It?s the question no one is asking: but what about Sarah Ferguson?! Yeah, no one really cares. In the wake of Prince Andrew?s withdrawal from royal life (officially now), some British media outlets are concerning themselves with the state of Fergie and what she could do now. Her future was always wrapped up in Andrew?s future, because Fergie is a trainwreck who constantly needs her ex-husband and two daughters to look after her. Fergie talks a big game about how she supports herself, but she?s always in debt somewhere, and she always needs money for something. She lives (rent-free) at Royal Lodge and now her co-ownership of the Swiss ski chalet has been taken away, because Andrew had to sell it to pay his bills. So what?s happening with Fergie? Well, she?s not worried about her title:
Prince Andrew may have been stripped of his Royal Highness title, but his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, will remain a duchess.Friends made clear last night that she will continue to be known as Sarah, Duchess of York despite her former husband being cast out of the Royal Family.
?That has been her title since their divorce and that is how it will stay,? one of her associates told the Daily Mail. ?Andrew is still the Duke of York, so it is not an issue.?
The duchess, 62, is allowed to continue styling herself as Sarah, Duchess of York until she marries someone else, at which point she would lose her title. The couple?s daughters, Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and HRH Princess Eugenie, will keep their Princess and Royal Highness titles. Although they tend to be known as Beatrice and Eugenie York in their professional lives, their royal titles are always used in official bulletins such as the Court Circular.
Sarah Ferguson?s Twitter identity is SarahTheDuchess and she has often used her title on the cover of books she?s written.
Another of her friends said: ?Sarah has absolutely no intention of shrinking away from the limelight. Why should she? She and her daughters have done nothing wrong and they believe Andrew 100 per cent that he has done nothing wrong either.?
Despite divorcing in 1996, Sarah and Andrew are so close that they share Royal Lodge, the Queen Mother?s former home, on the Windsor estate, and regularly visit the Queen together at Windsor Castle.
[From The Daily Mail]
Yeah, again, Fergie was given the right to style herself Sarah, the Duchess of York in her divorce. Her HRH was removed in the divorce as well. Even if Andrew ever had his ducal title removed which I doubt will ever happen I would think that Fergie still has the legal right to style herself as the Duchess of York. As for ?She and her daughters have done nothing wrong? Fergie literally took thousands of dollars from Jeffrey Epstein. Fergie has also been part of Andrew?s ?team,? helping him with legal strategy and telling him to attack Virginia Giuffre. All that being said, Fergie is in too deep. Of course she?s all-in with Andrew, she would have nothing without him.
Interestingly, when she and York princesses were in Switzerland, Fergie was photographed with an ex-boyfriend. Probably hitting him up for money.

Sarah Ferguson has clearly been trying to ?rehabilitate? Prince Andrew?s image for some time. They still live together in Windsor, at Royal Lodge, and since Prince Philip?s passing, Fergie has been back in the royal fold. She joined Andrew at Balmoral over the summer, and she likely saw the Queen over the holidays too. Currently, Fergie and the York princesses are vacationing in Verbier, Switzerland. The NY Post says that Fergie, Beatrice and Eugenie are staying at the same Swiss chalet that Fergie and Andrew bought together, the one he?s desperate to sell to pay off his debts. The trip has a ?one last holiday? feel to it, and it?s interesting that Andrew is sitting in Windsor all alone, dealing with Virginia Giuffre?s lawsuit, as his family skis and has fun in Switzerland. But, according to the NY Post, Fergie is one of the few people ?inside the room? on Andrew?s defense. And Fergie believes that if she merely spins a royal fantasy about ?her prince,? people will believe her and everything will be okay.
The defense team of embattled Prince Andrew has a secret member: his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson. Multiple sources told The Post that Fergie ? known as Sarah, Duchess of York, since her divorce from the Queen?s second son in 1996 ? is so supportive of Andrew that she has been in the room with him and his legal team during strategy sessions.
?No one from inside Buckingham Palace has been involved in Prince Andrew?s case, or even knows anything much,? said one senior royal source. ?It?s really just the Duke of York, Fergie and his lawyers.?
Another well-placed source was told that Fergie was with Andrew when he met his lawyer Andrew Brettler, from top Los Angeles law firm Lavely & Singer last summer.
?Sarah is fully behind Andrew and is part of his team,? said an insider. Reps for both Fergie and Andrew declined to comment.
Andrew, who has consistently denied the claims, is surely squirming as a Manhattan federal court judge appears poised to allow Giuffre?s civil suit to move forward. Nonetheless, his greatest confidante was pictured in good spirits in Verbier, Switzerland, this past weekend. Only Andrew was missing as Fergie and their daughters ? Princess Beatrice with husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, and daughter, Sienna, born in October; and Princess Eugenie with husband, Jack Brooksbank, and son, August, born last February ? enjoyed a holiday at the prince?s $23 million chalet.
Joe Little, managing editor of Majesty magazine, told The Post that Andrew and Fergie are believed to have seen the queen over Christmas, although they did not share the traditional holiday lunch with her. ?Andrew continues to be a source of comfort to [the queen,? he said, ?although at the same time he is no doubt a considerable worry to her, due to the situation he finds himself in.?
As the couple now waits to see whether the Giuffre case will go ahead, Fergie made it clear she is now repaying Andrew?s loyalty. ?None of my life is duty. It?s because I feel it,? she told the Financial Times. ?I want him to come through this. I want him to win.?
[From Page Six]
Fergie is unhinged, and I?d be willing to bet that she?s hurting his case more than she?s helping. She probably IS in the room, arguing that Andrew should smear Virginia Giuffre even harder, that they should ?go after? Virginia and fight tooth and nail. Fergie is fighting for her own way of life too she doesn?t want to spend her ?retirement years? out in the cold, in royal purgatory, out of favor entirely in the royal court of King Charles. Tick-tock on the Yorks.

