Wearing a powder blue “Peace” shirt with “Neighborhood” written on the back, the former Disney darling kept busy texting while walking back to her car - giving her trainer a hug before driving away.

The Disney darling is taking her career to a new level as she signed a deal granting her the privilege to create, develop, and executive produce new series for broadcast and cable networks.
