Enjoying the summertime weather, Kristin Cavallari was spotted making her way around Beverly Hills, California on Monday afternoon (July 27).
Clad in a light blue jacket overtop a little black dress, the MTV reality starlet paid a visit to a cafe on Doheny Dr. for a quick bite to eat.
Miss Cavallari is currently poised for her big comeback in the new season of “The Hills,” which co-star Holly Montag recently said is nothing like the days of Lauren Conrad.
“I’ve seen a little, but honestly, she came in like a whirlwind ever since the first day at the wedding, the Speidi wedding,” Montag told MTV News. “Ever since, I think, ‘The Hills’ has been changed.”
“In fact, I’m taking a step back from that whole thing. I’ve never been that dramatic to begin with,” she added. “They have a lot of stuff I don’t need to interfere with.”

Stepping out for work duties, Kristin Cavallari shimmered in silver as she walked to her car in West Hollywood on Wednesday (July 22).
The MTV reality darling had been shooting scenes for “The Hills” at Hamburger Mary’s - looking to be in high spirits as she strolled past awaiting paparazzi.
Explaining why she decided to join the cast of the popular reality series upon Lauren Conrad’s departure, Kristin recently explained, “They’ve been asking me to join for a few years, and I just thought, ‘What was the point,’ because I thought it was just like ‘Laguna Beach.’”
She continues, “So with her leaving, I thought it was a good time. No, they’ve been asking me for, like, four years. I’ve been offered my own show, but I’ve turned it down. I just really wanted to pursue my acting career, which I’ve done for the past four years ... I’ve been working, I have a few movies coming out in the summer, and this is a way for my fans to catch up with me.”

Looking her usual stylish self, Kristin Cavallari was spotted out and about in Beverly Hills on Tuesday afternoon (July 21).
The “Hills” hottie strutted around town in a chic black ensemble complete with strappy leather sandals.
Having just released her new “Van Wilder” film, Miss Cavallari now turns her focus solely on the upcoming season of “The Hills”.
Talking about the difference between reality television and working on film projects, Kristin recently explained, “It’s definitely different. I love being on set and being in a movie. I think it’s so much fun. I really, really love it.
And the ‘Hills’ or ‘Laguna Beach’ is more like hanging out with people you know, rather than acting and memorizing lines and stuff.”

She’s definitely comfortable in front of the camera, and yesterday (July 14) Kristin Cavallari was spotted striking a few poses for a photo shoot in Malibu.
The “Hills” hottie looked lovely as she worked it at the Silver Spoon beach house in a black sundress with long flowing blonde locks.
In between sessions, Miss Cavallari chatted away incessantly on her BlackBerry mobile phone, making funny faces throughout the conversation.
And Kristin recently revealed that though she loves her job, she hates to watch herself onscreen. “I hate it! I hate watching myself on screen! I absolutely hate it, it’s so hard to watch. I can see myself in magazines, but watching on TV or movies is like ‘ugh.’”

Enjoying the summer Cali weather, Kristin Cavallari was out in Brentwood on Friday afternoon (July 10).
The “Laguna Beach” star looked cute in cut-off jeans shorts, a black three quarter length blazer and some high black shoes as she filmed scenes for the upcoming season of “The Hills.”
In other news, Cavallari recently visited New York City and made time to stop in at the MTV studio where she talked about her role in the upcoming film, “Van Wilder: Freshmen Year.”
She says, “I had to audition three times. And they definitely did not make it easy for me. I play a girl who’s in military school, so I went in for my first audition and just kind of did my thing. And so the second, the producer had me come in …
she made me walk across the room with my arms behind my back like I was in the military, and she made me really project my voice like I was yelling at all boys, basically.”
The movie comes out on DVD this Tuesday (July 14).

Ruh roh. Manufactured drama on The Hills has turned into real drama as Audrina Patridge isn’t able to discern between the two. The new season of the much maligned MTV reality show has begun filming and already everyone hates Lauren Conrad’s replacement, Kristin Cavallari. The NYDN says Cavallari hit up Patridge’s 24th birthday party at London’s West Hollywood hotel and pissed off Patridge by pretending to flirt with her sometimes boyfriend Justin “Bobby” Brescia. From the NYDN:
“Kristin was fake giggling and making it look like she liked him,” says a source. “Audrina started yelling at Kristin about how desperate she is and was clapping and yelling, ‘Keep it up! You’re such a good actress!’”
Adds the source, “Obviously, it?s not material they can use on the show, but Audrina didn?t care. She wanted to finally tell Kristin what she thought of her.”
Man, Audrina is an idiot to think anyone would want to hook-up with her douchebaggy boyfriend. It must be really easy to get her to sleep with you. Waving a few hundred dollars in front of her and shoving a camera in her face must be like crack to her. You probably wouldn’t even have convince her it’s a real camera. Could be made out of cardboard and the record button drawn on with Sharpie.
