Making the most of the beautiful spring time weather, Jennifer Lopez strolled the streets of the Big Apple this afternoon (May 15th).
Smiling as she made her way past the shutterbugs, the "Ain't It Funny" songstress rocked a pair of flared khakis and a black leather jacket as she headed to Midtown.
Meanwhile, Jennifer adds another real estate purchase in her checkbook as she recently spent $10 million dollars on a mansion in the Hamptons.
The 8,500 square foot gorgeous home, which has 8 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, includes a sparkling pool, pool house, theater, sauna, steam room and covered porches.
Miss Lopez purchased the home after her ex-husband Marc Anthony reportedly spent $2.5 million on a new home in Encino, California.

Call me crazy, but I actually like Jennifer Lopez?s Met Gala look. No, it?s not punk. At all. And I?m surprised to find out that it?s Michael Kors, because Kors has been phoning it in, design-wise, for a while. But I actually think J.Lo looks good here. Think about it ? Jennifer is covered up yet still showing her crazy body. The cut of the gown is clingy yet perfect. The reptilian vibe of the pattern really works. And Jennifer paid homage to the punk theme with big hair, I guess. Yeah, I really like this. I think this works so much better for the Met Gala than, say, Gwyneth?s dumb Pink dress. Oh, and Casper Smart was there. Which sort of negates all of the nice things I just said about Jennifer. Ugh.
Speaking of disappointing couples, Gisele and Tom Brady were at the Met Gala, like always, although Gisele looked like she was about to go clubbing in Miami. Gisele wore an Anthony Vacarello minidress. I mean? for a premiere, or for a party or something, it would have been fine. It?s a sexy little mini and she has a crazy body. But for the Met Gala? It just seems kind of trashy. And I don?t know if I should even speak to whatever is going on with Tom Brady. I think Gisele just dresses him up like he?s her personal Ken doll.

Stepping out in style, Jennifer Lopez made a grand arrival at the 2013 Costume Institute Gala on Monday evening (May 6) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
Showing off her famous curves in an animal-print Michael Kors gown, the "On the Floor" songstress was accompanied to the event by her boyfriend Casper Smart.
Every year, the Costume Institute of The Metropolitan Museum of Art puts together a killer collection of amazing goodies complete with a star-studded party to kick things off.
And this time around the theme is ?PUNK: Chaos to Couture,? an examination of punk?s impact on high fashion from the 1970s up to the collections found on today?s runways the world over.

Here is Jennifer Lopez filming a new music video “Live It Up” and interview with ?Entertainment Tonight? on the beach when gun shots rung out nearby.
Lopez showed off her incredible 43-year-old body in a black string bikini covered by a green, animal-print caftan. She also wore a peach, one-piece swimsuit with yellow lipstick.
The singer/actress recently made headlines after rumors surfaced that “American Idol” producers wanted her back on the show to replace current judge Mariah Carey.

It was bound to happen. Someone finally got tired of Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull’s music and fired some warning shots. At least that’s how I read this.
While shooting their music video forLive It Up on Sunday in Fort Lauderdale, gunshots were fired near a park where they were filming. Security quickly rushed Lopez away. They should have known this would happen. I blame Florida Man.

Teaming up for a new project, Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull were hard at work in Fort Lauderdale, Florida yesterday afternoon (May 5).
The ?Waiting For Tonight? songstress and her rapper buddy filmed scenes for their new ?Live It Up? music video and looked to be having a marvelous time in their brightly-colored attire.
Later in the evening, J. Lo was in the middle of an interview with ?Entertainment Tonight? when gunshots in the distance brought everything to a screeching halt.
When several blasts rang out nearby, Jennifer?s security team whisked her away in a car, though her rep told press that Lopez is ?fine? and was never in danger of injury.

Though she is no longer on the show as a judge, Jennifer Lopez may be returning to perform during the show's two night finale.
According to a report by E! on Tuesday (April 30), the ?On the Floor? songstress will belt out one of her hit tunes during one of the final shows, which are slated for May 15 and 16.
Rumors of the performance came to head last week when there was chatter about the possibility of the 43-year-old returning to the judge's table next season.
A producer shot down those rumors stating, "This is just another ridiculous Idol judge rumor, likely started by talks of Jennifer performing on the finale."

Heading out for a night in Sin City with her man, Jennifer Lopez attended the Hakkasan Las Vegas at MGM Grand nightclub opening on Saturday (April 27).
The former "American Idol" judge chose a short black halter party dress with matching heels and a gold clutch as she held onto Casper Smart, who wore all black with a red blazer.
Earlier this week, the 43-year-old singer attended the Billboard Latin Music Awards, where she won a special honor.
On Thursday, J-Lo tweeted, "LatinBillboard TOUR OF THE YEAR! WOW! Just want to Thank @enrique305 and all the fans out there for all you support and beautiful messages!"

Taking care of some necessities despite her busy schedule, Jennifer Lopez went grocery shopping at Ralphs Market located at the Commons Mall in Calabasas, CA on Saturday (April 20).
The "Love Don't Cost A Thing" songstress, who was also joined by her twins Max and Emme, looked casual for the afternoon out in red sweatpants, a white top, and matching sneakers.
This week, a previously unreleased tune, which is said to be a sequel to JLo's Love? album, was leaked.
In the track titled "What is Love (Part II),? Lopez sings about divorce: "I had a ring on it, but I had to take it off / I wasn?t nearly getting a love that I deserved.?
