Gearing up for a romantic getaway, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian were spotted catching a flight at LAX International Airport today (December 28).
The ?How Do I Live? singer and her hunky fiance looked excited to embark on their year-end vacation, and LeAnn wasn?t shy about flashing her new engagement bling.
Speaking of their engagement, it seems Mr. Cibrian chose the day after Christmas to pop the question while they were out in Malibu.
After she said ?yes? to Eddie?s proposal, LeAnn tweeted, "Once again, thank you all for your kindness and for sharing in our happiness. We are off to sweet dream land. Til tmrw twele's love you all!"

My mother and I were just discussing LeAnn Rimes? womb over lunch today. We were both of the opinion that LeAnn would wait until she was actually married to either get pregnant or announce her pregnancy, but maybe not. My thought was that LeAnn self-identifies herself as an old-fashioned ?country? girl, and that means not putting the cart before the horse, as it were, and waiting to have a baby until you?ve already worn the white dress. BUT - I wouldn?t put it past LeAnn to get pregnant now, and she may already be there. According to Holly Baby?s sources, LeAnn is already knocked up. Oh, Twitter is just going to EXPLODE.

There?s more exciting news for newly engaged couple LeAnn Rimes and fiance Eddie Cibrian ? an insider tells HollyBaby exclusively that she?s pregnant! ?LeAnn thinks she?s expecting,? a source close to the couple says. ?They?ve been trying for a while and after many pregnancy tests, she finally got the reading she was hoping for ? the test was positive.?
The couple, who met and fell in love last year when they filmed the Lifetime movie Northern Lights (and were both married to other people), announced their engagement yesterday (Dec. 27), and the insider says that they going to make a mad dash to the altar. Can somebody say shotgun wedding?
LeAnn took to Twitter yesterday to share her excitement over Eddie?s holiday proposal. ?We are extremely excited and look forward to a beautiful future,? she tweeted. ?It?s been an incredible last few days. I was shocked!!! We are blessed, our families are so happy and our lives are filled with love. It was nice to have our little secret for us, our families and friends a few days! So excited to now share the wonderful news with our fans.?
While LeAnn and Eddie?s reps have not responded to HollyBaby?s requests for comment, it?s clear the singer is more than ready to be a mom. The 28-year-old has already started practicing her parenting duties with 37-year-old Eddie?s two sons, Mason, 7, and Jake, 3.
?It?s been an exciting holiday for them,? the source tells HollyBaby. ?LeAnn spoiled Eddie?s kids on Christmas and now she can?t wait to spoil her own child. She considers Eddie?s boys her own and treats them like her own.?
And when it comes to having a younger brother or sister, the boys seem quite excited.
?She asked them if they wanted a brother or a sister and the decision is split,? the insider explains. ?Mason wants another brother and Jake wants a sister.?

As for this report and the idea that LeAnn may be knocked up before the wedding? I give it 50/50 odds. Personally, I?m coming down on the ?she?ll wait? side, just because LeAnn will want to draw it out, for attention. Because everything is about her hyper-narcissism.

Following a false alarm a few months back, LeAnn Rimes has proudly announced her engagement to Eddie Cibrian!
Tweeting the good news on Monday (December 27), the country cutie wrote, "Eddie [Cibrian] and I got engaged over the holidays. That's the news. It's for real this time and the first time EVER!"
Continuing on, LeAnn gushed, "Thank you for all your well wishes!! We are extremely excited and look forward to a beautiful future. It's been an incredible last few days, I was shocked!!! We are blessed, our families are so happy and our lives are filled with love. It was nice to have our little secret for us our families and friend's a few days! So excited to now share the wonderful news with our fans."
"Today, yesterday, the day before that?all have been truly unforgettable," Rimes, who was spotted at Polacheck's Jewelers with her parents and Eddie on Sunday night, finished.
As of this time, no wedding date/plans have been revealed for the happy couple.

Bringing an end to the holiday weekend, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian were side-by-side in Calabasas, CA on Sunday (December 26).
The loved up couple were spotted leaving Polacheck's Jewelers with LeAnn's parents, Belinda and Wilbur, after scoping out some new bling.
Aside from the Christmas weekend shopping session, LeAnn and Eddie are readying for their trip to Mexico for the upcoming New Year's holiday.
Tweeting about the planned excursion, Miss Rimes wrote, "Packing...Ahhhh! Guess all I really need are bathing suits, but I make it so much more complicated. Guess thats being a woman."
Set to host a NYE party in Cabo, the country cutie closed out by tweeting, "Night sweet people! So close to the new year! LOVE IT 2011 here we come"

Speaking of, LeAnn?s latest tweets are all about the holidays, of course, and how she?s such a giving person, and how she?s down with the gays, and how she?s the sexiest Mrs. Claus ever. She must be thinking of all of the clauses in her prenup, I guess, because she and Eddie are probably going to announce their engagement any day now. On Sunday morning, the singer arose to spread cheer, Tweeting: “Happy Sunday! Only 6 days til Christmas! Which means, only 9 days til sun and beach!!! Too much fun overload!!”
Later in the day she posted her first photo of the day, titled “Mrs. Clause at your service ? LOL.” In it, she’s baring some cleavage, wearing red lipstick and striking a sultry pose.
Next up, the singer posted a sexy photo of herself surrounded by a gaggle of grinning elves. Wearing a skimpy red velvet outfit and showing some leg, Rimes titled the image “Santa’s Elves and Me!”
Rimes, 28, who lives with her boyfriend Eddie Cibrian, 37, continued to Tweet about her excitement about the holiday season.
“Thank you all for your sweet and hysterical comments! I love my friends, my TweLe’s!!!! 5 days now til Christmas!!!!!” She wrote later on Sunday. The next morning, she was up and posting again: “Happy Monday! Not just any Monday though, Christmas week Monday!!!”
She shouldn’t be surprised if she ends up on Santa’s naughty list this Christmas. Dressed in a cleavage-baring Santa suit, the 28-year-old singer had tongues wagging when she performed with the Gay Men’s Chorus of L.A. Sunday. “Mrs. Clause [sic] at your service!” she tweeted.
“I just got pinned by the Gay Men’s Chorus Of L.A.!” Rimes added. “I’m an honorary member now…head Queen!”
But the night wasn’t just about showing off her curves in a festive costume: the “Swingin’” singer was also there to support the LGBT community.
“Wow, a beautiful night! My heart broke and I almost couldn’t sing as I spoke about the young gay men and women who have taken their lives this year,” she tweeted after the show. “It gets better!”