Sarah Ferguson is still somehow promoting her dumb historical romance book? Fergie seemed to promote the book exclusively through interviews granted at Royal Lodge, the huge mansion located on the Windsor Castle complex. Royal Lodge is where Prince Andrew lives, and Fergie apparently still lives there too, and considers it her place in the UK. That was where she was interviewed by Madame Figaro, a French publication, for yet more book promotion. The timing is very interesting though this interview comes out in the middle of Ghislaine Maxwell?s trial, and during the pre-trial motions in Virginia Giuffre?s lawsuit in the US. I also tend to believe that Fergie is pretty mad at all the attention the Duke and Duchess of Sussex get. Which might explain some of the quotes in this Madame Figaro piece:
On Prince Andrew: ?I loved him and I still love him today, I will stay by his side, because I believe in him, he is a good man.?
On her many scandals: ?I always believed that anything was possible. The bruised reed that doesn?t break is in my DNA.. I may have been the most persecuted woman in the history of the royal family, but Im still here.?
[From ET Canada]
The good news is that she didn?t compare herself to Nelson Mandela again. The bad news is that she thinks she?s the biggest victim in the world. This has been quite common in Fergie?s recent interviews, her casual abdication of responsibility for her own many fkups, and her repeated statements suggesting that all of her scandals were simply imposed on her, that she had zero agency at all. Was she villainized and cruelly mocked? Absolutely. But good lord, she loved to fk up. She loved to sabotage herself and others. And she?s still doing it!! Publicly standing by Andrew is a disaster. She?s going down with the Titanic.

