I’m very excitedabout what’s in store for us this season.
Which style of dance (that you haven’t done yet) do you think will compliment the two of you the most?
I can’t wait to do jive and samba with Jacoby. And I think he will excel in contemporary too.
You have now been involved with DWTS for years now. What about DWTS today makes you excited about continuing to make it a priority in your life?
Dancing has always been how I express myself, from my pain and sadness to my joy and passion; it is the way I can communicate an experience to others. It’s also cathartic in that it’s a release of energy, endorphins, and emotions. It is incredible to marry music and movement to create a story; the ability to create inspires me. So for me DWTS is an incredible opportunity to do what I love and have it witnessed by so many people. It’s also rewarding to take the celebrities through the journey of learning not only to dance but how to physically tell beautiful, fun, and entertaining stories. Dancing will always be an important part of my life.
If Usher, Justin Timberlake, Chris Brown & Justin Bieber were all signed up to be on the Celebrity Version of DWTS. Who would your first choice be for your partner and why?
Wow, that’s a tough one! I actually got to dance with Usher on the show a few seasons back and he can MOVE. It would have to be between him and Justin Timberlake. Either way you look at it I would be “winning”!
Lastly, you have the best team supporting you. When you win theMirror Ballthis season, what are you going to do differently that you didn’t do last time you won?
Well that’s very sweet! I obviously appreciate your prediction, however, we have quite a ways to go in the competition. I do believe Jacoby is capable of winning and we all know he’s a champion but there is some stiff competition that we have to go up against. Regardless if we win the Mirror Ball or not, I am so grateful to have Jacoby as my partner. He epitomizes what it means to have a teammate and I will continue to celebrate our successes each step of the way!

Karina Smirnoff, ofDancing With the Starsfame, celebrated her 35th birthday at Bowlmor Lanes in Orange County. Karina and friends, such as Maria Menounos, laughed, bowled, cried, fell down and touched balls even though you’re never supposed to go ball to ball. Karina even signed a bowling pin. No word on where the guy got the pin but let’s just say he must have had a “slippery” time finding it. Get it? Slippery? Because I’m assuming he stole it from the bowling lane? Hello? Is this thing on?

She's less than a month removed from calling off her engagement to baseball player Brad Penny, but that didn't stop Karina Smirnoff from partaking in the New Year's Eve festivities in New York City last night (December 31).
The "Dancing with the Stars" darling sparkled in silver as she joined a packed house in ringing in 2012 at the Joonbug's End of the Year Bash at Bowlmor Lanes Times Square.
Joining up with "Karate Kid" actor Ralph Macchio at the festive affair, Ms. Smirnoff sipped on drinks before taking to the lanes to do a little bowling ? during which time she appeared to struggle with her balance before quickly catching herself and rolling the ball towards the pins.
The NYE night out in NYC comes as Karina has been named as the most searched for DWTS pro over the course of 2011.
Smirnoff, who celebrates her 34th birthday on Monday (January 2), beat out second-place finisher Derek Hough by a slim margin with Mark Ballas, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, and Lacey Schwimmer rounding out the top five.

On Monday, a source close to Karina Smirnoff and Brad Penny says they’ve called off their engagement. The source says, “They are just two different people.” Despite this, Smirnoff seemed to want the public to think she’s still engaged.
Sources tells E! that Smirnoff would wear her engagement diamond during photo ops, but would remove it when the cameras were off. E!
This explains why Brad Penny was seen leaving a club with MMA/UFC fighter Dan Henderson the other day. Penny, keeping things on the down low, made his way to the car by himself while Hendo followed right behind with a girl on each arm. One of them was probably for Penny. Unless Dan got greedy and wanted both for himself. Not like Brad Penny is going to do anything about it unless he wants to end up like Michael Bisping. Video under the cut.

She?s made quite a name for herself on ?Dancing with the Stars? but Karina Smirnoff is taking her fame to a whole new level in the latest issue of Playboy magazine.
The Ukranian hottie?s cover shot is enough to garner anyone?s attention, and it?s just a mild foreshadowing of what?s inside.
Karina explained that doing the Playboy gig wasn?t a big deal for her, as she?s quite comfortable displaying her enviable form.
"As a dancer I've always embraced my body. I'm thrilled to show off my strong, toned physique in the pages of Playboy and celebrate my sexiness."