Some days I wish I had LeAnn?s energy level. She manages to maintain a relationship with a dude who has a significant wandering eye, while simultaneously acting as Mother Superior to Eddie and Brandi?s sons, AND she tweets constantly, all day and night. Oh, and she has a career. She?s exhausting.

Quite excited about the holiday season, LeAnn Rimes was ever the busybody on her Twitter page over the course of the day on Sunday (December 19).
The country singing cutie kicked off the morning by writing, "Happy Sunday! Only 6 days til Christmas! Which means, only 9 days til sun and beach!!! Too much fun overload!!"
Continuing on, Miss Rimes ended up posting a handful of sexy holiday pictures for her faithful followers, as she wrote with the first pic, "Mrs. Clause at your service...LOL"
Also offering up a photo of herself with a group of Santa's helpers, the 28-year-old tweeted, "Santa's Elves and Me!!"
Getting positive feedback from her adoring fans, LeAnn ended things up by telling, "Thank you all for your sweet and hysterical comments! I love my friends, my TweLe's!!!! 5 days now til Christmas!!!!!"

This week’s In Touch has a very pro-LeAnn Rimes story. It still makes her seem like a desperate stepmom to her boyfriend Eddie Cibrian’s two sons, Mason, 7, and Jake, 3, from his marriage to Brandi Glanville. According to In Touch, LeAnn spent around $10,000 on each child buying them an insane amount of expensive gifts for Christmas. LeAnn has denied this on her Twitter account, tweeting in response to the question “did you really spend 20k on the kids for Xmas?” that “People are delusional!!! Where they come up with this BS I will never know.” The story is very positive toward LeAnn, though, and sounds straight from her camp. Here’s In Touch’s report:
LeAnn Rimes played Santa Claus for her boyfriend Eddie Cibrian’s two young songs, Mason and Jake. According to a friend, LeAnn splurged this Christmas, spending a fortune to make sure the boys had everything they asked for - and more. “LeAnn bought them just about anything you could think of - matching electric cars, practically every appropriate video game, a ping pong table, games, clothes, books, and so much more,” a friend says. “She must have spent more than $10,000 on each kid. She loves them and wants to spoil them.”

This sounds just like LeAnn. She can’t stop tweeting about those boys and acts as if they’re her own. She would try to buy their love with a bunch of toys and video games and I could easily see her spending $10k on each of them for Christmas. Just wait - she’ll tweet a photo of the presents under the Christmas tree and they’ll be piled several feet high. It’s probably “B.S.” that she spent $20,000 on presents because the total was much higher than that.

It?s been a while since we?ve had new photos of LeAnn Rimes or Eddie Cibrian, or of them together. So it?s a pleasant surprise to see that they called the paparazzi on themselves over the weekend. They went out to breakfast Sunday morning (no church?) and these are the photos. Before they left, LeAnn tweeted: ?Happy Sunday! Sitting here trying to be so quiet, drinking my coffee, watching Eddie sleep and listening to my dog, Virgo snore. Its super cute! Who knew a 4lb dog could make so much noise!!! Love Sunday mornings! Now everyone?wake up!!!? Her dog?s name is Virgo?!? As a Virgo, I am offended.
I have a theory as to why LeAnn and Eddie have been keeping a lower profile the past few weeks - I think they are going to announce their engagement (with LeAnn purchasing her own ring), or even run off and elope sometime soon. I tend to think it will be an engagement announcement - just because LeAnn will want a big wedding to ?celebrate their love? and an elopement seems out of character. Anyway, I think LeAnn knew that they were flooding the market with too many photos and stories, and she wants to drive up the price and the interest for the engagement announcement so that she can get the cover of People Magazine or something like that.
In other LeAnn news, remember she released her sketchy single ?Crazy Women? - as told through the perspective of Brandi Glanville? Well, it?s getting more press and more criticism now, and LeAnn answered the critics just a few hours ago:
I love that the press think I wrote “Crazy Women” when I didn’t. It came to me through three great writers. Press loves to stir the pot when there’s nothing there to stir. It’s just a great song. It makes me laugh. Do some digging before you assume, great journalism.

Bringing an end to the weekend alongside one another, LeAnn Rimes was spotted out with Eddie Cibrian in Calabasas, California on Sunday morning (December 12).
The country cutie and her former "CSI: Miami" actor beau meandered over to the Calabasas Commons to grab up a tasty breakfast at Marmalade Cafe.
Once finished up with their meal, LeAnn and Eddie looked lovey-dovey as they laughed amongst one another while holding hands en route to their nearby car.
Tweeting to her many fans before heading out to the Commons, Miss Rimes wrote, "Happy Sunday!