The Windsors like to pretend that they?ve modernized to the point where any prince or princess can marry for love and that those marriages are never about money. Yet there are persistent ?transactional? vibes around many of the royal marriages, from Prince William using money from his trust to help the Middletons purchase their manor home in 2012 (a year after he married Kate), to Pippa Middleton?s terribly moderately wealthy husband having to drop 100,000 into James Middleton?s failing Nazi-marshmallow business soon after TMW James married Pippa. And God knows who got paid off with that suspicious story about a cannabis factory adjacent to Middleton Manor in Bucklebury. I mean? the financials of the Middleton/Windsor clan are sketchy as hell.
But guess what? The financials of the Yorks are fking awful too. The Yorks? finances have always been dripping with scandal and shenanigans. No one really knows how Andrew gained and then seemingly lost a fortune overnight, as soon as Jeffrey Epstein mysteriously died. No one knows how much money Epstein lent Andrew AND Fergie over the years. No one knows why Fergie always seems to be out of money, despite her lengthy history of moneymaking schemes. Considering all that is already known about Fergie AND Andrew?s finances, why in the world would anyone want to go into business with either of them? And why did Fergie?s two new sons-in-law not get the memo until now? From Sebastian Shakespeare?s Daily Mail column:
She has welcomed both her sons-in-law in gushing style, declaring ?never has a mother been more proud? than when Edo Mapelli Mozzi married Princess Beatrice last month. And she observed of Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank that they ?float with laughter and love?. But these effusions have not, alas, dissuaded both men from cutting themselves adrift from the Duchess of York ? in a commercial sense, that is. In a flurry of activity remarkable even by the sometimes haphazard pattern of Fergie?s business career, I can reveal she and Mapelli Mozzi and Brooksbank became the three directors of a company, Rumpel Water Ltd, which was incorporated on June 25. Yet only three weeks later, on July 13 ? just four days before Mapelli Mozzi married Beatrice in a private ceremony at Windsor ? both he and Brooksbank resigned, leaving Fergie as the company?s sole director.
A spokesman for Fergie attempts to unravel this brief but extraordinary chapter in British corporate history.
?Both sons-in-law were going to get involved but then realised they didn?t have enough time to commit to it,? he tells me, ?so they resigned as directors.? Rumpel, he adds, is a ?water-cleansing company? whose operations may ultimately be mainly overseas ? although not at the moment. ?It?s now dormant but will start up again at some point in the future,? explains the spokesman.
It is difficult to envisage either of Fergie?s sons-in-law returning to the Rumpel board. Mapelli Mozzi heads his own highly successful property and design company, Banda. His former fiance, Dara Huang, with whom he has a three-year-old son, recently relocated her office to the same Kensington building in West London in which Banda is based.
Brooksbank, formerly a manager at Mahiki, the Mayfair nightclub favoured by Princes William and Harry during their carefree youth, is now a brand ambassador for Casamigos, a tequila company co-founded by George Clooney.
[From The Daily Mail]
I mean, Jack is a tequila-shill who got paid to feature Casamigos at his royal wedding (a tacky factoid which is rarely mentioned) and Edo is a real estate guy who might not be as successful as the press would have people believe. Both men are smart enough to know that they shouldn?t get involved with Fergie or Andrew financially. So why did they? And what made them both quit so suddenly? Did it have anything to do with Ghislaine Maxwell being arrested on July 2nd, approximately one week after Edo, Fergie and Jack incorporated? Woooo, I sure wish some enterprising British journalists would focus some of their energy over here.

| Sarah Ferguson finally got to say something about Princess Beatrice's wedding | Added 4 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

The movement to praise Princess Beatrice for her small, somewhat socially distanced wedding is over-the-top and full of racist dog whistles. It has been obvious for nearly a full year that Princess Beatrice wanted a big, splashy wedding and that Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi was down with all of it because he wanted those royal connections. Prince Andrew?s BBC interview last year was the first signal that Beatrice would not get her dream wedding, but the Queen was still going to organize something special for her favorite son?s oldest daughter, which is why the plan was for Beatrice to marry in London (the first royal to do so since the Cambridge wedding) and have a Buckingham Palace reception. That got cancelled because of the pandemic. Then Beatrice?s people floated the idea of having a huge wedding next year, only to have that idea widely mocked.
My point? I actually do have sympathy for all of the drama around Beatrice?s wedding, but I find the narratives exhausting. Especially since it?s clear that the Queen and Prince Andrew were working together to stage-manage every little detail of the small wedding. The trade-off for Beatrice getting a Queen-approved wedding was A) she had to cosplay the Petty Betty and B) Beatrice?s parents were not allowed to be seen in any photos. I would imagine that Sarah Ferguson was actually embargoed specifically from saying anything. And it worked? for a few days. Last night, the Duchess of York posted this on IG:

Thank you to all the very special and kind people that took the time and trouble to send amazingly caring and supportive messages never has a mother been more proud than the wedding of Eugenie and Jack, and again with my Beatrice?s loving wedding to Dear Edo. I am so lucky with my girls, and now the best sons-in-law

| A bankrupt company's shady 'loans' to Sarah Ferguson are being investigated | Added 4 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

