Gearing up for their big fundraiser tonight, Sean Penn and Petra Nemcova were spotted at a photocall for ?Haiti: Carnival in Cannes? today (May 18).
The ?All the King?s Men? stud and the sexy supermodel (they?re dating again) hung out with director Paul Haggis and actress Roberta Armani as part of the 65th Cannes Film Festival.
Tonight?s shindig will be sponsored by Giorgio Armani and will raise money for victims of the horrific earthquake in Haiti back in 2010.
The three organizations represented at the event will be Penn?s Haitian Relief Organization, Nemcova?s Happy Hearts Fun, and Haggis? Artists for Peace and Justice.

This news may have come out a little while ago, but I barely paid attention to it at the time. Apparently Sean Penn and model Petra Nemcova have rekindled their romance. Since his split with Robin Wright (and perhaps before) Sean Penn has been drawing in gorgeous women like flies. He’s been with Scarlett Johannson of course, and was also rumored to be dating Garcelle Beauvais, Charlize Theron, and a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model named Jessica White. Back in 2008 he dated Petra Nemcova, and she seems to be giving him another chance. The way US explains it, Petra jumped back into it with Sean almost immediately after she broke up with her fiance last month. Here’s more:
After a weeks-long fling in February, 2008, Sean Penn and Petra Nemcova are giving it another go. On May 10, a witness saw the pair, “holding hands” during u2 frontman Bono’s star-filled 52nd birthday bash at NYC’s The Spotted Pig. After Penn, 51, and the Czech model, 32, mingled with revelers… “they left together,” adds a second onlooker. It’s Penn’s first high profile hookup since Scarlett Johansson, 27, with whom he split after four months in June, 2011. And the Oscar winner’s quite the rebound for Nemcova, who announced April 11 she had called off her engagement to British actor Jamie Belman, 26. Explains a source “Petra started going on dates with Sean right after the split.”

Rebound being the operative word here. I’ve heard plenty of stories of people being heartbroken by breakups, turning to the other exes and rekindling romances.
Penn generally seems like a grumpy, chain-smoking old man and it’s hard to imagine what women see in him. He regularly talks smack about his career, his critics, anyone else involved in charity like he is and about politics, and he just strikes me as unpleasant. I guess there are women who find that somehow attractive and maybe they think his intelligence is impressive or something. The rest of us see him as an a-hole.

It?s been a season of fierce competition, and last night (April 19) Peter Nemcova was sent home from ?Dancing with the Stars.?
The sexy supermodel and her partner Dmitry Chaplan, who were tied at the bottom of the scoreboard with Chris Jericho and Kirstie Alley, ended up getting the short end of the stick.
Of her experience on the show, Petra explained, "It's been a life-changing journey, and I've made amazing friends. So many people got inspired because of ... Dancing with the Stars."
Following the bad news, Ms. Nemcova was all smiles as she paid a visit to ?Jimmy Kimmel Live? for her exit interview.

Showing up to take in the next season?s trends, Peter Nemcova was spotted front row at the Luca Luca Fashion Show in New York City on Thursday (February 10).
The beautiful bombshell looked gorgeous upon arrival as she posed for pictures in the press area before heading inside for the show that?s a part of the annual Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at the Lincoln Center.
While there, Nemcova revealed some wedding details, telling Us Magazine, "It will probably be in England, but we're still figuring out which specific place will be the best. We haven't picked just yet."
Petra and Jamie Belman announced their engagement back in January and of the ceremony she added, ?Part of it will be more formal and part of it will be just lots of fun and just craziness. We want a little bit of craziness.?

It seems that love is in the air these days, and the latest celebrity to get engaged is Peter Nemcova.
According to Gossip Cop, the super-hot supermodel accepted a marriage proposal from her British actor beau Jamie Belman.
And although they?ve only been dating for eight months (Petra previously dated James Blunt) Belman popped the question and Nemcova said ?Yes!?
It?s extra sweet for Petra, who lost her then-boyfriend Simon Atleein back in the southeast Asia tsunami in December of 2004.
