Stepping out for a promotional appearance, Jessica Biel was spotted at the premiere screening of “Summit on the Summit: Kilimanjaro” in New York City last night (March 10).
The “7th Heaven” hottie looked lovely as she arrived at the Tribeca Grand Hotel, sporting a black blazer overtop a multi-colored dress and strappy black heels.
Speaking of the grueling mountain climb featured in the show (premiering Sunday on VH1), Jessica explained, “She was like this mysterious, foreboding, ominous woman. And she was hidden almost all day long, and just when you were unmotivated, and feeling like crap and uninspired and thinking, ‘What am I doing here?’ the clouds would part and she would peek out, and the beauty would strike you, and then you’d be inspired again. And she was literally, like, this woman who would pull this veil over her face and disappear, and then she’d show a little bit of herself, and then she’d disappear again. It was kind of this running joke, but I really felt that way. I felt like, ‘I respect you. Please let me get up, please.’ “
Biel continued, “It was a combination of the mental and the psychological aspects of the mountain, of the slow-but-steady pace that you had to go up it, and that sometimes made your brain just want to explode, because you just wanted to get there so badly. And then you couldn’t see anything at night, when we were doing our ascent attempt, and you start thinking that it would never end and you’d start to think, ‘Why am I here? This is miserable!’”
“But then you’d get this rush of inspiration of ‘I’m not doing this for me. I’m doing this for something bigger than me, for people who don’t have a voice, for people that need water around the world,’ and then you’d power through. Your mind started to play tricks on you. And then, with the altitude, you just felt so strange. You didn’t know why you were lethargic, you didn’t know why you were so tired. It was an intense experience.”

Keeping busy over the chilly winter weekend, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were both spotted out in New York City on Saturday afternoon (February 20).
Tending to separate matters, the “SexyBack” stud strolled along solo as he shopped in the SoHo area while his “Valentine’s Day” actress grilfriend joined a guy pal for a leisurely walk around Tribeca.
The adorable couple have been more active than usual, with Justin having recently showed his William Rast clothing line during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.
Talking to MTV News about the correlation between music and clothes, JT said, “Well, I think since the beginning of rock and roll, people have wanted to dress like rock stars. I still find old Mick Jagger jackets that I wish I could pull out of his closet or something. Of course, they wouldn’t fit me — very tight. I think we all want to dress like rock stars.”

Enjoying a leisurely Big Apple afternoon, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel paired up for a lunch outing in New York City on Friday (February 19).
Accompanied by a few close friends, the “Sexy Back” stud and his actress girlfriend held hands and kissed throughout the course of their midday meal.
The outing comes just after Justin presented his William Rast designs as part of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week - during which sources tell that the 29-year-old crooner got frisky with his adorable ladylove.
“There was just a crush of girls, everyone went wild,” a source told the Post. “But after singing, he made a beeline through the crowd to a red velvet curtain where Jessica was waiting for him.”
The insider adds, “He opened the curtain and stepped Jessica behind it, then wrapped them in it before giving her a long kiss. He ended up giving her a lap dance. It was pretty raunchy.”

The previous evening, Jess sat alongside beau Justin Timberlake’s parents at his William Rast presentation as part of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.
Talking about Miss Biel, Justin’s mom told press, “She’s amazing. She’s so down-to-earth and her family is great… they’re both very funny and creative.”

This is Jessica Biel leaving the William Rast show yesterday. As many know, the William Rast label was started by Justin Timberlake and his best friend Trace Ayala, and Biel just had to show up to support her man (re: mark her territory). Lainey at Lainey Gossip said the funniest thing about Biel?s appearance: ?Of course clingy Biel wouldn?t miss this opportunity to tag along on his star. Check her out, leaving his apartment this afternoon, freshly blown out, very dressed up, almost too much for William Rast, fronting like she?s regal and elegant Michelle Obama styles. The wife of the Pipsqueak.? While I love Biel?s coat, she?s not wearing it correctly. She?s got it all bunched up and it makes her look hunchbacked. Gross. She doesn?t deserve that coat. She needs to give it to me.
Anyway, ?clingy? Biel got her attention, and she got a little something extra: the public support of Justin?s mom Lynn. Lynn told People Magazine all about how much she loves Biel and how Biel is ?one of us.? Which is a line from a horror movie, right? Children of the Corn? I just looked it up? it?s from the horror classic Freaks. Awesome. But there?s method to Lynn?s madness - she wants more from Biel than just visits from the ?grand puppies?. She wants grandchildren, dammit!
It was a family affair at Justin Timberlake’s William Rast fashion show on Wednesday: The singer’s parents Lynn and Paul Harless sat in the front row next to his girlfriend Jessica Biel, whom Lynn calls “one of us.”
“She’s amazing. She’s so down-to-earth and her family is great,” says Lynn, adding that her son and Biel click because “they’re both very funny and creative.”
Not to mention thoughtful. “They’re always trying to out ’special’ each other,” says Lynn. “They’re pretty openly affectionate.”
Timberlake’s longtime friend and Tennman Records artist Matt Morris and Vogue editor Anna Wintour also watched from the front row as models showcased the fall 2010 collection, which Timberlake and best friend Trace Ayala created to convey a “nomadic discoverer,” says Timberlake, 29. “The landscape of the Midwest was really the prominent theme that we kept coming back to,” he also said. “It was really inspiring.”
During the show, which was sponsored by Sony, Biel, 27, often leaned over to whisper to a friend in the seat next to her about the different looks. Models donned military-inspired coats and foxtail-covered shoes. “Tonight is my first time seeing the whole collection,” Biel told PEOPLE.
No surprise considering the actress’s active schedule. Along with promoting her new film Valentine’s Day, she climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro last month to raise awareness and funds for the global water crisis.
Mom Wants Grandchildren
“She was at my house around Christmas and there was this crazy noise coming from my gym,” says Lynn. No, it wasn’t Santa.
“To get ready for the climb, [Jessica] had the treadmill to the highest level and was running with a 40-lb. backpack,” says Lynn, adding with a laugh: “I want to be her when I grow up.”
So, is Biel “The One” for her son? “You should ask him. I’ve thought that before,” Lynn says with her fingers crossed. “They’re young. They have plenty of time.”
Just don’t wait too long, Justin. Mom is eager for tiny Timberlakes.
“I’ve had friends who have grandchildren and I’ve tried to express to him that I’m losing that race!” she says. “But I have grandpuppies. Justin has two boxers and she has a pitbull who’s now part of the family. I said I’ll leave you alone about the grandkids as long as you leave the puppies with me.”

Aw, that was actually a really sweet interview. Lynn sounds like she genuinely likes Biel. But isn?t it strange that Justin never really says anything even remotely as sweet as this? Still, I?m back to buying that Jessica and Justin are together for real, although I do think they probably broke up for a little while last fall/winter. But she clings so well, and he didn?t have the energy to dump her for real. That?s how I interpret this.

Jessica and her “Valentine’s Day” costar Jennifer Garner are rumored to be in talks to play Laverne and Shirley in a remake of the popular sitcom.
When asked if she was interested in costarring with Biel, Jennifer told press, “Are you kidding? We’re dying to do it!”