It is nothing short of spectacular to see how thoroughly the wheels have come off the York train following Jeffrey Epstein?s mysterious death last year. This time last year, it was widely assumed that Andrew was flush with cash from unknown shady business deals, and that?s how he could afford a huge Swiss chalet and more. He?s also been ?helping? his ex-wife?s finances for years, mostly through arranging his friends and business partners to simply loan Fergie money, money which (I assume) she never has to pay off. It?s startling to think of just how crazy it is that Fergie has never really been able to climb out of debt, and that she?s always ?broke? or in desperate need of some kind of bailout. She?s a scammer and she?s bad with money, a terrible combination. Anyway, as soon as Epstein died, mysteriously the Yorks? finances got really terrible. Suddenly, they could no longer afford the Swiss chalet. And we?re hearing more about all of these strange ?loans? given to Fergie over the years.
This story is a bit dry, but here are the basics. In 2017, Fergie became the executive director of Gate Ventures, an entertainment-investment company founded by Geoff Morrow. Fergie came on board to help lift the profile of Gate Ventures. The company lost millions of pounds in a few years. And now mysterious loans from Gate Ventures to Fergie are being investigated:
The administrators of an entertainment company are investigating a number of unexplained transactions, including over half a million pounds in loans made to the Duchess of York. Insolvency practitioners from Quantuma are looking into the loans written by Gate Ventures to the duchess, who was a former director of the company, along with loss-making theatre investments linked to Lord Grade of Yarmouth, 77, the Chair of Gate, as reported by The Times. The Duchess of York, 60, was a director of the company between July 2017 and stepped down in December.
She received a 290,000 personal loan from Gate, while Ginger & Moss, a tea company that she set up, received a loan of 232,000. Ginger . . . has not achieved material sales to date. We are investigating loans which have been made, together with how best to optimise this investment for the benefit of creditors, administrators recorded in proposals filed at Companies House.
The duchess is understood to believe that Gate also owes her money and is said to be in discussions with administrators. The business was placed in administration in March after it failed to fend of a High Court claim from Zheng Youngxiong, an investor who claimed that the business owes him 2.5 million. The High Court in London heard that Gate Ventures, was in ?complete disarray? and had lost 19million out of 24million invested.
[From The Daily Mail]
This company was so fking shady that their charter was to finance theatrical shows and yet they were floating 232K loans to Fergie?s tea company for no reason? And she?s still trying to scam more money out of the now bankrupt company? Classic. But remember, the Queen has perfect judgment and Fergie and Andrew?s shenanigans are A-OK with the Queen and the royal establishment. It?s not like Fergie had a baby shower in New York or anything.

| Sarah Ferguson thinks Virginia Roberts needs to be 'drilled' in an upcoming interview | Added 5 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Here?s something which makes my blood boil, and I hope this is the very end of any sympathy for Sarah Ferguson, if she was even seen as sympathetic at all. Fergie has been doing the most to help her ex-husband Prince Andrew. She really thought they would eventually remarry and that she would eventually be allowed back into the royal fold. Now that Andrew?s BBC interview blew up in his face and he?s been shunned everywhere, Fergie?s dreams are also over. Fergie reportedly wanted Andrew to do the interview, because that?s how dumb she is too. Fergie couldn?t take enough credit for it?until she realized how bad it was, and so now, of course, she?s claiming that she didn?t have anything to do with it. Fergie?s latest is that she wants to ensure that Virginia Roberts is grilled during Virginia?s interview on the British new show Panorama. Virginia is a rape victim and victim of human trafficking. Ghislaine Maxwell procured her, trafficked her to Jeffrey Epstein, then Epstein and Ghislaine trafficked Virginia to Prince Andrew three times. And Fergie thinks Virginia needs to be, like, held to account.
Pals of the Sarah Ferguson have demanded the BBC put Virginia Roberts a sex slave of paedophile Jeffrey Epstein on the rack. The Duchess of York has urged the broadcaster to drill Ms Roberts and subject her to the same level of scrutiny as her ex-husband in his car-crash BBC Newsnight interview.
Ms Roberts has accused Andrew of having sex with her on three occasions when she was aged 17 in 2001 and being trafficked by his paedo pal Epstein. In the controversial Newsnight interview, the Duke claimed he had taken his daughter Princess Beatrice to a Pizza Express in Woking on a night hes accused of sleeping with Ms Roberts. The 35-year-old is being interviewed for Panorama, which is being broadcast on Monday.
Friends of the Duchess of York, 60, told the Daily Telegraph: She [Virginia Roberts] should be properly cross examined on all the evidence that doesnt stack up. She should be put on the rack. The BBC cannot drill him as they did and just believe her when there are lots of inconsistencies.
The friend of the Duchess said the BBC should also ask Epsteins accuser how much money she has got for a photo showing Andrew with his arm draped around her at the London home of Ghislaine Maxwell. The friend said they thought the photograph had been sold for almost 150,000.
[From The Sun]
Imagine saying this about a woman who is a rape victim and a victim of human trafficking. Imagine wanting this to be ?out there? in the media. Virginia Roberts was trafficked to Fergie?s ex-husband and Fergie?s argument is ?Well, why doesn?t she have more evidence for HER story?!!?? Imagine thinking that Andrew was ?drilled? by the BBC and that they need to go even harder on the trafficking victim he raped. Fergie must be stopped. This is asinine and deeply offensive.
Also: Fergie took money from Epstein! Andrew wasn?t even asked about that in the interview, and zero people are demanding that Fergie get ?drilled? about her friendship with Epstein and Maxwell.

It is so rare to meet people that are able to speak from their hearts with honesty and pure real truth, that remain steadfast and strong to their beliefs. Andrew is a true and real gentleman and is stoically steadfast to not only his duty but also his kindness and goodness of always seeing the best in people. I am deeply supportive and proud of this giant of a principled man, that dares to put his shoulder to the wind and stands firm with his sense of honour and truth. For so many years he has gone about his duties for Great Britain and The Monarch. It is time for Andrew to stand firm now, and that he has, and I am with him every step of the way and that is my honour. We have always walked tall and strong, he for me and me for him. We are the best examples of joint parenting, with both our girls and I go back to my three C?s .. Communicate Compromise Compassion @hrhthedukeofyork

Sarah Ferguson turns 60 years old on October 15th. Honestly? I thought she was older. I?m not age-shaming, I?m just saying that whenever I see photos of her, I think that she must not have worn sunscreen for years, not that she has great skin. But to hear Fergie talk, she?s paying thousands of dollars on her skincare regimen. That?s the focus of this absolutely bonkers Daily Mail interview, which is basically sponcon. At first, I thought it was a weird propaganda piece about Fergie?s birthday, but as I kept reading it, I became convinced that Fergie is being lowkey paid by this facialist/laser-treatment specialist to shill for this particular brand of laser-treatment. I wonder how much Fergie was paid? Some quotes from this bonkers DM piece:
Why Fergie looked so good at Eugenie?s wedding: ?The happiness was shining out of me because my daughter was getting married. I was so glad. I love Jack. When I?m passionate about anything, my eyes shine. Above all, it was being joyful for Eugenie that made me look good. But I?d had some laser treatment on my face which helped, too.?
The laser treatment: The woman behind the Duchess?s treatment is Polish-born Dr Gabriela Mercik, who at her Harley Street clinic, has just launched what she calls the world?s first 6-Dimension Ultimate Laser Treatment facelift. The Duchess and Dr Gabriela met in 1992 when Sarah was visiting young cancer victims in Upper Silesia, Poland. The doctor, then a medical student, was helping to treat them. They?ve stayed in touch. ?I?m very loyal to my friends,? says the Duchess. When Dr Gabriela moved into aesthetic medicine, and opened her clinic, firstly in Northern Ireland, and then in London, Sarah became one of her patients.
Fergie can barely sit through the 90 minute procedures: ?I live on jingly-jangly nerves. I?m very focused, earnestly intense, but I live at high speed. I don?t sit down for long. I?m always saying to Dr Gabriela: ?Come on, come on! Hurry up!? I?m the worst patient.?
Fergie prefers the lasers to Botox: ?I had Botox a long time ago when there was nothing else availableI really don?t like the frozen look. I?m so animated and I like to be myself. I don?t like the thought of needles and am very glad if I look well and happy.?
Fergie is also shilling for Dr Gabriela?s skincare range: ?Her serum (Aesthetic Magic Facelift Serum) is great for healing cold sores. Incredible. I?ve been her guinea pig with new treatments, too. I?m really happy to be open about what I?ve had done.?
What else Fergie had done: Sarah began having mesotherapy ? an injection of vitamins, minerals and amino acids under the face?s mesodermal layer to plump skin ? in 2013, then moved onto organic fillers, non-invasive injectables that fill out facial lines. Then, five years ago, Dr Gabriela proposed a thread lift. Also called ?a puppet lift?, this involves no knives. Instead, medical threads are inserted into the skin to create a supportive mesh that pulls the face upwards. The threads dissolve over six to eight months, but the results should last for two years. Dr Gabriela was one of the first to introduce the thread lift to the UK in 2013 and travels around the world teaching the procedure. ?It?s like garden trellising for sweat peas. You insert the threads under the skin with a fine needle and they hold everything up,? says Sarah.
But does Fergie pay for this stuff? Prices for the 6D laser lift start at 3,750. Sarah has and does pay for treatments ?at Dr Gabriela?s discretion,? given that they have become friends.
[From The Daily Mail]
?Sarah has and does pay for treatments ?at Dr Gabriela?s discretion.?? My lord. This is how Fergie ?pays? for years of (bad) cosmetic work: by doing highkey sponcon in the Daily Mail. I truly don?t care about laser treatments and all of that stuff some people swear by them, some people don?t see a difference. But if I was a cosmetic laser specialist trying to shill my special project, I would NOT want Fergie to be the face of the infomercial. Still, I hope Dr. Gabriela signed a big check to Fergie for this messy sponsorship. Or maybe it was like I said Fergie?s been getting so much free stuff that this is the way she had to pay back Dr. Gabriela.
